I just watch Bon Voyage 1. And it gave me clarity on something. Jikook started being sexually active around 2016. Or maybe even before that. Why would you give someone a footsie under the table if you’re not sexually active with each other?

So due to certain behaviour I am inclined to believe that yes, by 2016 they had gone all the way. Maybe late 2015 (thus my theory for why 8/11/15 is important) or early 2016. Because 2015 we have the 2 things that I linked above, then 2016 we have; like you just pointed out, the crotch footsie and also Osaka Vlive. Oh! And let's not forget Jimin eating a sausage, saying he's a big eater, laughing at reasons only known to him, while looking at the person who was behind the camera. And that wasn't the only time. Eat Jin. That one live where Jikook were misbehaving with those lollypops. Jimin again complains that JK has changed. He doesn't listen to him anymore.

He was smiling... but mans was finding JK's behaviour baffling. He couldn't understand why JK had changed.

Jimin, you let that boy wreck you, he has seen how you look like pliant and at his mercy, begging for the Jungkonda. You did this to yourself. Like a friend said to me, Jimin had made his bed, and he now needed to learn how to lay in it and be comfortable. You chose to give that boy the jibooty, he ain't listening to u 😂

(Sidebar: JK replied "I take it from you" given the topic at hand you can't blame my mind for where it went 😂😂😂😂)

Anyway, it's okay, they worked it out and are now living happily ever after. 😁😁💛💜

MORTAL KOMBAT 1 Thoughts Pt1.

[❌❌contains SPOILERS❌❌]

I've been waiting for this for such a long time and we finally got it. Now with MK1 being practically a full reboot, A LOT of changes are to follow. So here are my current thoughts in order how the story went:

Chapter 1

Kung Lao and Raiden being practically brothers is my fave thing in the world.

Half of the MK1 boys are full on babygirl and honestly? I love that for them. Except for Shang Tsung because that feels very much illegal.

That last scene with Madam Bo felt like a fcking fever dream.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN KUAI LIANG IS SCORPION? WHAT THE FCK DO YOU MEAN?? WHERE IS HANZO?? That feels very wrong. Only Hanzo is allowed to say "gET OVER HERE" that is HIS iconic line. I'm not sure if I like this change.

I KNEW the boys were pulling their punches. I KNEW IT. The entire fight felt so awkward and staged. For a short moment I legit thought NRS pushed down on their fighting animation.

Chapter 2

Sooo...Johnny is a failed Actor now? What happened to the glamour? That's not very Cage behavior.

Okay but I love love LOVED Liu Kang literally showing up in front at Johnny's Door all serious, and Johnny being Johnny.

What made NRS choose to paint Kenshi as a former Yakuza?? I mean the idea isn't too bad, because it would make sense for him to be searching for Sento to free his family. But I still prefer his revenge timeline more. Hell, even him being a cocky arse warrior trying to fight anyone and everyone made more sense.

Chapter 3

Idk why but I half expected Kano to show up in this chapter. The trailers made it look like he was at the Wu Shi academy

Liu Kang practically pathed the way for human Raiden to be champion and it shows. I'd like to think it's out of respect for former God Raiden from before, who practically raised Liu Kang and was a father figure to him.

General Shao is so fine, I can't. He was hot before, but now he's so....so..... y'know?

Liu Kang really wanted to give Kitana the loving Fam she deserved qwq

Everyone is so mean to Li Mei :(( I feel so bad for her

Reiko tho😳😳😳

Raiden has a cruuush~ Raiden has a cruuush~ unexpected but cute. I wonder what Liu Kang thinks about this.

Chapter 4

Johnny and Sonya are forever iconic...but Johnny and Kenshi? I didn't know I needed it until I had it. Their bickering is GOLD. They're so married.

Wealthy merchant Baraka???

Props to Quan Chis new look. He looks like a clown escaped asylum. Very uncanny.

Are they...are they trying to redeem Shang Tsung? No,that would be way too obvious. Plus that intro scene with Krusty Kronika makes it super sus.

Chapter 5

KENSHIS BLINDFOLD WAS PART OF JOHNNYS ARMOR. Y'all NRS knew what they were doing. I am eating this up

I adore Reptiles human form. Very baby girl, very cute.

So if Tarkat is transmitted via physical contact, wouldn't that mean that the guys would have it too when they fought the prisoners in this chapter? You even see Johnny react in Chapter 4 to that fact when Baraka told them. Could it be that it's not infectious since they're clones/experiments?

