02: MEGUMI IS LIGHTWEIGHT (1.3k words)

Panda’s parties are always the same—borderline annoying, misogynistic rap music pulsating in your ears and a lot of dancing. A lot. So when you enter the party, swinging your car keys with your fingers and shooting acknowledging nods at mutuals, you’re not surprised to see the same once again.

“They’re here!” a rogue Panda yells, coming through with a red cup.

He hands another one he's holding to you, an unspoken understanding of your frequent drinking habits. It wasn’t that you were an alcoholic (past you would say something else) but you were known for your high tolerance.

“Where’s that bastard Toge? I need to have a word with him.” I ask Panda.

“Oh, I think he’s upstairs. Probably making out with some chick, I don’t know.” Panda shrugs easily.

Even if Panda is the closest to Toge, you know in a heartbeat that Toge is not easily drawn to the temptations of lust as easily as Panda thinks he is. In fact, you guess that Toge's most likely playing on his Switch upstairs, avoiding the party that Panda’s forced him to come to.

You turn to Tsumiki, “I’ll go. Will you be alright?”

“Yeah, all good,” she smiles at me, “Come back soon though. Don’t kill Toge.”

Megumi’s listening to your conversation whilst Yuuji and Nobara argue about who’s the beer pong champion out of the two of them at the entrance of the house. You pull them by their sleeves so they’re not in the way of passing guests anymore.

Sometimes, it feels like you’re babysitting them.

“Can’t promise, babes,” you tell her with a half-shrug.

Tsumiki’s phone starts ringing, “One second.”

She steps out to take the call, leaving you and Megumi a foot apart from each other, “Megumi, how about you?”

“Sorry?” he asks.

Forgetting what Toge's said is a lot more challenging than you expected. You push down the uneasiness in your gut.

“It’s your first party, is it not? How are you feeling?” you ask.

Megumi's expressions are hard to read but after being around him for so long, you’ve become accustomed to his body language.

“I will be alright. Thank you.” he replies politely.

You smile, patting his shoulder, “I’ll come and check on you later.”

Megumi nods and you take your leave to the second floor, a breath of fresh air coddling you at the escape. When you see the familiar Toge in Panda’s bedroom, your estimate is correct. Toge is sprawled on Panda’s bed, playing some Otome game on his Switch. He says he plays it because it’s cringe and he wants to make fun of it...you're starting to think that he really does enjoy it.

“Y/N.” Toge notes.

“Toge.” you reply, sitting on the bed next to him.

He switches off the game and turns to you as you take a languid sip of the drink, “Has Megumi asked you out yet?”

You almost choke in the process, furrowing your eyebrows and swallowing properly. Setting the drink aside, you hit Toge, “You’re out of your mind. He doesn't like me.”

“I mean, it’s always been kind of obvious if you ask me.”

“What are you talking about?” you sigh, “There’s nothing. You’re being delusional.”

Toge rolls his eyes, “No, you are. And he does have a massive crush on you because he was so desperate to believe that you didn’t like girls.”

“That’s a huge sentence coming from your mouth,” you comment, laying down next to him.

The reverberations of the music downstairs make its way up Panda’s creepy staircase and into the bedroom walls.

“He does,” Toge affirms, “I’m sure of it. Besides those tweets, there’s definitely something there.”

“Why are you so insistent about it?” you ask, turning to the white-haired boy.

It’s odd; Toge is usually reserved and calm so when you see him ramble passionately about Megumi, you’re not too sure what it can mean.

“I don’t know,” he answers, turning to you also, “But remember when you broke up with…?”

He waits with bated breath for you to approve.

You sigh, “You can say Choso, Toge.”

“Yeah, Choso...” he nods along, “When you broke up with him last year, he always asked about you through me. You were a mess, a really bad mess, like a really, really, really—“

“A mess. Got it.” you state, remembering those tearful nights.

“Don’t know why he didn’t ask Tsumiki. Maybe he was scared of being found out. Maybe—“

“Maybe he didn’t want Tsumiki to keep thinking about me. Don’t you remember how worried she was about me then? He probably didn’t want to pressure her and he couldn’t ask me because I wasn’t talking to anyone.” you theorise.

“I mean, you could be right but those Tweets.”

“The kids were probably just making fun of him.” you say, getting up.

