Arcane skills are very important to the series, but I truly have no idea what each character can do. Like Regulus does what with those music skills?

i didn’t get the dnd theming at first honestly maybe cause i don’t frequently play dnd or anything but the more i thought about it the more it just made sense for dorothy. the dual role of final boss and dm. the way the dm is the one who controls the world, who sets up the campaign, who by necessity plays the bad guy. dorothy-as-dm wanting everyone to have a happy ending..doing whatever it takes in universe. :^) fuck. the duality!!!

ahh well unfortunately it’s not really by choice 😔 i start law school in a couple weeks and i’m kinda piloting blind, yknow? in a whole new city studying material in my second language and i don’t really know anyone or have many connections in the field… so i’m rlly gonna try and dedicate myself to Being A Good Student and Networking and Being Normal, which means my time for Being A Seb Stan will probably diminish to almost nothing ): already even just with the move i haven’t been able to sit and work on creative projects and i’m so emo over it, it’s probably unhealthy..

idk, i know people have been able to manage a school-work-social balance and i may be good enough to do that at some point? but ugh atm this is the biggest opportunity of my life and i really don’t want to fuck it up by prioritizing things that aren’t as important ahhh 😭

Did a quick look at the Hiccup / Jack Frost tag on ao3 for the first time in a longgg while and realised the entire fandom collectively changed the ship dynamics upon httyd 2 coming out practically over night.

If you go through E rated fics from earliest to most recent you can see the exact moment httyd 2 hit the fandom based on hiccup no longer bottoming.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a ship’s fandom be not only so collectively in agreement about ship dynamics but also to swap them with little to no clearance and still be so resolute about it.

Except Alec. He is the last person to write bottom hiccup content for this ship and he kept going till 2017 when he stopped writing fics completely. Godspeed soldier.