So help me out here... Baraka is strong enough to rip the cages open that seem to be made of the same metal as their cell door, but failed to open that? Plot, I know, but c'mon.

REPTILE IS EVEN MORE BABY OMGGGGG. Pls let me hold him,, poor baby boy,, his sadness is literally tugging at my heart strings.

I love how honorable Baraka is. This is great character improvement. For a beast (visually) to be showing mercy. It's like he accepts who he is now but still holds onto that human (edenian) side of him.

Stopping here for tonight, but will continue tomorrow. So far it's going great but I have a hard time remembering which of some stories in this timeline are kept the same as from the previous timeline.

I'm still pleasantly overwhelmed by the amount if babygirls.

Aye yo, Imma catch some big angst for this, but...what if the deceased Flying Graysons got their own realm in the Ghost Zone? Like, it's a legit, authentic Undead Circus (not whatever Freakshow was doing) and the ghosts in that domain are able to do things that other ghosts can't! Would Danny even tell Dick (once he put 2 and 2 together)?

Aww Danny had just seen their show in the GZ too! And it clicks.. awwww idk if he would. I imagine him acting weird til eventually someone makes him spill. Because he just feel so guilty especially if combine idea of like Dick trying to show Danny real circus and he like yeah i been to one in ghost zone- o - o >>' Tries not to mention more about it.. but just eventually spills.. maybe not even to dick but like one of the other members because of how Danny been "ghosting" Dick.. probably damian.. idk i get the feeling he be the finally force.. determined. =w= kek So danny just spills and its very panicked because he just like IDK if i should tell or not! Because he has that own problem in telling his folks.. or maybe worse his own parents reacted badly that Danny is half-ghost so maybe some trauma from that swaying his decisions.

Eventually can see Dick does know. He grows silent for a while and then asks if he can go see him. Everyone wanting to go too.. but maybe dick just wants to go alone.. bruce and fam come anyways but jazz or sam n tuck takes them secretly after. So they can support dick. Danny just nervously sitting and watching in the crowd with Dick. Glancing back and fourth from him and the center of tent. Dick growing silent, breath hitched when seeing his parents. Maybe almost going to a panic because he's expecting them to fall to their deaths- But feels a firm hand on his shoulder, bruce there giving him a smile. (though he probably curious if his own parents are in the zone.. but put it aside til after helping his son) Batfam squeezing through the crowd, popcorn and all. Damian sitting next to Dick while others sit behind. After the show, Danny asked if he wanted to meet them. Dick debates for a moment, then nodding. Wanting them to meet his other family. Bittersweet.. but it makes dick feel sad but so relieved to finally get to see them one more time. At least what my brain came up with kek. Also batfam totally tease dick and tell Dick's parents some of the crazy stuff he been up to. XD =w= lighten the situation.

I’m not saying Rahul was right in any way with his actions because choices were definitely made and not good ones nor safe ones. BUT his words were loud and fr kinda correct. Now idk how Dira felt about him prior to this whole debacle aside from him being her friend so I can’t speak to him trying to insinuate she has deep feelings for him. What I can say though is, does Dira know any of Ryker’s interests? If her were to ask what’s his favorite color, would she know? We haven’t seen much interaction between them so who’s to say but judging from how she deflected that question…this will definitely serve as a huge eye opener for her but I’m curious to see will she realize she really doesn’t like Ryker or any of the other guys she allows to chase after her (kinda like we saw with Indya…I definitely see the parallel between the two just less extreme with Dira. Darren wasn’t always the nicest guy and did some crazy fucked up shit too.) or will she realize that she does want to be with Ryker because she likes him for him and needs to put in the effort to get to know him better. Will Ryker be patient and want to pick up the pieces that Rah caused to fall out of place or will he do the whole “I’m not the one that hurt you so why are you punishing me for it”? And how would Dira react to that especially after all this?

Okay fam because the monologue was MONOLOGUING!!! The problem is, at no point was she obligated to answer given the circumstances.

So, basically, I think he had a genuine and valid line of questioning.

And the one about interests I think is fair; when she started coming around the A/V club, I think their friendship was starting to blossom and even become flirty and Rahul was glowing n shit like that lmfao.

I think if she left him on read for Ryker, he's owed an explanation.