“Where you going?” he asks.

“Chill, princess. I'm not gonna leave you now.” you respond, walking towards the opened balcony. You can’t believe Panda gets this whole view to himself.

Toge follows you outside and the two of you sink onto the couch outside, watching the neighbourhood as Toge passes you a joint from Panda’s secret stash.

An hour later, you remembered that you’d go check on Megumi. Sure Tsumiki is there too but she’s super popular, everyone will be talking to her while Megumi explores the unfamiliar terrain by himself.

So you say goodbye to the high Toge and walk back downstairs. Everyone’s dancing and hands drag you to dance but you push them away, saying you need to use the bathroom.

“Where is he?” you ask yourself, wondering around Panda’s house.

You see Tsumiki and Panda talking on the couch, Yuuji and Nobara playing beer pong but where’s Megumi? He's gotta be here somewhere.

“Y/N…”

A heavy hand lands around your shoulders.

“Megumi! Are you okay?”

Megumi’s lids are heavy as he leans onto you.

“Did you drink?”

“I…I thought he said it was a mocktail. I think I had too many cocktails.”

Of course he did.

“Okay, relax. I can’t drive right now because I drank too, but we can go out for a breather, how does that sound? There isn’t much space here for you to sit down.”

Megumi nods, barely processing your words with his eyes closed.

You inhale and prepare for the journey through the pushy and overly welcoming crowd as you make your way to the front door. The excited partygoers ask about his conditions but you give them brief summaries as you battle through the crowd. Finally, when you’re through the front door with a heavy Megumi, you make him sit on the porch’s stairs, “Wait here. I’m gonna get Tsumiki to drive you home.”

As you’re about to leave, he grabs your bicep, “Don’t go.”

You’re staring.

Very obviously staring.

“Please…” he whispers weakly.

“Okay, I won’t.” you answer, sitting next to him. There aren’t many people coming in and out of the party now. Most of them are getting drunk.

Right now, you’re trapped in your own world with Megumi. The last thing you wanted to do tonight, especially after what Toge told you. You didn't know he cared for you that much.

But it can't be true. Megumi can't like you. You're his sister's best friend.

The silence is louder than the rap music playing inside.

“How are you feeling?”

“I regret coming.” he responds.

Slowly, his head tips to your shoulder. You’re not sure if he’s realised he’s done it or the alcohol has consumed every working thought in him.

All you can muster is a nod as you’re glued to his side—thighs pressed together, shoulders smashed and his unruly hair prickling your cold neck.

If what Toge says is true, which it’s not, what would you do in this situation? Would you confront Megumi or would you flee?

“I can go get Tsumiki—“

“Y/N.” he states.

“Yes, Megumi?”

You can’t stop that gut-wrenching sensation in your stomach. Megumi looks up at you, long eyelashes fluttering open. You know what’s coming before it even comes.

“I like you. I like you a lot.”

Hi and Welcome to my tumblr page. I write Twisted Wonderland and Obey Me! Imagines.

( If no that's okay,you can delete this request) alright....So, I really like the butterfly demon that you made for Inuyasha and Sesshomaru on request.And I thought what if the fem s/o butterfly demon had met Sesshomaru and Inuyasha ( separate please) when they were little (the fem s/o butterfly demon was also still a child at that time) Dancing on a hill or mountain with the moonlight shining on her and her beautiful butterfly wings,Instead of being surprised by them Femin s/o elegantly stretches out her hand to invite them to play or dance in the middle of the forest . ( Headcannon)

Definitely! I’m very glad you enjoyed the idea, all of my requests are always so creative! I wouldn’t write so much if it wasn’t for all the vivid prompts. The whole atmosphere you described immediately reminded me, for some reason, of this song from 'A Troll's Fairy Tale' Otome game. It just set up the whole mood of the story.

Inuyasha/Sesshomaru x Butterfly Demon! Reader Headcanons: First meeting

Featuring a young Inuyasha and Sesshomaru and their first encounter with the child demon.

Inuyasha

Inuyasha was never a child to cause trouble. He always clung to his mother's soft sleeves, quickly following behind her as his tiny footsteps barely made a sound against the polished tatami. So whatever possessed him that night is, to this day, beyond his understanding. Nonetheless, on a certain night with full moon, he snuck outside and ran across the tall grass and up the hill until he reached a glade.

