DUDES! HELP! (Not serious)

I STARTED THE SMOKE ROOM AND I DON’T KNOW WHOSE ROUTE TO DO FIRSTTTTTT!!!! (I couldn’t keep myself away from these interesting characters and prequel to Echo.) 

They are so interesting to me!!! I tried thinking ‘Who does Terris want to get to know?’ But I came up partially blank. Cliff is very cute and sweet and I’m interested in his story and his apparent gung-ho passion. But at the same time knowing this is the Echo Project I know that he is likely obsessive to a fault, and overattachment is very disconcerting to me. But he seems so cute and sweet. <3 Plus I’m curious what a British stoat like him is doing in a place like Echo. Murdoch I’m mostly interested in seeing what his deal is as opposed to anything else, so he’s kind of on the bottom for me. I want to know why he seems to be all about business. Nikolai seems like the sweetest and kindest man and it seems like he would really care about Samuel, and I feel like we owe him a talk given uh... what happened in the mines... =S But his genuine concern resonated with me. (Wonder if he has internalized homophobia?) And William... Well I don’t know what to think of him! I like him a lot, and as the Sheriff I think he can really help us the most out of this er... bind. But at the same time getting close to authority like that is really troubling and I think he has a lot of internalized homophobia too. Or at least more than anyone else I’ve seen. But he also seems like he can be kind and would care about our situation a lot. OOOO I wonder if I can turn this into a poll... I haven’t had a reason to do one yet, this could fit!!! But yeah, I don’t know for sure.  I’m leaning towards Cliff and Nikolai the most. William 3rd, Murdoch 4th. But I’m still not sure.

there is clearly a point in writing this fic where i decided i'm tired of spending multiple chapters on a single day and i'm not going to do that anymore and that point is chapter fifteen.

also looks like remnants chapters are currently every fifth chapter, and i'm okay with that in terms of pacing. that seems okay.

memory chapters end up starting between the second and third remnants chapter and are usually the third chapter after a remnants chapter - so remnants, normal, normal, memory, normal, remnants, etc.

i have four more memory chapters. i don't want a memory chapter next to a remnant chapter, and i don't want two memory chapters within the same day. (so if day zero, for instance, took up three chapters, i would only want one memory chapter in that sequence.)

i only want five remnants chapters, i think (although i won't be sure until i've beaten dr2 to know what exactly in more specific is going on there because i want to meet izuru first), so it's possible that i may spread remnants chapters out further later on and put memory chapters in those places.

maybe.

right now, remnants chapters are more spaced out in terms of how much time has passed - roughly - so it's possible the later chapters might be more spaced out based on what they're doing and how long it takes them to do that. but i can't be sure until i've actually written more of them.

(also i'm laughing at my opening of this chapter because, like. day six is looking like it'll be multiple chapters so that didn't change i just decided to have fun and make day five a single one sentence chapter. for fun. for me.)