It really keeps me up at night how this is never addressed. Especially now with the knowledge of s4 that they both made fun of Steve in their relationship. I get he's Nancy's ex, but Steve saved both of their lives multiple times. idk, it just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. That's why if s5 only put the burden on Steve to make it up to Jancy/Jonathan, I really don't want to see it. :/

Also kinda wanted to see the aftermath of Jancy getting together from an outside perspective. I wanted to see how the school reacts to it. I think Steve tried his hardest to shut down any negative cheating rumors (probably also for his sake bc that would mean confronting his nightmare), but people would definitely talk. Especially Tommy and Carol. I would love to see what they would do to Jancy and Nancy specifically. Like, do they develop an even stronger us against them mindset. Is it that why Nancy seemingly only has Jonathan. The show mentioned two friends of Nancy in s2. What were their opinions? She was definitely close with them, given that Karen didn't question Nancy when she told her about sleepover plans. Speaking of Karen, what would she think about this. Steve spent Christmas with them, I think he was liked in the Wheeler fam, and then suddenly he's gone, and a week later, Jonathan is there. I want at least 15 episodes dealing with the aftermath lmao.

honestly...no, I don't thin Nancy feels really guilty for how she and Steve ended. They've never talked about it so there's no reason for her to conceptualize how shitty it would have been for him. If she's not confronted with that I don't think she'd feel like there'd be something to feel guilty for. One of Nancy's defining traits is her self absurdness, which is good for high stakes, life or death situations that require her to not hesitate. But it also leads to her not acknowledging/realizing (or, the show not recognizing) when she makes mistakes. She feels she's right, so, why would she feel guilty about it? She might be embarrassed about it though. Like it was messy, and so there were rumours about it and having people whisper about who she's dating/sleeping with would be embarrassing.

Jonathan I think would maybe feel bad about it, in the sort of abstract way that he knows cheating is bad because he knew Nancy and Steve weren't completely over, and he mentions it. But. I don't think it keeps him up at night? Like he also made the decision to go to Nancy, and kiss her, and then sleep with her, when he knew she was at the very least like a day out of a relationship. He doesn't care about Steve so it's not some betrayal, it's just an asshole move. I don't think Jon has to accept Steve's s1 apology, but I do not think Steve needs to apologize to him lmao that's so dumb let jon apologize to Steve for enabling cheating.

As for outsider pov. there's so many options! I'd love to see more of them. I'd say Steve definitely denies cheating rumours, partly because I don't think he knows how far they went? like he might think they kissed or had feelings realization or something, but not the extent? Tommy and Carol must've felt vindicated in their dislike for Nancy/feeling she wasn't good for Steve. Nancy's two season 2 cover story friends I want to meet them!!

Karen Wheeler....idk I don't think about her all that much but her perspective could be interesting! I think she'd maybe just be happy Nancy is taking charge or something...but yes give me 80's era sitcom plot about the aftermath of that lmaoooo

But I DO think Holly Wheeler is absolutely devastated by the break up. I think she's the og Steve stan he probably played dolls with her or something on the living room floor while waiting for Nancy and she's obsessed with him. She asks where he is and why he doesn't visit anymore and why can't he come over even though he and Nancy broke up (she's four she doesn't know what that means lol)

I mean, you give it 4 years, a lot of them have moved out/are going to school/learning trades, so do you even contact everyone just to drag up old memories and new problems? What even ARE you supposed to do? Try him as a human for crimes he doesn't remember? Take him to whatever the BI version of a psychiatric ward is? Do you WANT him to remember or regain any semblance of who he used to be? Is that a choice you should get to make for him, no matter what he's done? Caleb's technically next of kin, does that make this his responsibility? Better him than any of the grimwalkers, but STILL.

How do you think Kaylee and Caleb think about Ryan and Chris? In ASB, Kaylee was trying to subtly push them together a bit, so I got to wondering how they view Ryan liking Chris and their dad liking Ryan. This sent me down a mini rabbit hole of thoughts that somehow led me to thinking, "Does Chris have something like a knot like in popular werewolf fiction?" I honestly can't remember how I got to wondering about that, and idk how it'd even work either, lmao.

Then, from that thought, I naturally jumped to the next randomised one, which was wondering about how Chris spent the year when Ryan wasn't there? The tapes he has of Ryan wandering around and staring into space got me thinking that maybe he'd watch those sometimes? They have eachothers phone number, too, so they call like they did a bit in ASB. It was just interesting to think about in the context of GP because the nature of their relationship is different. Chris has his obsession, and Ryan atm isn't quite on the same level rn, but he's still pretty fixated on Chris. With these things in mind, I just wondered how it might change how Chris feels/reacts to Ryan's absence during the off-season of camp.