It was almost as if someone had called him by his name, a mumbled, merely audible whisper echoing from the distance. He’d been to this place many times before with his mother, yet now it looked entirely different. His small body cowered before the crooked, swaying shadows of the tall trees and he wanted to run away, doubting his intentions. That’s when the clouds cleared and the patch of open greenery was once again bathed by pale light. He hadn’t noticed the other person. A child, like him, carelessly and effortlessly dancing around, indifferent to the world. Although it couldn’t have been a human. Inuyasha was very much familiar with demons given his own family, but he’d never seen one like this. Adorning her back, a pair of sheer, colorful wings fluttered gently in the wind.

He must’ve been staring rather intently, because the mysterious nocturnal artist finally noticed his presence. You seemed pleased by the idea of having company, so you enthusiastically skipped and twirled your way over, extending an inviting hand. He barely grazed his fingers against yours when the worried shouts of his mother startled him out of his trance. “I think I have to go back home”, he muttered apologetically. “Mom is looking for me.” And with that, he begun sprinting away, occasionally looking back to see if the butterfly girl would still be there.

Sesshomaru

Even as a child, Sesshomaru had always been aloof and independent. It wasn’t uncommon for him to disappear at random times, so no one would question it, especially given he’d always return safely. Sometimes he just needed time to himself and away from others, in order to gather his thoughts and also train, hoping to close the gap between him and his father. Other times he’d wander out of pure curiosity, out of the desire to explore.

It was during one of his nightly expeditions that he felt the sudden desire to follow along a certain path. He knew very well where it led, to one of the cozily hidden glades he’d visit for his sword training. Though he’d never been there after dark, so this was a first. Once he reached the forest clearing, he shuddered slightly at the cold wind. It was unexpectedly chilly for late spring and the cherry blossom branches creaked with the breeze, scattering clumps of petals. He surveyed the area with his big amber eyes and spotted some movement ahead. A girl his age. Or rather, a demon. He involuntarily reached for his sword, expectantly. You were too focused on your movements to realize his presence. A pirouette under the moonlight, and your wings spread open theatrically once you were finished. Sesshomaru was mesmerized.

You heard the quiet gasp and turned to your audience, chuckling at the young boy’s baffled expression. “You can join, too. I won’t mind.” You said reassuringly. Sesshomaru huffed, embarrassed to be caught so beguiled. “Why would I do something so silly?” He retorted, trying to play it cool. He folded his arms and looked away, uninterested. “You can just say you don’t know how to dance.” You teased, cheekily. This seemed to have hit a nerve, as the boy glared at you and answered with a puffed up chest, “S-so what about it, I’m a warrior, not a dancer!” You shrugged and hopped on a nearby rock for some elevation, continuing your little dance. As annoyed as he sounded, Sesshomaru continued to observe you, a faint blush warming his cheeks.

SAGAU but they have taken control of your devices Warnings: I wrote ‘devices’ instead of just phones because some of us here use phones, tablets, and PCs to play the game. Crack-ish? Bulleted headcanon fic. Note: This gonna be the last fic until Wednesday (May 4) because I have exams. Don't worry, I have an Ayato enemies to lovers conceptualizing right now, a Zhongli series and a future series based on this fic. See you guys later! Masterlist

Setting the scene, the characters get self-aware because this is a SAGAU fic but instead of you getting isekai-d to Teyvat, learning that you are a creator and someone is there impersonating you, SAGAU characters are still inside your device and you are still a player. It all started when the traveler accidentally breaks a code that later causes everyone to be wide awake. From then on, they are able to converse with you from the screen. 

Later on the traveler learnt that he’s able to control the devices around it and so do the others. This is where chaos started.

Your alarm clock and its usual ringtone? It’s now under the control of the characters. One day you’ll wake up with Venti’s soft singing and lyre music, some days it’s Xiangling or Noelle  telling you to get up for a filling breakfast. Oh you don’t want to get up? Be prepared for Paimon screaming her tiny lungs at you for hours.

Characters like Keqing and Ganyu took it upon themselves to take care of your to-do list and day to day schedules. Ganyu is on the tasks telling you what needs to be finished and Keqing on the scheduling. If you have school/work you don’t have to worry about missing an assignment anymore.

