For the past year I've been getting up at 4:30 am a few days a week and taking the train from Harlem to @movementbrooklyn in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. When I've told people this, most of them ask me what would possess me to get up that early and travel that far for a "workout." I can say that the various exercises we do there make me feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally, but beyond that it's still difficult for me to explain. This is a short video, written by @alexainbk, directed by @kylegrit and co-starring @partywithlance that I filmed and edited to hopefully help explain what goes on at the gym.

Okay...😅Part 2 of This Challenge proved to be much more difficult than Part 1 Thumb Strength Challenge, Thank you to all who participated.👍🏽 This one requires, not only, finger anti-flexion (curling in), but also some anti lateral flexion (side bending) of the hand/wrist.
