Pretty much only gentiles use anti-semitic instead of antisemitic. You can see that you automatically use 'antisemitic' as well. I think it has to do with the origin of the term as a pseudoscience prettying of 'Jew Hate'. Anti-semitism or anti-semetic isn't a regional varient it's just wrong.