 If you use your devices for business, Ningguang will present herself as some kind of business partner/assistant. She’ll give you business advice and might roast you for your unnecessary purchases.

If you have games on your phone, they are not your games anymore. That is Klee’s games or Itto if he’s bored. However if it’s Otome games, it’s now Jean’s (cause it’s canon that she likes romance novels).

Don’t worry if your phone suddenly started playing music, that’s just them immersing themself in your reality.

Zhongli, Kazuha, Chongyun and even Thoma will probably like the soft and mellow-y type of music like Sleeping at Last or even Clairo. I have a headcanon that  Zhongli will really like Sleeping at Last, especially the song ‘Saturn’.

Xinyan has an ever-growing rock and rock sub-genres playlist and the last time you look at it the playlist has already 1k+ tracks on it.

Venti, Barbara, Yun Jin and Kazuha (because he watches Yun Jin’s plays) bond over musicals and will probably ask you to watch musicals with them. 

Itto has one of those hype playlist and has his tongue scrambled because he recently came across rap music and wants to go around Teyvat with his gang to do those rap battles.

Since we are on the music part, I can just imagine someone playing music at random times.

Diluc was working at the tavern and then suddenly Two Feet’ started playing. His tavern employees came home with double pay because a lot of people came in to vibe with the music and drink their feelings. 

Thoma is cleaning around the estate dancing with a broom (and doing broom guitar) with Honeypie playing and Ayato could only tap his foot on the beat. 

Ganyu trying a catch a little sleep only to get startled because of a loud beat drop

Characters like the traveler having an intense battle or argument and then suddenly a meme music starts playing thus derailing them and their enemy mid battle.

Worse scenario: Traveler missing their sibling and then suddenly ‘I love you so’ by the Walters started playing and they started ugly sobbing that made Paimon panicked.

You play a sad song and then suddenly one of them just shows up at your home screen asking you if you’re okay <3

Once they discover Karaoke is a thing, they will be singing like there’s no tomorrow

Kaeya will probably tease Diluc to sing ‘Sway by Michael Buble’ because we all agree they sound alike. 

Because they have control of devices, they can also control things such as watching videos and oh video viewing and movie nights are now common occurrences.

Thoma, Xiangling and Noelle watched those aesthetic cooking videos and tried to replicate them in their own recipes.

Paimon watches food videos and often asks Xiangling to try cook it (most of the time Xiangling agrees but the ingredients just go off charts)

Albedo watches videos about education and recently he has been memorizing the periodic table of elements in his lab and thinking about the importance of Pi

Horror movie watching with Hu Tao is now a daily thing and please take her away from those jumpscare vids because she will just randomly play it for fun.

Cartoon binge watch with everyone who wants to join. Not gonna lie they’ll probably like Avatar: The Last Airbender, Steven Universe, and maybe even Gravity Falls. 

Video watching is moderated by you and the adults by the way so no worries

Language in Teyvat is no differ from language in our world, the only thing that separates the two is the alphabet. Albedo, the archons and the scholars of Teyvat such as Sucrose and Xingqiu made it their job to study and understand your language. They almost lose their minds when they learn that your world has 7,100 languages.

From learning the basics, they are now reading fictions of your world too. Books go to the Archons first and then later to the nations’ managements to see if they approve it to the public or not. 

On the crack-ish side of the lake… you have videos about them? They are those hot edits? Those are now blackmail materials owned by Kaeya and Childe. 

You write fanfics? Oh don’t worry! That Secret is safe as long as you give Yae Miko free reign in keeping them. 

Memes will haunt them for days. Zhongli is now constantly touching his head to see if his hair is still intact, Kaeya constantly doing the lip bite, Diluc still  having nightmares about his face photoshopped in Klee’s body and oh let’s not forget about Childe doing that meme face of him staring blankly.

They don't understand what boomer means but both Raiden and Zhongli are not safe from it 

Not gonna lie can I see traveller and Childe doing that 'I won't hesitate bitch' vine before they fight on Mondays.

