Sera is headed to The Liminal up north #to uncover (hopefully) the source of continent-wide disappearances and why the liminal #is Like The Way It Is (Mysterious. Scary) #Ada can’t help Sera (she has a kid now) but she gives him Sath’s name. she contacts sath who agrees to meet with Sera #meanwhile in the liminal is Agathe (The Liminality head of the whole facility) #she’s been going bonkers over the last two decades and has resorted to hm. Some in-progress sketches of little dnd guys

ID: two sketches on recipe cards of dnd characters. Both are unfinished.

The first is of Azhira Kubaryi, an elven zombie. His chest is decomposed, and a large hole is visible, showing his ribcage and spine inside. Aside from their skeleton, Azhira’s torso is hollow. Its chest cavity is the only part of the sketch drawn in detail so far.

The second is of an old character, Idral. The sketch does not have a right arm or head. Idral is a muscular genasi with many scars including from top surgery. He is wearing shorts, and magma leaks out of his scars. End ID.

In terms of climate, it’s blisteringly hot and dry, with little to few settlements outside of the main cities due to the inhospitable temperatures of the desert. There are two prominent rivers (Iri Lowtis and Iri Valestes) that feed into the main bay that Kaistos is built around. The bay feeds into the Idral Leith (Leith Sea)

At the risk of sounding super fucking pretentious, I have become so much more selective of who I give my time and attention to this year.

From unfollowing literally thousands people from Tumblr and Instagram, unfriending people on facebook- inactive users and people who just generally don't jive with me- I feel so much better.

I've found myself spending too much time scrolling and searching- trying to be like someone else, act like this, present myself like that. I've worn myself down and lost who I am. I've spent years comparing myself with people, trying to fit standards in hopes of being liked by everyone. I've faked interests and been dragged to events and tried hobbies I've known have held no interest to me in hopes of making more friends, without looking at the quality of the person. I've dealt with too much with old friends, excusing their poor behaviour simply because I've known them for half my life- despite the fact that they stopped being a true friend long ago. I've lost time and money, and most importantly MYSELF, trying to be "likeable".

And so change comes. I've sat back and taken a look at my life... and here's what I see. A boyfriend who cherishes me and his family who adores me. A group of 5 friends amazing friends who motivate me every day- call me on my shit, and help me straighten myself out, and push me to be better and stay focused. A big family that is proud of me no matter what. A roof over my head, food in the fridge, good marks in school, and a little money in the bank. So Im surrounding myself both online and in real life only with people who continue motivate me, accept me, and encourage me. Who I can be myself with. This is the year- No more competition, no more molding myself. Just being, learning, and growing.
