Fighting Siax now and whenever he starts his little dusk attack, Riku grabs Kairi and covers her with him and they get pushed back. I bet they’re worried for Sora, but I found that moment between them so sweet🥺.

The flashback of Riku looking at Roxas collapsed on the ground in TWTNW is showing after I beat Saix. I see Riku walk up to him and he has the keyblade up in his hand, position to be thrown down onto Roxas. Idk if it was truly meant to hit him, but we see Riku hesitate and throw it to the ground beside him. Ik its probably nothing but my mind was like

“Riku never truly wanted to hurt Roxas, but he wanted Sora to wake up, so he had to hurt him and use the darkness. But when it came to actually hurting him in this way, he couldn’t bring himself to do it. A part of Sora was in there and he couldn’t imagine hurting him anymore, and he didn’t want to hurt anyone any more.”

And then when it’s clear that he truly is Sora’s nobody, Riku gives into the dark just to wake sORA UP AAAAAH-

“I have accepted it.”

DiZ shows up and Riku puts his hood on to avoid his gaze😭. He didn’t want anyone to look at him while he was this way-

“DiZ, he told me he could feel Sora.” (Riku)

actors au prompt for all the fic writers

okay, a prompt, for all you fic authors out there. mostly just the ones with lgbt otps, but this could work for anyone i guess. so, i’m shit at writing aus, and i’m shit at finishing stuff, so here:

actors au where your otp play best friends on a tv show/movie. the fandom for that tv show/movie is pretty big, the actors are pretty big, and so there’s a lot of activity from the fanbase. a lot of fans ship your otp’s characters, because they just have all the ingredients for a romantic pairing. they got the long stares, the wistful glances, the i-would-die-for-you-and-only-you energy, the playfulness that is totally flirting, etc. etc. but for one reason or another, the showrunners/whoever is in charge of that just won’t make the characters a couple (maybe it’s homophobia, maybe it’s racism, maybe it’s something else, idk, you chose).

the actors themselves, character a and b, are pretty good friends irl. you can make up their backstory - maybe they’re childhood best friends, maybe they went to college together, maybe they’ve done a couple of movies/projects together prior, maybe they just clicked when they met, maybe all of that or none of that. point is, they’re good friends, and they hear and understand the fans want for their characters to officially be together. hell, they’ve even gone to the person in charge and were like “hey, everyone wants our characters to be a thing, can they be a thing?” and the director person is like “yeahh, no”. and, well, they’ve been in the fans shoes before. they’ve wanted characters to get together so bad before who just... didn’t.

so obviously, they take matters into their own hands.

they’re the two leads, or two really important people on the project. they have lasting contracts, and they can’t just be fired or killed off the show/movie.

so with the help of their friends (maybe they’re other actors, or mutual friends, or whoever) they stage a photoshoot, dressed as their characters, and they act like a couple. they hold hands, dance in the rain, have picnics in a field, kiss, the whole nine yards. they take inspo from the fans, see what they want, and they do it to the best of their ability. (maybe they even throw a few videos in there, just for the hell of it).

they post it online, and obviously everyone blows up. media outlets are going crazy, the fans have probably been killed because they fangirled too much, and a and b are just kicking back and watching happily as the chaos they created unfolds. their director person is obviously not happy, but hey, it never said in their contracts that they couldn’t do that.

they release statements or do press conferences or both and they tell the fans “hey, maybe it’s not going to be canon, but we get your pain. and we had the ability to make it better, so why the hell not?” and through all of this, people are like “omg, are you guys an actual couple” and they’re just like haha, nooo, we’re just pals, just good friends, trying to help our fanbase out.

drama ensues, they independently realize that “oh shit, i actually have fallen for them” and pining also ensues while their friends around them are going “wtf is wrong with them”. they get their shit together (maybe eventually?? slow burn friends to lovers would be *chef’s kiss*), maybe the project runners even get their shit together and make the characters canon, and they all end up happy.

sprinkle in some idiots in love, maybe a formal event where they have to wear formal everything and it really punches in how attracted they are to one another, maybe a dramatic reveal or a soft one, hell, even a pet or two, or one of your otps parents being all knowing, and *chef’s kiss* you’ll have perfection.