Hello. I got an idea after listening to these songs - requiem ver chogakusei Alien Stage - sweet dreams. Namely, that Yu has the magic of music (more precisely, magic manifests itself when Yu sings or plays musical instruments, sometimes when he dances). And I would like the guys to catch Yu during one of these actions (dormitory wardens + Jamil). Just imagine how Yu sings requiem and magic begins to appear in the form of flames/shining stars/flowers, etc.)

you brought me some memories and I love ideas involving music, most of my entries are made with a POV playlist and I swear I tried to do it in dorm order, but I was blocked so I wrote who already had one (yes, I I do everything disorganized and then together) and as my limit is 7 characters, I believe you asked to change Kalim for Jamil, if not, just let me know and I'll do his THANKS FOR THE REQUEST

This defense mechanism manifests in a way that means he does not go where he isn't invited (better to avoid it altogether than go and find you're unwanted right?). I've been wanting to give JJ a go since it was released, but now that I know you're so enamored with it, I think I finally found my reason to finally go through with it lol. The concept seems so neat but if I'm being honest, the cover art for the case is what got me 😂

Ahh yay please give it a try! What made me hesitate at first was the price (50 bucks seemed like a lot to me for a VN) but now I really think it’s worth it! I don’t even play otome games (the last one must be Mystic Messenger 😂) but this one is so much more than that honestly!

forgive me for the lengthy answer now but I wanna talk a bit more about it to convince some more people ^///^ :

The romance is pretty subtle, I feel like it’s not even the main point of the story. And what I REALLY REALLY love is the heroine you play as. She’s not only voiced and has a face, she’s a full fledged own character that you can sympathize and identify with.

The characters (not only the main cast/Love interests but also side characters) really grow on you with time, and you wanna cheer for them and feel all kinds of emotions with them :”) it’s so wholesome.

And as mentioned before, the music! The story setting is in a drama school so the characters prepare for several performances throughout the school year, with dance choreographies and songs. So of course, music plays a big role in this game and it delivers!

And lastly, all the beautiful artworks from Sui Ishida. They alone make me want to play all routes just to unlock all CGs 😂

I could go on and on about this game and I’m not even through with my first route lmao!!

Summary: Trying out the demo game for Yeri's new game was something you thought would be an exciting experience. You didn't think the first time you played the game would be so creepy.

The feeling of boredness is seeping through your body. Glancing around at people around you having fun, you curse yourself for not having the skill to socialize with a lot of people.

You were invited by your childhood friend, Joy, to come to her annual party that she holds in her massive house every month. She told you it's because she's already used to having big parties like these for her friends, but you know deep down it's because she's lonely at home. So you never blamed her.

Plus her parties are actually fun and exciting. It's just you're not extroverted enough to initiate conversations first. Awkwardly smiling at old high school classmates, you tried to move away from the ever growing dance area near you.

Walking to the kitchen to grab another drink, you noticed the rest of your friends talking to each other, so you decided to talk with them instead of just standing at the party like an idiot.

"Hey, (name)! Where have you been?" Wendy smiled as she hugs you, Seulgi joining too before patting your back.

"Meh, not doing much. Just wanted to grab a drink before I saw you guys."

The three of you talked, catching up on what's going on with your life because it seems like everyone parted ways after graduating college, too busy with their own lives.

Wendy pursed her lips as Seulgi shook her head. "Honestly I don't know. A few people said that she's here, but I haven't seen her."

"I want to meet her," You pouted. "I heard she's developing a new game after the success of the first one. I've played it before and it was awesome!"

Yeri worked as a game developer. She worked at a relatively small company before they went successful with their first game. At first you didn't know what it's about, something called an 'Otome' game. But after playing it for a few days you were hooked. Maybe because you're a sucker for handsome men and the interesting storyline that made you played the game nonstop to earn many of the endings and achievements.

"I've played it too! Honestly Jisung's route was so exciting!" Seulgi squealed before you joined her as well.

"What?! I thought you agreed with me that Chan's route was better," Wendy gasped as she hits Seulgi on the arm. Seulgi and Wendy decided to debate on which boy is better, making you smile in amusement before deciding that the debate was going far too long. Excusing yourself you walked around the massive house, waving at Joy as she talks with people before going outside.

Not a lot of people were there, so you sat down on one of the chairs before exhaling loudly. Mindlessly scrolling through your phone, you didn't notice a figure walking right towards you before scaring you by grabbing your shoulders. Screaming, you flailed around before seeing Yeri laughing obnoxiously.

"You bitch! You scared me!"

