𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 (𝐜𝐫𝐲)𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 [𝐬.𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧]

content warnings: crybaby!reader (she’s dear to my heart, okay?), fem!reader, pet names (honey, baby, sweet girl), reader’s a lil jealous but ultimately there’s nothing to worry about, steve is the sweetest and comforts and reassures to no end, this is pretty short but i had a lot of fun writing. pls remember as always likes and reblogs are appreciated! if u leave a comment i’ll love u forever mwah.

it’s foggy. you’re sitting in steve’s car, robin in the backseat after you rock paper scissored her for the front. you’re waiting for steve to emerge, sat in the warmth happily as he hurtles out of the coffee shop, warm beverages in hand, precariously balanced in a cardboard cup holder.

you don’t know how he ends up talking to her. not really. you look away and when you look back she’s there; she’s there with her perfect smile and her perfect hair and her perfect body. she’s all over him, preening and giggling with her manicured hand on his arm. robin sighs from behind you.

"she's such a priss," she says. you cast your eyes down, away from them. a pit forms in your stomach and suddenly you feel sour, the familiar sting of tears burning at your eyes. they well and collect behind your waterline quickly, blurring your vision. the question as old as time prods at your mind.

why would he ever choose me?

in fact, your vision is so obscured that you miss the knit of steve’s brow, the sharpness to his movements as he tells her ‘i have a girlfriend’ and leaves her standing in the frosty fall morning.

he slips into the driver’s seat and you take your drink from his hand with a softly murmured ‘thanks’ before you go back to pouting. you don’t register the tears marking your cheeks until steve is reaching out and cradling your face in his big hands, an expression that is the epitome of concern on his handsome face. he’s so lovesick for you.

“honey, baby. sweet girl. what is it?” the smattering of affectionate names soothes the raging inferno of insecurity running wild in your mind somewhat, and you sniffle, wiping your nose with a sleeve. steve is unfazed, propping himself up on a knee to lean closer and crowd you.

“i don’t like her,” you grumble, pressing fingers to your eyes in an effort to stop the tears. “she’s gonna take you away from me.” steve exhales. a beat of deafening silence passes. he knows you don’t mean it maliciously - like he’d leave you at the first opportunity - but rather you get caught up in your head, caught up with the infinite, and in your mind better, options for him. options that aren’t you. options that are prettier and smarter and don’t cry so much.

“no one could ever take me away from my favourite girl. ‘kay? you’re the only one i want, honey.” he kisses the crown of your head. “and i didn’t like her either.”

“you promise?”

“promise.” he holds out his pinky finger, urging you to loop your own through. “pinky promise. it’s an oath, you know.” that pulls a small giggle from you.

“sorry, stevie. being a crybaby.” you nuzzle against his broad shoulder, hiding his view of your face as you breathe him in; the smell of his hair product and a whisper of cologne and just him. he always knows how to make you feel better.

“you’re not a crybaby, honey.”

“i am,” you mumble; he can hear the smile in your voice now.

“well, you’re my favourite crybaby, precious girl.”

you hook your fingers through the bottom of his polo shirt, untucking it and pressing your cold hands to his bare midriff. he shivers but lets you continue good-naturedly.

“c’mon, let’s get home. robin picked the movie for today and nance and eddie are gonna meet us there.”

robin reaches over to ruffle your hair.

“you know i pick the best movies, bug.”

“yeah, you do,” you agree. steve clutches his chest in mock offence.

“what’s wrong with my movie choices?”

“they’re scary, stevie!” you say like it’s obvious; robin nods voraciously.

“you two are ganging up on me.” he grumbles, kissing your cheek before settling back in his seat.

“you love us!” robin says.

“you’re lucky i do, robin.”

a/n: this is my first time in years writing a fic so i apologize in advance ! but i will be working hard to improve my writing in hopes to make you guys happy ! (even tho this may be angsty oops.) pls remember to like and reblog if you enjoy <3 mwah

he looks down at you laying against his chest, you look so peaceful he couldn’t even think about waking you up right now. moving your hair from covering your face as he kisses the top of your head “you deserve more than this” he whispers softly into the night as you shuffle and pull him closer, if he had it his way he would stay in this place forever. holding you close, saying sweet nothings knowing you won’t hear him or remember, but keeping hope that maybe his words will become a part of your dreams, that maybe it’ll be different next time. slipping away as quietly as he can to make sure you’re asleep, looking back one last time before he closes the door.