black mirror: it feels a little atrocious and cheesy and i actually love it like it's just a catchy song!! they could have gone harder but i'm okay with it. the mv is VERY valkyrie which is cute but also boring. none of the shots really wowed me also rbw tanked their budget for this cb.. and some of their fits suck. for me this is a step up from banbakbulga though

valkyrock: mixed feelings bc it really just feels like valkyrie with poorly arranged hard guitar in the bg there were some weird instrumental choices too. it serves its purpose which is to be a cool concert remix. there are some cool moments tho especially with the main guitar which i can only assume is kanghyun just shredding it good for him. could have gone harder with the rock concept

so overall this cb... just okay. i'm okay with it! it's def not a come back home or a tbontb (i actually LOVED tbontb era sfsgdfdgdg even the acoustic guitar in the chorus) but frankly it wasn't trying to be that. still feels pretty oneus. anywayyy this is long! i just wanted to like. open a discussion lol don't feel pressured to respond!! -tt

WHAT THE FUCK? i don’t really like the typical kpop drops always used now but come on?? oh wait there’s a? ugh. that was nothing. well i guess it’s a song and dongju got a verse for sure. i don’t have a lot to say on it i don’t know if i’ll add it to any playlists IS THAT HWANWOONG’S FIRST LINE?????? what the hell is any of this DSKJFHKJHD i may not have noticed him before but huh what. eh. it’s a song. again maybe it’ll grow on me! but right now yeah it’s a letdown i agree.

so for black mirror i agree the mv was... cheaper than what we got with gaja, twilight & etc. like they used all the budget on their first mvs DNSKJFHKJ (and to be or not to be... i guess? i don’t remember much except Guns And Blood Bath). i don’t really mind it in itself bc i don’t watch mvs much anymore and i’ve accepted that sometimes companies will just throw whatever at the audience for the sake of money (see also: ugly dance by onf letting me down in great part bc it acts as a followup to beautiful beautiful but is literally just a performance mv with no storytelling elements whatsoever but eh what can you do right) but for someone who likes cinematography it’s definitely gonna be disappointing if they were expecting something like gaja or come back home. as for the fits i didn’t really look at them, mostly their faces? and ough they are pretty <3 but yeah i wanted to get the more negative criticism out of the way so i can talk about The Song because unexpectedly i actually really like it!! and we can thank the bassline for that LMAOOO honestly this is gonna sound mean for no reason but this is what w*nho (censoring in case it gets in tags... i do NOT need mbbs after me on this fine day) thought he was doing with his debut song (not losing you that one made me cry. the one that i forgot the name of). i really enjoy the vibe of the song even if imo it doesn’t really fit the visual concept very much? but it has strings and i’m not gonna say no to strings. strings and a sexy bassline. and yonghoon’s whistling. no but it’s a really good song imo! it’s not... as good as say, twilight (maybe it’ll grow on me idk we’ll see but twilight really was one of their best so), but it’s still a pretty solid song and while i do like banbakbulga a lot now it feels a lot less oneus than black mirror. oh wait i have something else to say, they really should leave the rapping to ravn bc like we know kpop rappers are not really rappers but i. really don’t wanna hear leedo rap anymore. he has great vocals there’s no reason for that... ravn is genuinely enjoyable to listen to so i don’t mind him but pls rbw give leedo more vocal lessons so he can sing more (and also give dongju vocal lessons at all?? why does he get two lines per song??? they’re a 2 yr old group now there’s no excuse. is he that bad? i don’t buy it he sounded good in the rtk gaja)

valkyrock here we go. last one. last one boys & not boys. so far it’s nice tbh. HUH? they lost the vibe with ravn’s verse. okay i guess the prechorus is alright i can hear the faintest hint of strings. the chorus... the percussions should not be like that... like idk how to explain it but the rhythm is too regular and not spaced out enough, if they were gonna do it like that it should hit a lot harder. don’t give me just the big boy (idk the english name but u know the one on the drums) and the small cymbal sound... that’s not loud enough bring out the damn gong (ok i may exaggerate but like it sounds more dancey than rock either way). uhhhhh overall though i really like the mix of the heavy guitar & strings i think that’s great and they should do that more. i can only assume onewe took care of the instruments LMAO harin u should’ve gone harder than that king i know u can...

so uhmmm for me this cb is... better than the previous one. which is sad bc it was a full album. i also liked it better than tbontb bc i felt that one didn’t go hard enough and black mirror wasn’t trying to go hard in that way so it doesn’t bother me 😭 yeah it’s not light us raise us fly with us level but it’s really good still. i can’t wait for oneus to finally release something that makes me insane but tbh? tbh? the bassline might get me there anyway. sexy bass makes me deranged and i think that’s at least a little bit relatable. still... when oneus get back to their roots in ways other than valkyrock maybe we’ll ascend to a better plane. much love 💕

both really, i don’t have a preference

2. Would you prefer to live in the country or in the city?

country! i hate cities so much! i grew up visiting my grandparents farm all the time growing up! although instead of the country preferably a seaside town such as the one i live in. it’s not too busy but not far away from everything.. plus i couldn’t part from the sea! 