"And I'll do it again if you'll have the same reaction," Yeri smiled as she wiped some tears away. You playfully stuck out your tongue before she sits down next to you, stretching her arms out wide before huffing.

Yeri shrugged. "Don't know. His name is Johnny, good guy. But a few weeks ago he vanished without a trace. Yeri frowned, humming as she tapped her finger on her knee. "I guess?" She started. "Before he's gone, he started acting weird. Saying the game was 'self aware' about our reality and it's alive all of a sudden. We just chalked it up as a joke, but it's weird thinking about it now."

You whistled. "Damn, that's actually scary. Imagine if the game actually came to life though, like that one Gravity Falls episode."

"Not scary to me, I'll gladly take Soos place for a hot babe to fall in love with me," Yeri snorted as you laughed. You both talked again about random topics, making you reminiscence about the time where all of you were just struggling college students trying to graduate. You remembered how all of you liked to stay at Irene's dorm, having sleepovers and working through assignments together even though you all have different majors.

Both of you fell into a comfortable silence, basking in each other's presence as you sip your drink while Yeri chewed her gum.

"Hey, (name)? You liked the first game that we released right?"

"It's only an idea, but the team wanted another perspective of the demo game. Since Johnny decided to disappear," Yeri rolled her eyes. "What if I offered you to play it? We're at phase 3 so the game would still be a bit glitchy, but we're happy to accept—"

"Are you kidding me?!" You cut Yeri off, squealing in delight as you shook her body. "Why would I want to decline this offer? I would be so crazy!"

"Yes you would," Yeri snorted as she laughs.

"I'll be happy to play it! I'll give you guys some opinions about it too!"

"Great!" Yeri exclaimed before texting one of her coworkers. "But...don't spill any of this to Wendy or Seulgi. They'll kill me."

Thankfully, your work schedule was very flexible. Your company didn't need you exclusively on place at all times, so you can work at home where you're comfortable.

Already preparing drinks and snacks, you punched the desk in excitement as Yeri sent you the demo game through email. You downloaded the game before thanking Yeri through text, deciding to eat first as the game loads. When an unfamiliar tune started to play from your computer, you ran back to your room to find the game already at the starting page.

The game, 'Hala Academy', was basically an otome game like the previous one. Yeri did tell you that this game is more different in concept than the other one, so you're really curious on what she meant by that.

You clicked the start button, making yourself comfortable as you read through the short exposition text. Basically your a new transfer student at Hala Academy and you're trying to graduate the academy while falling in love with the many love interest on the game. Yeri told you that the system's more complicated than the other one, because essentially you still have to maintain good grades and your basic needs while juggling the storyline.

Unfortunately you can't customize your character yet because it's still in development, but your sadness soon brushed away with excitement as you started the game.

At first glance, it's all very polished. Yeri and her team did work on this game at the same time they're working on the previous ones. So you're really impressed by her work ethics.

Slapping your cheeks a few times, you clicked away as you read through text after text at the bottom so you know the basic storyline. You gasped when a boy appeared on the screen, jaw slack as you notice how good the art was.

Blonde hair, gorgeous eyes, a birthmark on the side of his eye; you described the man as angelic. You notice the bottom text appearing, hurrying to read it as you bit your lips.

"Hello there, you must be lost. A new student perhaps?"

You gasped again before squealing in shock when a deep voice spoke through your speaker. You didn't know they had voiceover! You held your face between your hand as you laughed out loud. The game just started and you're down this bad? You're royally fucked.

"Ah, I have to go to class. Oh! I forgot to ask your name, how rude of me. It's nice to meet you...?"

A box popped up asking your name. You hesitated, deciding to use your nickname you usually use for games or your real name. You decided to use your real name since it's only a demo, so you'll probably delete this one before downloading the finished one.

"(Name), what a beautiful name for a beautiful lady."

Your eyebrows raise in shock at how Yeosang said your name. Can they even do that? Usually they give some space before continuing with their line. But whatever, it's worth it anyway with his voice.

"It's nice to meet you, (name). I hope we'll have classes together."

"I hope so too," You mumbled as you clicked away, Yeosang disappearing from the screen as a lady popped up. Turns out it's a small tutorial before you actually play the game, making you hum in excitement as you played through the short tutorial.

Before you knew it, you went to classes. The work you did in class turns out was a small mini game, each classes holds a different game so you're not that bored. It's challenging enough and every time you win, you acquired different things.