Then, finally, I thought, "What if Ryan stayed with Chris during the off-season?" Idk what the circumstances would be, but Ryan just doesn't go home or doesn't live with his family anymore? I was thinking about what they'd do, obviously with Chris's parents around, he can't bring Ryan to the house. So they'd be at the lodge, or at least Ryan would be. It leaves a lot of room for potential domestic fluff or smut. Without the campers and counsellors around, Ryan would truly be in the wolfs den. I'd imagine Kaylee and Caleb might visit more without the noisy campers and nosy counsellors there.

i’d say, that they prob don’t think about it too deeply. like, ryan’s crush is pretty clear to everyone, who bothers to inspect his and chris’s relationships for more, than 2 minutes. but while kyalee thinks, that it’s fun and might be good for chris, i feel like caleb sort of avoids the topic. and not bc the hates the idea of it, more so, bc it’s very awkward lol. i mean, he’s the older out of the 3. he views ryan on the same level as kyalee, like as someone, who’s clearly younger than him. and his sister has a habit of having new, non-serious crushes pretty often. so he might assume, that ryan is the same in that regard. like that he’s confused or smth. and then, chris is his dad, who he considers to be good-natured, but a bit lame. not to mention, that ryan is around the same age category as them, and learning that your father is a ‘dirty old man’ surely doesn’t help, haha. so yeah, caleb would try to not dig too deeply into it. and nope, chris doesn’t have it, haha. i mean, in human form surely not. in werewolf one, he prob does, haha. but i struggle to imagine ryan surviving such an encounter tbh.

ah, that’s a good question. i imagine, that chris has a lot to do around the campground, even when no one is around. then, he and the rest of the hacketts prob try to track down silas and all that business as well. but i feel like, chris doesn’t really believe, that they would ever find him. one would imagine, that it’ll be travis, who low-key gave up on everything, when in fact, trying to kill silas is in part of what keeps him going. compared to this, chris has a more cynical view on it. at least, in my fanon, haha. i guess, i always picture him as a guy, who really wants to help others, but considers himself to be beyond help. or maybe, not even worthy of it. i mean, i feel like while fandom adores fawning over travis’s situation, no one ever considers why chris had to be the one, who runs the camp. i don’t think, that it was a gift from his parents. i actually, assume that he was ‘trusted’ (read conditioned) into that position, bc travis was always a scapegoat of the fam, but in a way, he was ‘let go’. he could do whatever, bc no one cared all that much, which is still pretty bad, don’t get me wrong. but with this in mind, and added fact, that bobby is clearly the favorite child, it would mean that chris was automatically put into position, where literally no one, but him could ‘inherit’ the hackett’s quarry. and where he had to be the one to have a family, and be ‘the ideal man’ or whatever. all eyes were on him, bc there were things expected from him. nothing was expected from bobby. and in a way, from travis as well, but for different reasons clearly. with this being said, i don’t think that chris had it ‘worse’ than travis or smth, it’s just that he had to suffer through different sorts of parental pressure and most likely abuse too. travis has a stockholm syndrome toward his family, and chris was basically conditioned into filling the role, that no one else could. sorry, tangled up, haha.

but like with all this in consideration, it’s fairly easy to imagine why he would get so obsessed with ryan. and yeah, he for sure would rewatch the tapes, and enjoy phone talks, that they have. he never had anything like this before. a thing to truly look forward to. his kids are adults, so in all fairness, they no longer need him like they used to, and i feel like chris gets very aimless, when there is nothing for him to do, no one to care for, bc he has no idea how to live for himself at all. and yeah, in GP ryan’s and chris’s levels of obsession are a bit different. i suppose, partly bc chris’s mental state is also worse, than it was in ASB. he tries his best still, but cracks are starting to show more and more often. as for how he feels, when ryan is not around for months, i think that it’s a tricky question. chris is party terrified of himself and what he can do, so rational part of him says, that it’s good that ryan is far away from him, and that it might be better if he never comes back. but then, he also always longs for him to be back all the same. need vs care. obsession vs common sense. chris is very morale dualed, haha. esp when it comes to ryan. but i feel like, he’s prob one of the rare kinds of characters, who can overpower his own selfishness more often, than not. like, if i had to put all my supermassives otps into situation, where they had a choice to basically keep their ‘better half’ with them or have a chance to let them go with hope, that they can do better, that it would essentially be better for them, only chris and andrew would be capable of smth like lmao. everyone else, ryan included, would have the ugliest tantrum imaginable. even john with a similar level of self-hatred as chris, wouldn’t have been able to stop himself from being terribly selfish and keep andrew, no matter what it would have taken. this is partly why chris was okay with ryan killing him in WCA. he just assumed, well, it would be better for ryan. kinda a dick move tho. like ryan killed people for him, and he then, asks him to shot him lmao.

