I recently watched the pilot teaser for spare me your mercy (with Tor and JJ) and I’m super excited for that. I love shows with mystery and this seems to have that.

I saw some comments on YouTube saying this looks like a bromance rather than a bl. I think it’s still a bl but the main focus will be on the mystery element. Also since this is just the pilot teaser, probably they’re not revealing the romance part yet. I’m hoping this show releases this year though haha. Can’t wait!

and sorry for the belated reply. I had to at least pretend to catch up with my shows (I didn't) and get over the Playboyy finale (I also didn't).

I'm really excited for Spare Me Your Mercy too. It's my favourite Sammon novel, actually. And yeah, it's surprised me too that people think it won't be BL. When did (recent) Thai drama ever shy away from queer content? There's simply no need for it. I know there's people who don't consider genre shows like crime drama BL because it doesn't primarily revolve around romance, but I don't make that distinction myself. I actually prefer stories that are horror/mystery/fantasy/crime first and BL romance second.

There's also this weird notion that critically acclaimed actors like Jaylerr and Tor won't do (or return to) BL because it's somehow viewed as "lesser" than straight mainstream tv - which honestly says more about the people putting this thought out there than Thai entertainment as a whole. We seriously need to stop othering (Thai) BL or viewing it as less professional. It's silly. BL isn't a stepping stone, it's a genre as any other.

Uh, sorry for going a bit off-topic. It's just something that's been on my mind recently. 🙏

As for other shows I'm really looking forward to this year:

Every You Every Me - because Mick Monthon is one of the most strikingly beautiful people I've ever seen, and I love him and Top together.

Love Puzzle - which has been in limbo for a year already but Noh Phouluang deserves another show and I love the Chains of Heart universe (idk what else to call it and CoH came first).

Wandee Goodday - because I've been ghostshipping Great and Inn forever and I'm ready to give gmmtv another chance.

Zomvivor - because Mii2 and zombies. Will there be BL elements? I don't even know. I'm mostly here for Jimmy. 🤣

Red Peafowl - because I love messy genre BL with a huge cast.

I've read lots of cool fanfics, but never one that addresses this. I should probably write on myself to scratch that itch. OMG imagine the potential.

And we could even have a badass origin story like Zuko originally wanting to be a corporate lawyer like Ozai, but after witnessing how scummy smarmy corrupt he is, Zuko gets kicked out and/or the scar and he decides that he'd rather be a good lawyer and later on eventually becomes a judge while healing under Iroh's tutelage. Iroh could be anything from a retired seasoned General (and Ozai's complex of inferiority could be because he somehow failed to get into the army ?? ) To a formerly brilliant corp lawyer who was even more ruthless than Ozai before realizing after the loss of his son (not necessarily in a war, maybe just an epiphany as he finally empahizes with oppressed/poor people who lose their kids everyday be it through direct attacks, lack of access to basic services like healthcare, OR criminal rings) and quits to open a tea shop and chill.

He uncovers Ozai's smuggling rings or whatever crimes he has committed through the help of FBI-like (minus the overall bad rep IRL) agents as well as independent investigators with various motivations (i.e: Maybe Katara and Sokka's mom was tragically linked to a hate crime or was silenced as a witness or sth, but anyway cue the Gaang and Zuzu finally joining forces), and BAMF, team Ozai falls from grace (idk what we should do with Zhao? Have him killed by Ozai ?).

Azula is a tricky one though. She could get redeemed, already be redeemed by the start of the story, or be a villain. My own little take would be that she'd act a little bit like Franziska von Karma. I don't recall if she directly addressed Manfred's monstrosity, but there were hints in the games I played (I didn't play all of them) that she didn't want to follow his footsteps.

She'd be very entertaining and chaotic regardless of which side she is on. 🤣

Hello guys!! Back after so long! I am sorry for not being active here...I am prepping for my med school entrance this year and so I have taken a year off. But since I missed you all, here i am ❣️

• People with Saturn ruling their 7th house/Leo risings or Saturn aspecting their 7th house lord in a good way, always, I mean ALWAYS have people come back to them in some form or way no matter how much time it takes. It is mostly due to any karmic ties with that person, either for the good or for the bad. (My mom has this placement and I have seen literally so many people who haven't been nice to her at first end up seeking significant help from her..). Saturn rules karma and the 7th house is not only about partnerships, but is also about open enemies, people who are bound to you by karma. • The second nakshatra(and the things related to it) from your nakshatra can help you to make money. Eg. If you are a Mrig, look at the next nakshatra i.e second from your nakshatra which would be Ardra. Even an Ardra person can help you gain money.

• This one is a bit weird (🤡)but people with strong Mars placement/ Mars dominant chart/ prominent Mars naturally have that aptitude of analysing 'flirting' behaviour(Idk what you call it when people are so observant and smart that they just know what your actions towards a particular individual mean and they also know why you're doing it 🙆🏻‍♀️). And the added cherry on top is they're the first people to pack their bags and leave/ move out early. Like anything they'd do to stay away from their fathers. 🤷🏻‍♀️🥸 3. Ashwini and Pushyas are match made in Heaven (after Bharani ofc)

# In my previous post i had mentioned about the moon and Asc getting along. That happens only when they're in the same sign. But one more observation which contradicts this one is that when your moon sign and the other person's asc are in opposite signs... that's ⚔battlefield ⚔ right there. 💀💀 (Me being an Aries moon, have literally had the worst fights with Libra asc.)

idk why it feels like i haven’t updated in forever even tho it’s only been a few days 💀💀💀 i don’t think i’ll be able to update until sometime next week… or even at all 😔 …

i have a busy week ahead of me as i’m hustling with my academics, work, & since valentines is coming up,,, my friends have requested that i crawl out of my yoongi cave & spend time with them 🤣

i’m aiming to update as much as possible next week but the written portion currently has 0% progress aside from my notes🧍🏼‍♀️

also i’ll be going on a trip from the 18th-27th 😳 i feel like i’ll be updating while i’m on my trip since i’m kind of restless and will have time while i’m on the plane but also i dunno how much of my mood will change and fixate on catching up with my reading list, family time, self care, etc etc… either way, i’m excited & look forward to coming back with HOPEFULLY fresh ideas & inspo 💓
