getting a sudden resurgence of art motivation is such a blessing and a curse tbh. bc on one hand im drawing a lot and having a lotta fun doing so but on the other hand i wanted to make Even More secret stuff for atbb that requires drawing so i told myself i would make a few very sketchy things that would have to be quick and don't have to be Insane Awesome Quality since they'll be blurry as hell in the final product anyway and i have like less than a week / a couple days at most to get it all ready in time

so anyways now it's 3am and i just finished the first of what i still want to do after 3 days

#trousled dumb #WHAT THE HELL IS IT WITH ME AND OVERDOING SHIT THAT'S JUST GONNA BE BLURRED!!!!!!!!!!!!! #there are THERE characters in this fucking thing btw. and a background. whats wrong with me who have i become #i was sooo close to just leaving it with minimal shading & detail and finishing it like So Many Hours Ago I Don't Even Know #but i had that thought. you know the one. the one that says Wait I Can Push This More. and well i fucking pushed it #i think im gonna have to do an art dump when this event is done. because where this is gonna be seen beforehand it's gonna be 400px wide. #its original width is 1694px for the record. can you imagine the compression #motion blur + scanlines filter + several gaussian blurs + ungodly compression.......................why did i . do this #sigh. at least i am extremely proud of it and at least i lost track of time solely because of how much fun i was having #but also fellas i do not think i will be drawing everything i want to be prepared by the time of the reveal lmaooo #head in hands. i have drawn a really really good pair of boots. and also a lesbian. and also fully rendered drinks with ice cubes in them #ice cubes that you cannot see. because they are already so small that they had to be drawn with a 2px brush. and now they are blurred #and also obscured by the glass details in general. but by god do they change color under the liquid and everything #goodnight . i would put a cute little emoji here but there isnt anything that represents a smile akin to baring my teeth like a wild animal

Okay I got bored, and I don't have anything better to do, so I may or may not have made a random au...

but QSMP...

(it's not like a lore AU really, it's more like the same story just with the looks changed a bit)

but yeah imma call it the Treats AU!!

I only really drew 3 of them for now, that being Cucurucho, Baghera, and Gegg

Cucurucho is ice cream!! (more specifically, based off of a chocolate vanilla soft serve)

Baghera is marshmallow!! (more specifically based on Peeps) (I know most people don't like Peeps but I do fight me)

and Gegg is gummy jellybean!! (more specifically... the Jelly Belly Gummies Apple flavor) (also I know Gegg just looks like Gegg, but trust me he gumi)

But yeah other than things being based on sweets & treats, not really much is different lore-wise or story-wise

Also I don't have really any other ideas for other characters, but:

the capybaras may be chocolate drops, or coffee beans, or something else entirely

that one iv bag (that I just found out about) is a candy cane 100%

The eggs will most likely be egg-based desserts (ex. Chayanne or Tallulah may be egg coffee, but most likely Chayanne cus I think Tallulah once said she didn't like coffee)

The island might either be entirely sweets, or legit a Quesadilla

But yeah that's that :3

Dumb question, but are there any fave deltarune and undertale fics/comics you could recommend? I'm hyperfixated really bad right now and it's driving me nuts

sorry but I don't actually read deltarune fics! it's too early in the story to actually know what's going on, both in terms of kris' motivations AND the various characters' personal lives in general (at least for me personally), so while i cheer on people who have fun and make up complex theories/backgrounds/continuations of the story, or speculate on characters we haven't met yet like Dess, that's not something I'm interested in at the moment

as for undertale welllllll. read inverted fate. not even kidding anymore this is an order.

#I NEED PEOPLE TO READ THAT FUCKING COMIC. SO HARD #but coming back to deltarune fancontent. it's like #it's different from art and comics because those tend to be shorter. and the inherent need for narration in a written story forces you to #have a much deeper understanding of either 1) what goes on in the world altogether 2) what goes on in a particular character's head #depending on what pov you choose #i guess i might enjoy some simpler dumb fics. like ''susie and kris accidentally set fire to the garbage bins behind ic''e'' p''e''zza'' #something that's pure crack with no overarching plot #but then YOU'D have to be the ones to give me fic suggestions 😅 #answered asks #oh also for ut: check out unexpected guests. the art is insane and papyrus' characterization brings tears of joy to my eyes