it always ended like this, with you waking up alone in a bed with memories of him still there. the slight dip and creases in the sheets that he left behind, the faint smell of his cologne still in the air, the tooth brush he left behind knowing that even after the cycle of push and pull continues, he’ll always be back.

it would start with a text, claiming it would be different, he changed, telling you he wanted you truly and only you. only to be left with nothing but the remains of his presence that he left behind, no matter how hard you try to stay away you come running back just as fast as he does. but you weren’t innocent at all, it was equal fault if not the universe itself for making soulmates meet at the wrong time.

maybe one day you can both get it right.

that’s the day you decided to make it work.

a few months later you’re laying in bed with your mind racing, endless thoughts of him, your future, anything and everything going around your head, things have been so good, the only thing you need is him. you groan as you fail to doze off again, not finding a comfortable sleeping position anywhere. ‘fuck it’ you say as you reach for your phone on the bedside table, praying to the universe this time will be different.

why is sleep so uncomfortable

slipping on some comfy warm clothes and shoes, you start your way towards the tree that has become your designated meeting spot to get away from the world.

after a short walk you arrive, sitting on the ground with your back against the tree and pulling your knees closer to your body, you sigh and take in the view around you, checking your phone for the time that stares back at you. 5:12. less than half an hour before blue hour, the magical hour as everyone calls it. you wish with everything in you that was true, you needed something to work out right.

hearing footsteps and raising your head up, noticing the blue-haired male also in comfy clothes standing a few feet away from you, he walks over and grabs your hand to pull you up, with no words spoken you both start walking up the hill to your spot.

once you got to the top you sit on the hill with him following your actions, your eyes gazing over the city below. all those people with such different lives, everyone being different but always the same.

you feel his eyes on you, looking towards him as you tear up “i’m tired of this game, i want you. only you.” looking into those brown eyes full of stars as you admit what you’ve been holding in for so long.

he turns his body towards you and motions you to do the same, grabbing your face with both hands as he wipes your tears with his thumb. “it’s always been you, only you.” you let out a sob as you cling onto him, wondering how things got so complicated so quick, why it took so long for the emotions overwhelming you to break free.

he pets your hair as you pull away, looking deep into his eyes for any signs of hesitation, any sign that this was like the other times, only to find nothing but love and adoration. “i’m sorry i took so long, but i know what i want. you.” he whispers to you with sincerity.

you look over to the city again, seeing the blue hue over the scene in front of you, looking down at your phone as you get a notification, with him curiously doing the same as the time turns right in front of you. 5:53. you look back up at each other “i need us to be real this time” is all you’re able to get out before he’s softly pressing his lips against yours, this kiss is different from past ones, used to the rough lust-filled kisses. breaking away from the gentle kiss, you look into his eyes and smile for the first time that day “then let’s be real” he smiles and leans in for another kiss. today was the day you were both determined to stay.

INFO ABOUT ANE:

- Ane is from earth 1218, which accoring to marvel is where all superheroes are fictional (basically she lived in the same ground as you and I live). But for some reason it seemed that her world kinda started to reject her in a sense? Causing her to be sended to this white space sorta place to where she can see marvel's fiction world

- Its basically gwenpool its what I'm tryna say lol. She basically has access to go in and out other earths without glitching due to not belonging to her own earth anymore and makes it easier for fast escape, although if she's in high stress or cannot concentrate she can't won't be able to phase out to the white space.

- Like pool she has quite a handful knowledge of most of the character from both strenght and weakness. Which that knowledge has helped from tight situations (tends to end with a few broken bones there and there)

HOW IT STARTED:

-Before becoming a spider dude she was nothing but a homeless girl roaming around the streets, looking for her next piece of bread or some coin to get by. Mind you that she tried to tell officers of her situation the world she was in but ofc she just ended behind bars in the station cuz police is so......useful sometimes aint I right....

-She met the peter after a day of her escape and Peter being the sweetsoul he is helped her out by giving her a place to stay with his aunt may. She stayed quiet of her situation but she eventually opened up to him and told him everything. Surprisingly he belived her without considering her a physco (He was from COUGH hq COUGH)

-And life goes well, she gets a job, heped payed the bills and kinda started developing a crush on pete's and it life is good.....until it wasn't

-Remember endgame? Well, she is kinda the main reason the heroes lost, u see aunt May was suppose to die in that fight but Ane's intervening caused a butterfly effect, causing the destruction and downfall of the civilization (isnpired by a punisher comic where he becomes a galaxy ghost rider)

-the only things surviving were her and peter's web shooters, the same ones she used to protect Aunt May....from then on she starts doing these good deeds, helping other citizens from other universes, getting into fights with both heroes and villians, meeting & loosing at the same time.