3. If you could learn a new skill, what would it be?

picking back up painting, continue learning norwegian (don’t look at me like that marianne i keep saying i’m learning it but i’ve been so slack asdfdsasdf), get back into marimba

4. do you drink your tea/coffee with sugar?

tea with sugar is so gross! i only drink herbal teas. my favourite is spearmint

5. What was your favourite book as a child?

the harry potter series!! and the rainbow magic books asdfgfdsa, the princess diaries series, anything roald dahl, anything dr suess, captain underpants lol, hairy maclary, mr mcgee and the biting flea asdfdsadf soo many i was such a loner as a child and literally read every single book i could find

no one so much as just not seeing my family as often even though i do see them every week. i just want a big family holiday to spend time with them. and i’m missing some of my mutals atm who are busy lately 😞

i blocked out so much of my childhood eeep ummm probably visiting my grandparents farm, riding horses, my grandfather driving us around on a trailer on the back of a tractor, collecting cicada skins with my brother and starting a collection of cool bugs, stealing berries off the mulberry bush ahaha, finding snake skins (why did we like collecting skins wtf asdfd)

snails? crocodile? i don’t even know ahaha (snails are amazing btw yummm i used to eat them all the time in vanuatu growing up)

Why I like them- goodness gracious why do I love Ayda? Best best best girl. She wants friends desperately but she has a hard time but she doesn’t try to change herself to do it? And she is just,, so brilliant and Wonderfull and she makes me very emotional. Fun fact, there’s a video on YouTube that’s just all of her appearances, and I started watching that when I couldn’t get access to dropout because I was so intrigued about what I saw on Tumblr! And she’s like 60% of the reason I got dropout

* Favorite episode (scene if movie)- I mean the figayda first kiss and everything that preceded it was GOLD. Also the scene where adaine asks if she wants to hold boggy. What an angel.

She’s trying so hard, she was without a family for so long and she found a family and then she was finally reunited with her blood family and it was weird and complicated and FCK she’s so good

* Why I don’t- Emily axford does no wrong

* Favorite episode (scene if movie)- finale! Holy shit that finale! (Also for scene, that first round of combat where she thunder steps and saves Joren. Holy fcking moly.)

* Favorite line: god it hurt me DEEPLY, but I can’t stop thinking about “you can be my sister or my queen, but you can’t be both” “then I choose to be your queen”

Head Canon- one of the ways she bonds with her family is taking them on rides on Cinnamon! That feeling of freedom, of magic; it helps them understand her better, and it shows that they trust her. The first time Ruby goes flying with her, she tells her to hang on so they can do something cool, and Ruby instinctually wraps her arms around Saccharina. It’s the first time they hug. They don’t mention it, but they both get a little misty eyed.

Unpopular opinion- I really wanted a scene where she asked about Jet. She’s spent so long wanting a family, just to find out once again the church had taken the chance from her. i have some,, personal feelings about what that would be like and I really wish that her feelings about that had been explored a little more

20 random FACTS about yourself that may surprise you. Here are mine:

Do you make your bed? Nah, at the most I pull the duvet over only when I'm playing on my ps4.

What's your favourite number? 8, it was the last number I learnt to write and I enjoyed doing it. When I was younger I gave numbers personalities and 8 was cool I guess xD

What's your job? I don't have one, I'm in uni at the moment

If you could, would you go back to school? Nooo, I'm going back to uni next week and I really don't want to, I just want a job rn.

Can you parallel park? Last time I drove I could parallel park really well but that was like 2 years ago, so hopefully I'm still good at it.

A job you had which would surprise people? I've never had a job, but I guess I covered for someone one time sooo. I used to go to this charity organisation that taught people to play guitar, drums, bass and (for one summer) keyboard. I started going like the second year it was going on learned the basics of the bass and then went onto play the drums after a year or so. Got taught them for a couple years and was in the highest level class. They were like an hour long with like 4 levels and were all done one after the other lowest level first but I used to go in for all hour hours as my sister taught the bass class for the last year or two. One day the drum teacher didn't show up so I had to teach them drums, the first three didn't listen and just wanted to smak things all over but the lessons got easier as they got older/more experienced. It was a nightmare, especially since I was so nervous at the time.