and oh, funny enough, i had un-used plot, where ryan gets kicked out of the house by his mother. idk, where his grandparents are. maybe, they don’t exist in that au or they’re not close. so as result, ryan literally has nowhere to go. he asks kyalee and caleb, if they can hook him up with some temporary place, until he finds a job and will get out of their hair. but naturally, they call him an idiot and say, that he can just stay on the campground during that time, chris won’t mind. i imagine, that ryan would ask them to not tell chris why he’s here, make up some story. it also leaves a lot places for humor, bc ryan is city kid, he doesn’t know much about life in the country. but chris be there to teach him. so yeah, they would spent a lot of time together. just two of them. kyalee and caleb would also indeed have a chance to hang out with ryan more often, show him around and such. for a while everything will be alright with the world. which is smth that i really about the quarry tbh. their set-up is so deceptively cozy.

I'm still having problems with allowing literally anyone else front even when I really really REALLY want to. Idk I just get really nervous.

One time when Grey fronted and fam knew about it, it scared Nina and tbh that happening exactly once really just. Scared everyone. Nina is extremely important to me, and how she sees me and reacts to me is extremely important. Causing her to have an anxiety attack is a terrible feeling.

On the opposite end, Kanon is extremely chill about it. Like to the point of seeming disinterest? I guess we collectively appreciate that she isn't weird about it, but 9 times out of 10 a switch means there's distress, and idk sometimes I feel like not acknowledging that feels like being ignored? Idk what I even want with this whole situation.

But like also... I still think I'm faking it pretty often. Or I guess not FAKING per se since one typically knows when they're pulling a ruse, but rather that it isn't real and I'm just delusional or something. I know I've lost time and I've heard at least Greyson clear as day and that I can tell when I'm co-fronting in the passenger seat instead of being the wheel...but I still feel a denial and shame that I really really hate. I WANT to let my roommates experience life as much as they can, you know? I understand not wanting to front cause dysphoria and dysmorphia reasons so I still take the title of body owner but like. Idk I worry about anyone being out front who has those problems running into the issue of like....how do I word it?

Like I'm here and this body is a 35 year old short fat white man with a receding hairline and ugly patchy beard. How does that come across when Belly, who is a 4 year old bird boy, just wants to play and be a kid? How do I just allow that to happen when all of us are collectively perceived as said 35 year old man? How would Noey feel being a 14 year old little black girl to be fronting in this 35 year old white body? How can I allow anyone to feel the pain of race/gender/height/species/etc dysphoria via this weird lumpy fat pale meat person that doesn't match ANYONE'S true self in this body??

I want to feel safe enough to unmask on all fronts but I don't. I don't feel safe to do so around anyone, except MAYBE Kanon. It's so frustrating.

I'm so afraid this will come off as pretentious I promise i'm not that girl 😭

Kinda related to my last post but not rly. watching movies w/ my sister is such a different experience compared to watching movies w/ my other siblings & I don't think I truly appreciated how similar our tastes are & how we explore or feel the same about certain themes in movies until this year, like we invited our other siblings to watch movies w/ us this October quite a few times & like. Idk how to explain it. I believe that horror & humor really compliment each other more often than not but we watched a few movies w/ them & when they laughed they were clearly ridiculing the movies in a "not scary didn't scream 😏" way & making jokes about EVERYTHING. & like that's not a bad thing!! but she & i talked about it later like... how they were clearly bored with & uninterested in the story, & were just waiting for something to scare them. & even tho we also laughed it was more like going w/ the rush of it & feeling nervous & having fun, not that they weren't also having fun but it was like... idk DIFFERENT. I'm not saying this to seem like "Oh I watch these things in the Correct Way" but it's just LIKE.... UGH! like eeeeek when we watched Annihilation I remember being so mesmerized by the ending scenes & being snapped out of it by my mom & brother laughing. are we watching the same movie?! & before we even started it my sister said "I hope no one laughs" cuz she really likes this film yet understands how some would react to it & I hadn't seen it at the time so I didn't understand why someone would laugh? I still don't !!!! Hearing her say that & then seeing my other fam members do exactly what she expected made me so sad :( but c'est la vie... boohoo