"Okay, right now I have one letter. About twenty coins? And...a plushie?" You cocked your head, hovering above the items to find any description but you found none. So you texted Yeri, asking the purpose of these items.

Turns out the coins you could spend on different outfits for the boys, which is mind blowing. As for the plushie and letter, it's for maximizing your relationship percentage.

Closing the inventory, or your bag perse, you clicked away before another boy popped up. Your eyed widen at how broad his shoulder were, noticing the contrast between his body and face. His body looks muscular yet his face looks cute with cat-like eyes and a dimple.

"Hi there! You must be the new student. It's not common for the academy to accept students at this time. But don't worry about that! I'm Choi San, you can call me San."

"Cute," You mumbled softly, not noticing how San's character glitched a little when you said that. You picked one of the choices as you 'talked' with San.

"Oh yeah, our academy is very prestigious. That's why a lot of people are talking about you, especially someone entering with a scholarship."

"Yeosang? Yeah, I know him. He's my friend! He told us about you in class. I didn't believe him when he told us how beautiful you were, but now...I'll say your more than beautiful."

"My friends? Well...we're not always together. But! We do eat together if we can, if you want you could join us! It'll be so fun."

Just from these short interaction, San is a very interesting character. You noticed how he tends to ramble on and on, his voice talking first instead of the text like Yeosang did. Maybe it's a glitch?

When an option appeared where you could see your dorm, you didn't realize how San's character will follow you as the scene changed into your room.

"Ah! This is your dorm. Don't worry, we all start with the plain room. The academy will let you decorate so go wild!"

The tutorial popped up and you clicked on it, screen fading into black before the game showed you how to decorate the rooms and such. When the tutorial finished, you frown in confusion when you noticed how San was still there. But now...his face looked worried instead of the smile he wore.

You also noticed how another boy was beside him, with fiery red hair and a mole underneath his eye. Squinting your eyes you noticed how his face looked worried as well, before it changed into a smile.

"Ah! We were so worried when you disappeared on us like that!"

San opened his mouth before pausing. You noticed the game also paused, making you discover one of the first glitches you'll probably encounter. Before you knew it, a loading icon appeared before it's gone in a second, leaving your screen empty without any characters.

Only your room.

"What? Did the game crash?" You frowned. Clicking the exit button, you're more confused when the game played through like before, as if nothing's wrong. You decided to ignore the previous encounter and continue to play.

A lot of characters appeared, but you assume they're just for the plot to play out. Your so called enemy, Hwayoung, appeared and mocked you before leaving. It made you laugh at how lame her bullying was compared to the K-Dramas you've watched. It's only then you notice how it's already night in the game, making you go back to your dorm room.

But when you click the room icon, nothing happened. Clicking it numerous times didn't help as well so you closed the small tab containing the shortcuts for the game.

You screamed in fright when you noticed a pair of eyes looking at you closely before the game glitched out. You exhaled when the game returned back to normal, noticing a figure in front of you.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you at this time, I was just walking to my room."

You sighed heavily as you brushed a few hairs away from your face, haphazardly clicking on an option that popped up whilst trying to calm your heart.

"You must be the new student. My name is Yunho, sorry again for the scare."

You frowned when you noticed how his eyes seemed familiar from the ones that stared at you. But only the eyes appeared, not the character. Was it even Yunho?

You clicked away to talk with Yunho, trying to ignore the growing uneasiness. The glitches in the game are so creepy that you had to report back to Yeri about it. Maybe tomorrow or when you compile enough evidence to report back to her.

Yunho seems nice, almost like a golden retriever. You giggle a bit when he tells a joke, noticing how his character flushed with red on his cheeks.

"Aww, so cute. I didn't know they could do that."

"Thank you."

Your smile dropped when you heard a response back from him. Did you hear that right? You shook your head, looking back at Yunho closely. Noticing how now his smile is tense, almost forced. Before you could click, his character glitches out in an instant, making you stare at the dark corridor of the school. As if Yunho never appeared.

Clicking back to your dorm, you sighed when the day finally changes to the second day. You hesitated to click on the exit game button, but decided you had enough for today. The game drifts to black before the cutesy theme song played and the starting screen was showed.

