From the year 3000 of the integration of space, when this IDcard is issued, you can freely move all the planets in the nebula, including your own planet.
However, you must carry this card because you need to go through soul certification when traveling between planets✨

Death the Kid's True Birthday, Has It Been Solved??
i've been wracking my brain to figure out Kid's bday for such a long time, and I think I found it. Will explain the theory below.
-
Firstly, Atsushi Ohkubo said in response to a question many years ago, that Death the Kid is 13~15 in the series. The reason for no set date is because he is probably referring his age by the whole series. He is shown and canonically to be short in the beginning, and in the end of manga where he grew taller, so we know that they did all age throughout the whole story.
People in Japan speculated his birthday to be August 08, because the numbers are mirrored and is 8 (was there's another reason? Don't remember).... but... what if it was not that off the mark? What if his birthday WAS august, just not on that day? Now... let me tell you where I suspect his birthdate is... In the manga, there is chapter where Kid is in a library where he wants to check out a book. On one page, we see Kid's ID in the manga, but it is illegible and the words are not visible, but when we go to the anime, and watch the HD version, you can see things more clearly, but of course it's in Japanese. But the Japanese letters are not the focus. What the focus is, is the numbers. Look at the top middle, then the date issued at the near bottom.
The date this was issued was somewhere around the 2000's, so it can not be outside of that. Soul Eater manga was released on May 12, 2004, so it fits with everything so far.
The other part to focus on is this: 10089818
Those numbers look random, but they might not be.
If you take the last few digits, then go by Japanese date format, it's year, month, then day. Right? So.. 89/8/18 = 1989 August 18th, then if we use the age range that Mr. Ohkubo said to us, then calculate from the year the main manga series first released which is May 12th 2004 from 1989/08/18 from his assumed birthdate, the date between is 14 years and 268 days. And since Soul Eater not! manga storyline is about 1 year before the mains story, that's 1 year off, making it 13 years! And the numbers are still mirrored like 808 too!
So, if this assumed to be correct, his birthday was right under our noses all along! And everything I see so far, fits too perfectly to just be a coincidence. But if it is just a coincidence, then how tf did I do this?? Even if we don't get the exact date, I'm sticking to this for now. lol If anyone else wants to celebrate on this date with me too, go for it!

Blade Runner ID Card Upgrade Continued
In order to make your own id card you will need need a picture of yourself and a font for the signature on the back. I used Mrs Saint Delafield but you can use whatever font you want. You can also use My Lives Signature. For the picture, I'm going to use BeFunky to show you how to put it together.
1. Open BeFunky and choose create, than select photo editor. Drag the 3rd image to the middle and then add your own picture to the image manager. Example
2. Drag your picture to the middle and cover the entire image. Make sure that it is centered. Then select flatten which is in the lower left hand corner. Select frames and choose borders. Reduce the outer and inner thickness to 0% and raise corner radius to 26%. The save the picture to your computer. Example
3. Add the 1st image to the middle and add the picture you just saved to image manager. Than drag the picture and shrink it. You will have to fidget with the picture to fit it into the space. I recommend selecting alignment and turning off snapping. Or clicking on the image, going into the options tab and lowering the opacity. Example
4. Now we add your name. I used the American Typewriter font which is included on BeFunky. Go back to alignment and turn on snapping. Go to text, select the American Typewriter font and change the size to 76px. Write your name and drag it over to the white bar. Go to graphics and select the square. Crop it and make it the same height as the white bar. This will help center the text. Finally, save the picture to your computer. Example
5. Congratulation, you now have your own blade runner id card. Hopefully you were able to understood my explanation. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