First of all, @booknerdlife (omg it’s not letting me tag you) you are SO sweet and amazing!!!! I’m so glad that there are actually people out there who enjoy my rambling nonsense🙈. Sending you so many virtual hugs (or whatever virtual form of affection you prefer)!!

Second, I wonder how much clover’s personality will change once she’s able to be more open and honest with herself and others and not so guarded. I feel like she’s had to make her personality and become cynical, jaded, and guarded to protect herself. She had to get rid of any vulnerabilities as a survival tactic, which is totally valid! But I wonder how she will change when she lets her guard down completely.

I also think that she might not know who she is without all these protective layers because she’s had to stuff it down and never really got to explore that part of herself, so it will be really interesting to see if she surprises everyone even herself at the changes.

I wonder if she’ll keep like the pessimism and dark sense of humor, or she’ll learn to lighten up. Also how everyone will react to these changes- will she become more likable? Will people start enjoying spending time around her? I’m really curious about that change.

I also wonder if she’ll be more like how she is around teddy. We know that she can be emotionally vulnerable, gentle, and kind with him, so it would be interesting to see if that extends to herself and others as well.

I am worried about her parents coming around because I assume that in the story timeline it will be a matter of months not years, so she probably hasn’t gone through processing what happened and healing. Even if she had though, it is a trauma and it’s really difficult to remember that healing when confronted with the source of it. That’s a serious trigger, no matter how much work you’ve put in.

I don’t remember if this happened, but did the bridgerton fam ask her about why her fam wouldn’t be coming? I wonder if they’ll ask about her parents, or if they think they’re dead or something. I forget what they all know about this topic.

I also feel like she’ll make an offhand comment or joke about her parents that would make them pause/be super concerned behind her back because she doesn’t realize that what she went through wasn’t normal for a fam. Like at the dinner with them she went ‘oh haha my fam never ate together cuz my dad would always get mad whenever we did’ or when the kids are playing, she accidentally shushes them because she’s worried the noise will get them in trouble, or something like that.

Idk lots of thoughts about GoS this morning (like always lololol)

Idk how you feel about jdox/Jordan (idk if there's a ship name for that) but i keep thinking about like.

Perry and Jordan are actually trying again. And they both want it to work, not that they'll admit it, if not for them than for the kids. Anyway. They decide to do the unhappily married midlife crisis move of spicing things up in the bedroom by having a three-way. For whatever reason (Jordan knows he's good, convenience, they know he'll say yes whatever.) They pick JD as their third. Just for one night to spice things up. They are 100% just using him just this once to spice things up.

It works. But then a few months go by and they're at each other's throats again and not in the fun way. So they try to spice things up a different way but they can't agree on anything new they haven't already tried and nothing worked before quite like a threesome. So they drag someone else who's passably cute and easy to control in for a night. But it's not as fun or helpful. This person doesn't react properly or understand their orders correctly.

They're not as well trained as JD. They don't. LIKE JD, it's just. Jordan and Perry have both already broken him in to respond properly to them. It would be such a pain to waste time training a new toy every time when there's one they've already put the work into. So they pull him in for another "one night stand" and it works.

That is. For a few months. So they bring him back when things are bad. And then. They might as well bring him in before that get really bad. They both know the benefits of preventative medicine.

And through all this they're falling (back?) in love. They're striking a balance they've never found before and also. Oh yeah. They're starting to find a balance with JD. They're also maybe starting to fall for him. Who has been a little in love with Dr Cox for years and is starting to see a whole new fun and almost caring side to Jordan.