Turning off your computer, you shivered when you remembered back at the creepy glitches. Typing the problems on your phone, you decided to play tomorrow to collect enough evidence to show Yeri.

You just hope things are not as glitchy as the first time you played it. God you can't get that eyes out of your mind as you worked through the project.

OK SO Our Life is a free visual novel dating sim on Steam. There's DLCs but they're cheap and not obligatory to enjoy the game.

I absolutely love Our Life because it's one of the few dating sims where you can customize ever single aspect about yourself. Appearance? Check. Sexuality and gender? Check. Whether you know how to dance or like mayonnaise? Check. You don't want to romance him and just be his friend? Check.

It's really a cute childhood friends to lovers that made me cry more than once. The visuals and music are so pretty and it's so so heartwarming. It also really change from otome games where it's just drama after drama. This story is believable and you can really lose yourself in it, and not play as just some chick that's put into wacky situations. Just be yourself and kiss your cute neighbor that's also your best friend who loves you so so so much.

I don't know why, but after that Pesi "no bitches?" response, I just remembered this really old otome dancing game I used to play like years ago? The basic plot was that the MC was just a normal girl BUT she met another girl claiming to be a version of her from another world, and this version of herself is a PRINCESS!!! And all of the Love interests resembled guys that she knew from her world. Basically you had to find a partner for a ball and practice dancing up until that point... But there was a route I'm not sure many people got unless they were specifically looking for it. If you somehow didn't manage to get a partner up until the very end, your dance instructor would become your partner. And he's a literal rabbit man. As in, has the head of a rabbit.

Rambling about a Character from a random otome game ^^

There is this new otome game that had just had it's EN release in north America called Lovebrush Chronicles

At the time I was in a in a need of a bit of an otome fix, and have been wanting to play something new, and after playing some time in the game, I think this game was absolutely worth it! All of the characters at least had some kind of endearing qualities in them, and the story itself actually has one of my favorite tonal whiplashes.

Knowing me though, I also wanted to come into this game to figure out who was the biggest foodie out of the main ensemble and after some time of playing the game, I think that role belongs to Ayn.

Ayn is the kind of character that mainly fits the tsundere archetype where on a surface level, a majority of the time you see him he is very spoiled, cynical, and a bit of a jerk at times, but the more you get used to him the more he softens up.

When it comes to his eating habits, he is certainly an interesting an a more unique case especially when it comes to other glutton characters in that.... he is a bit of a hypocrite. He always chastises the MC and even other characters for eating so much, while he himself is just as much of a glutton, even if he doesn't want to admit so. He is said to have a big sweet tooth, and often likes to indulge on pastries and candy, but he tries to keep that part of him as much of a secret as possible. I am still not to sure why he wants to keep that particularly a secret in particular (I will probably discover later) but it could be a general combination of prejudice, and not wanting to come across as silly and childish. If I do end up reading more of the story, or more about Ayns character maybe soon he could be more comfortable about this aspect of him.

Edit: I also forgot to mention that Ayn is the only character who has mostly food for his affinity gifts

When it comes to the actual story content in general, the teasing is through the roof! A majority of the time the topic would be dangling over, and would either end up having Ayn dancing around the topic, or him feeding the MC (which in my bias I want him to be the one being fed instead) yet when these moments are there they are done very well, and I am left satisfied.

Adjusting you so that you lay between them, you feel fingers on your face, a hand clumsily caressing your cheek. The sound of kissing fills the air around you, finally opening your eyes to see your lovers locked in a kiss over you. You shut your eyes again, snuggling closer to the two of them. Fingers brush along your core, pressing against your entrance an you open your eyes to see Licht staring down at his fingers, desire consuming his eyes. Keith guides his fingers along your face, tracing the path of your tears, the curve of your cheek. Letting out a soft hum, he presses his lips against yours, deepening the kiss before pulling away. 

“Our little bunny, get some rest” He pulls Licht’s hand from between your legs, licking your combined essence from his fingers as you feel the exhaustion overtake your body. A jacket is wrapped around your body as you gaze up at the sky. The moon and the stars all seem to shine a little brighter, the true witnesses to the alliance forming between kingdoms.  

  Letting out a soft hum, you reach out to them, brushing a hand across Kieth’s cheek, guiding him back toward your lips in a sweet kiss, before doing the same to Licht, savoring the sweet taste on their lips.