-she's self taught in both strategy and combat, using her past experiences and copying moves from others has helped along the way. But also being the part that destroys her lil by lil both emotionaly and physically. Causing her to avoid attachements or interaction to ANYONE. The only source of comfort is the emptiness of her void and the feeling of dried blood in her finger tips. Nightmares being a daily dose of her guilt and self hatred. Sometimes leaving cuts bleed out or touch her wounds as a way of punishing herself for her failures.

HQ CAPTURE & ESCAPE:

-At this point she's nothing but a soul filled with anger and violence, somehow surprisingly managing to escape a few times leaving a few spiders bloodied and almost in deaths door

-They manage to get a hold on her after using her latest fight as an advantage, knocked out cold she gets taken to the HQ. Even in her weak state the spiders couldn't help but to notice just how LOUD their spider sense were being....something telling them that they should back off ASAP. She gets treated for her wounds and sended to the cells where they explaon her the situation she's in. Her face not changing, staring at miguel with a unreadable expression as the others can't turn off their senses...some of the taking a step back

-A few weeks pass by, the fresh memory of her loved one dying on her arms still fresh in her head. Suddenly hearing the door open and seeing Diane being dragged towards her. Ane doesn't budge or looks up at the noise of to Diane's demands and resistance. Mabey Diane sees Ane and tries to talk her to help her out? Since I feel like she would know her situation or some bits of it, mostly knowing Ane isn't a villian.

-A few hours later AND BAM everything is on flames. Most of the HQ trying to capture the escaped prisioners, she and Diane kinda bonding over battle as they both have lil bits of conversation between the fights (Ane loves her webs and how shiny she basically is, reminds her of diamons kskkskwksk)

-mabey he meets gwens group and slowly starts to open up to others, and mabey she and diane become besties and she teaches Ane to be a lil more social and all the goodie stuff 👉👈? If that ok?

BIT OF HER FUTURE & GROWTH AS HERO AND HERSELF:

-I was thinking that she meets logan (wolverine) in a certain future (few moths or a year after the HQ accident) and basically follows and annoys the living hell outta him so get him to train her. She know he isnt the type to just accept things like this so standing her ground being the only way to get through that metal skull of his

-Which not only elevates her fighting skills and combat agility but also basically gets adopted by him lmao (he will forever deny he has a soft spot for her, but will throws hands if he hears crap talked about her back). She replaces the web shooter to chain shooters those and most parts of her new suit made from the same metal that wolverine's claws are made off. (She keeps the webs shooters on box somewhere in her white space cuz they have an emotional meaning to her)

-She's now able to sneak up on spider people without being detected by their senses (it is canon in a comic that longan did that on peter due to being that good of a hunter). She still has some demons on her but she's slowly but surely getting better day by day thanks to logan's teaching.

-although she still goes onto killing if she needs to, some fights more gruesome than others, her gloves having extendable blades like logans and well...u seen how the fights go with him. All and all life becomes good, even after a few falls she always gets up again, just this time, she has a hand to pull her up <33

Hmmm I love how original it was. I think they made some mistakes along the way, but they really tried to be different and adapted to a Belgian audience.

I love the first 2 episodes that focus on Robbe because I felt like I knew him so much more deeply at the start. Not a fan of the way they handle the beating up situation, but I don’t mind that they added that storyline, if only it had been handled better. That is a reality in Belgium (not only) and it’s important to denounce it.

I am also rlly into music! I’m planning to be a music teacher at some point after college too,,

I’ve been a fangirl for probably like 90t03f years. Literally since I was like 7 lmaoo. I started as a Justin Bieber fan 🤪 -- And even now I actually do still have a lot of favorite artists and things of all genres.,, I got into kpop around 2017 and then ofc you know, it spiraled out of control from there as we all probably remember the endless videos after swearing we would never listen to kpOp MuSic🤢..

lol., i also like a lot of groups (probably too many to list but i can always update this if anyone’s actually interested)),

for now tho// my ults (& a “few” other groups i strongly like) are bts, nct (incl. wayv), txt, blackpink, twice, itzy & then>> shinee, got7, atrso, stray kids, ateez, the boyz, girls’ generation, iz*one, and everglow//

ik its alot just for ults and strong likes! but the music rlly do be hitting the spot so....👀👄👀

anywayss i hope that you guys enjoy this little blog. I started it just to have a place to dump my creativity in the form of images and writing so yeaa.