ANYWHO, out of all the possible ot3s, this one isn't my /favorite/ but it does seem the most likely and I certainly have nothing against it. Like I'll definitely read anything I'd come across with this ship dynamic. I can so see something like this happening though. They want to spice things up and I feel like Jordan wouldn't care who, so she makes Perry pick and he feels the need to defend himself choosing JD, but it's like you said. He's already very well trained 😅 But yeah, at first it's JD just wanting to get closer to Dr. Cox and he likes and is very good at following orders and now he's sleeping with two of the most domineering people he knows. So of course he falls even harder for Perry, but along the way, he gets to see more of Jordan and that side of her that makes it clear how hard she loves, how much she cares. So yeah bud I love it 👏

Thirteen Era Rewatch: Spyfall Pt2

I'm re-watching Thirteen's era in lead up to the Centenary and since this is likely going to be my last full re-watch for a while I thought I'd do a post on each ep where I just go over all the things I love, hate or just have some general thoughts on.

The way both 13 and Yaz’s way of not freaking out in the Kasaavin dimension is to talk to themselves and like, take their roles, Yaz as a police officer and 13 as the leader among the fam

This whole plane crashing scene is great but Graham is my absolute fave

The Master being so sure that the Doctor and the fam wouldn’t survive when his plans against the Doctor historically fail almost every time…

That’s what the Doctor would do !!

I love the kneel scene. Love how 13 clearly thinks it’s ridiculous, love how the Master reacts to her saying his name, love how he ends up getting down on her level anyway, love how it ends with 13 winning

Thirteen just not really knowing how to react meanwhile Ada is like ugh this guy

Love this scene tbh. Some banter, getting to see how being with the Doctor has changed how they think, them questioning how much they know her.

That scene does make me wish they included moments in S11 where they were trying to get info out of 13 and she fobbed them off bc it feels like they’re saying they’ve done that but we haven’t actually seen them do it. Not the end of the world but meh

Also Yaz being depressed as fuck about the Doctor being gone. You’ve got a big storm coming love

What’s the point in Barton’s mum. I feel like they made him weirdly cruel idk. Barton doesn’t really do much for me tbh

When I first saw this scene in a trailer, for so long I thought they were in a wall, not in the floor

This versus Twelve literally wanting to die at the end of his era. She’s come a long way.. and it’s all gonna get shattered by the end of this ep but it’s FINE

I’ve always loved this parallel

Outside of the fact That scene is ridiculous, 13 being like ‘Masquerading as a German solider is low even for him” but then going on to do that perception filter thing is like…. Yeah and That is low for you lmao. I also don’t even think it’s that low for him tbh. Like he’s not human and probably couldn’t give a flying fuck about our wars and politics, so why would he care about being a German solider for a day if it meant his plan would work.

Graham and his dancing laser shoes have never been my fave but I kinda like it now idk. It’s dumb but it’s kinda funny

Making them think he was a doubtless agent was enough. There was no need to mess with the perception filter. Like even if he was white and the perception filter was gonna show his real white face, it’s still just a pointless thing to do. Which makes me think they put it in there specifically bc the Master isn’t white. Bc what would be the reason to do it otherwise. I assume he wouldn’t even have been wearing a filter if he was white. It’s just a bad look all round. The fact he isn’t white and they’d now be punishing him not only for being a double agent but for his skin colour is fucked. The writers really didn’t think that through in any way literally at all. In my mind, 13 did that just so they would see his real face and not a fake version of him but it’s like.. there’s no way she wouldn’t know that the colour of his skin would get him punished more. I like to just pretend it didn’t happen bc literally why tf. It’s so OOC

The connotations of this are uh, not good. Like I dread to think what kind of places he had to escape from after what 13 pulled. But in my mind it didn’t happen so it’s fine. Also I can’t wait for all the stories we get about the other stuff that happened during those 77yrs

I don’t have a problem with the memory wiping. I think it makes sense for Ada bc she’s at like, the beginning of her life before she makes big discoveries or whatever she does lmao. I guess she coulda left Noor but I don’t really care that she wipes her memory too. It doesn’t feel like the big moral bending issue that people make it out to be. It was justified imo.

Love how they ask to know who she really is and she just goes to the script she’s been saying for over a thousand years at this point like you know that’s not Really what they meant Doctor come on

Also that’s the last time we’re gonna hear them say that probably. Or if the Doctor does say that again, about being from Gallifrey or whatever, I’m hoping/expecting it to be said in a different way where it’s like we can feel them thinking of the TC

Like Pt1, this ep slaps, minus That moment. I think the only thing I don’t really care about is Barton but he plays his part I guess. I love that so much of this ep was just the Doctor and Master’s 10/10 dynamic. And the fam were great too.
