#sooo apparently i actually got my covid test results back the same day that i got tested and thankfully i am negitive #but now i feel v dumb and i could have been doing lab stuff for the past 4 days. ive got some experiments ive gotta get thru asap #which means starting tomorrow: we start to plow thru my dna samples #which means a bunch of lab nights bc i dont think i can handle going in durning thr day rn so my schedule is gonna be fucked #aaa fun times. why do i do this to myself? #seriously i hate weekdays bc i do basically the same things i do on thr weekends but i put so much pressure on myself that im miserable #@me pls stop that immediately #idk maybe its a good thing i got those extra days in isolation. my tansition to being back at school was a little rough and i did get a lot #of little things done #i just feel so miserable rn. it sucks #like im being dragged forward only by compulsions. which is no fun and is likely to be worse now that ill be back in the lab #aaaa also ive gotta give back a bunch of lab equipment bc over the summer ill prob be working with the same equipment in the lab #and depending upon the incubation time. that might be absolute agony #like tbh i dont even wanna think abt it. it jas the potential to be so bad #upon receiving this info i burst into tears. but then sometimes that just happens when i have to adjust to new info so meh #ugh anyway its good im covid negative. my sister is positive rn and quarantined in my parents basemnt #unrelated
