Starting to think about new years resolutions and what I want my new schedule to look like. I really want to commit to learning ballet, karate and figure skating. I am still trying to work out my schedule but at the moment I'm thinking something like this. I am thinking karate 2 hours a week and 2 hours of ballet, 30 minutes of character ballet, ice skating 2-3 times a week including learn to skate sessions. I would also like to go swimming if possible once a week. Some weeks I may go swimming on Wednesdays or on other days. I will take rest days this is just to give me an idea. I am also planning on doing my own at home workout 3 times per week which involves stretching, yoga, feet strengthening exercises and low weight high rep strength training.
Soooo.... loop and sit spin today. Ironically my sit spin was working better than my loop jump. Hell everyone's loop jumps were so off today that the coach was like 'i know you guys can do it. Why are you doing this to me'
I need to hold my leg out straighter and be about and inch or two lower. So not to bad.

Off ice jumps and spin:
I've decided to just take command (so to speak) no one is putting their hand up to say what they want to work on. Or step up to go first. So screw them. I know what I want to work on and being polite about it is wasting my time. So I'll be nominating that we work on flip, loop and axel next week. They can whinge about working on loop to their heart's content.
Igor introduced a different entry for salchow that i want to work on because its doung my head in (backwards outside three, Mohawk (c step) then another turn? Jump) its made worse by the fact I jump the other way.
There overwhelming sense of mild chaos at tge public session with enough near misses to give me the heebejebies.