Do you think aliens are real? Yeah, probably but I think most of them would be like micro organisms. If there isn't other intelligent life right now, I think there will be, even if it's long after we're all gone.

Can you drive a manual car? Yee, it's the default here, I have no idea how to drive an automatic.

What's your guilty pleasure? Aaaa I don't know... I think I'm pretty open with what I like and don't like.

Tattoos? None, I'm very indecisive and I hate even stickers or stamps on my skin, never mind anything perminant.

Favourite colour? An earthy, olive-y green. I love most other colours but I can't stand most purples.

Things people do that drive you crazy? I think I'm pretty chill about most things? Idk maybe people treating stuff like it's a personality trait when it's not.

Any phobias? Blood. When I was little I cut my finger and screamed so loud that my dad heard me from down the street. My sister cut her knee while we were on a ferris-wheel and now I can't go on them without feeling sick when I'm fine with other amusement things. In some instances I'm fine, I got my blood taken and was watching it happen cause it looked cool but when my mam cut her finger, I was shaking and trying not to gag.

Favourite childhood sport? Anything I could do. Running? Ice skating? Swimming? Anything active, I was doing it, I had a six-pack as a kid I was so active xD oh what a different person I am.

Do you talk to yourself? Only when I'm extremely anxious. Actually, I find when I'm with people and concentrating on something else (like on Overwatch group chat) I talk or make sounds and like don't realise it until after XDD it freaks me out, I guess it's cause I'm focusing on something else I don't realise what I'm saying xD

What movie do you adore? There's a few. Iron Man 3, Avengers 1, 3 and 4, the green mile, any Peter Pan movie that isn't the live action one (I watched it too many times as a kid), Forrest Gump, the one who flew over the cuckoos nest, groundhog day there's probably more I can't think of right now

Do you like doing puzzles? Some of them but if I don't make any progress after a while, I'll loose interest. I love escape rooms though.

Favourite kind of music? I'm at that weird point where I need to get some more music but I like Joji, Brock Hampton, Tame Impala, kinda chill music that's also a bop.

Tea or coffee? Tea, if done correctly, coffee if it's sweet and/or iced.

The first thing you remember you wanted to be when you grew up? A farmer. Tbh I still wouldn't mind a farm of my own.

1. Do you create playlists for your stories or characters?

Nooo, cant say that I am one of those cool people who seem to know a lot about life and their ocs. wish i did but i always cringe at the idea of it with my characters. 

2. What is your stance on endings that don’t end with some hope?

Hmmmm... depends what the story is and what the writers motivation for doing so was, like if they are just doing it for shock value or lazy writing then mehhh but i mean i guess it’s somewhat more realistic? it makes for a bit of difference if everyone else is doing happy endings. i think i would be a bit sad tho if there was absolutely NO hope WHATSOEVER but hey ho it’s a book i shall accept it if it works!

3. What author would you love to hear feedback from on your WIP?

idk man maybe like Terry Pratchett,i feel like he was just a pretty cool guy. and his books were iconic. 

4. What is the genre of your WIP(s)?

Fantasy, supernatural, historical, gothic

5. How do you come up with new ideas for your WIP(s)?

it’s usually not formulaic, like it just happens when it happens, if i want to come up with new ideas my brain brings out the big barricade and no creativity is allowed out. but when im anywhere that i have no way of writing down my ideas, they just come in hordes 

6. What do you use to keep all your writing on? (Scrivener, Google Docs, good old pen and paper…)

Google Docs! But some of my random ideas go on my Notes app :P

7. What gave you initial inspiration for your WIP(s)?

just kinda all them old victorian gothic novels ya know? dracula, jekyll and hyde, frankenstein and i was like i like that aesthetic i love monsters and spooky things but in an incredibly romanticised setting.. .. .. 

8. How long have you been working on your WIP(s)?

since i first had vague ideas, probably like 1-2 years ago!

9. What was the first thing you came up with for your WIP(s)?

the general aesthetic of it, definitely 

10. Have you considered Hogwarts houses for your characters? If so, what are they?

I mean, for one of my wips i wrote them in one post, but for my main wip im working on at the moment, i haven’t considered it ! yet!

11. What do you find easiest to write? (Description, dialogue, etc.)

hmmmmmmmm.... oh shit idk i think i go through phases of one or the other, depends what ive been reading beforehand hahahah! and if i’ve been spending time with a lot of people, in that case i’m better at dialogue but if i’ve just spend a lot of time alone im like wait how do people speak??
