You giggle at a funny post you found on instagram, “look!” you turn the phone to Rhea who was sitting beside you on the bed.

She was doing some work on her computer but she turned to look, “oh, that’s a good one,” she laughed with you.

You both loved nights like this, nothing going on, just being together, relaxing and enjoying each other’s presence. She displayed them all out over the bed, she gestured dramatically over them twinkling her fingers to show you the options.

You decide on the fruit snacks, two bags because one is never enough.

“Good choice,” she said picking up the protein bar.

“C’mon, live a little,” you joke to her.

“Fine, fine,” she throws the bar down and taps her chin thinking. Finally she chooses the potato chips, “better?” she held them up, they were still the healthy ones.

“Yes, thank you,” you laugh.

“I’ll take the rest back,” she gathers up the remaining snacks and heads back to the pantry.

The two of you sit on your phones, enjoying your respective snacks, showing each other funny tiktok’s, memes, and cool drawings people made of her.

Her hand landed on your thigh, but you thought nothing of it, she loved to be touching you whenever she could.

You didn’t notice her put her phone down but you did notice when she moved herself closer to you and started kissing your arm. You kissed her head in a response but she kept going. Gently kissing up your arm until she made it to your neck. Wave after wave of pleasure sent through your body with every kiss. You followed orders and the knot in your stomach untangled again. You couldn’t say anything but a loud scream of pleasure, as she removed her hand, still not fast enough, and you squirted once more.

So the reason why we believe Philosophers back in the day was super buff is because they acknowledge that taking good care of both the body and mind work wonders and help them gain the respect and traction they wanted to socialise their teachings, so Ratio probably thinks the same as them

Dating Foolish headcannons

You’d have to deal with the long streams, which for me would be beyond annoying, but Foolish would be a doll making up for it constantly.

If he wasn’t streaming he would be with you, watching movies with you while eating ice cream or fresh popcorn depending on what mood you were in.

He’d have you cuddled into his side, protectively holding you against him as if he thought someone was gonna drag you away.

So many kisses, he would constantly be pressing kisses against your temple or cheeks, basically anywhere he could reach on you.

Some would be the overly loud and wet seeming ones to make you push him away

Others would be the soft loving ones meant to be purely between the two of you

I also see him being very into dance dates. Just dancing around the living room in pjs to any love song he can find for hours.

He’d also text you during streams, anytime he can look off camera to send you a random meme or tell you something he saw made him think of you.

You would also be allowed to walk in and highjack his streams if you wanted, whether it’s just for a simple wave to the viewers or to mess up his hair

I don’t think you’d ever kiss on stream though, probably a no PDA on stream rule at least for a while, just to not to make everyone go insane.

He’d have very few petnames but they would be used literally constantly “Babe, baby, my doll, sweetie” very basic but they are said with the most dramatic and love eyes every time it would make them that much more adorable.

He would also be the fake wrestler boyfriend, you would win every so often just because he finds it adorable when you get excited about it.

For Matthew

One of our dear crewmates, Stephanie, lost her son back in 2022. They both watched S1 together, and tragically he passed away not long after. Stephanie has been an active member of our crew for years now, and she reached out to Rhys and he made a lovely Cameo for her.

Some of you may have already seen it as she's been kind enough to share it with us previously, but after talking with Stephanie and hearing about who Matthew was, I wanted to put together a small dedication to him, and share Stephanie's words with you with her permission.

Matthew was 39 years old when he passed away, one of the original OFMD crewmates. He was a quirky, deaf, funny, and talented man who gave the world kindness despite the struggles he went through. He loved theatre, movies, video games, local art, and independent restaurants, and made a positive impact on everyone he met.

Matthew made his debut as a professional backyard wrestler in 2002 in the Phoenix New Times, and he worked on many well known video games in the industry doing development and quality assurance. He was truly a child a learning, and a true pilar of support in the community, and spent a great deal of time laughing and bringing light and joy to the world.

With his last wish, he donated his body to science, continuing on his loving and supportive legacy. Matthew was a wonderful man that was lost far too soon and his mother Stephanie, as well as anyone who knew him miss him so very much. Below is his obituary if you'd like to learn more about this wonderful crewmate of ours.

We salute you Matthew. You are the embodiment of all the kindness, acceptance, support, and loving things that embody Our Flag Means Death as well, and we're honored to have you amongst us in spirit. You are greatly missed, but never forgotten.

"...I wanted to share something with the fandom about my journey with OFMD and wondered if any of you have experienced some personal growth right along with Ed and Stede (and of course many others in the crew).

My 39-year old son told me there was a show we had to watch that just dropped. He says "you'll love it because Taika's in it and we love pirates.” I laughed and said, “I’m in.”

I had no idea what it was about, but he and I had watched Black Sails together and he’s right—we love pirates. Within minutes of the pilot, I was completely won over and enjoying every moment of piracy on the Revenge. “What we’re about to do will be perilous . . . . “. From that moment on, I was in deep. We binged the first 3 episodes, rewinding to replay scenes and went mental when we realized that we had to wait a full week for 2 more episodes. My son and I would text about it non-stop and we both started quoting lines and getting even more invested. He was sending me meme's and screenshots and we started living our best pirate life.

By the end of the season, we had laughed, cried, and thoroughly discussed every aspect of Ed and Stede's growing relationship. We felt the pain of the cliffhanger and became “mentally devastated by what [we’ve] witnessed” and we certainly didn’t bottle it up.

We talked non-stop about the show. It became a daily thing. Articles, interviews, pictures and joining in the quest for renewal. Once it got renewed (PRIDE month), we were on the lookout for any posts or information about signs of filming, etc. We couldn't wait for the second season and were counting down the months after we knew filming wrapped.

Then the unthinkable happened. My son went into the hospital after having a slow recovery to multiple surgeries. Cliff Notes version: He was admitted and within 24 hours, he was in ICU on life support. My son had an extensive medical history beginning when he was an infant. 42+ surgeries and many air-evacs to Children’s Hospital so it was kind of the norm to go in and be out within a few days or week and be on the road to recovery again.

If you met him, you wouldn’t even know he had all the medical issues he had because he worked full time and carried himself like a stand-up comedian--always laughing and telling stories. He was a video gamer who had worked in the industry for 7 years until he had to take a leave to handle his medical issues and have a job that didn’t exceed 40 hours.. He was really a character and had a lot of funny mannerisms.

This time was different. He didn’t rally and 10 days later he tragically died from a fungal infection that they couldn’t identify until it was too late to treat.

He died in June, 2022, and the grief has been unrelenting and unbearable. I have literally shut down and spent the months grieving and in so much pain that I can barely leave the house and see anyone. It has broken me. When I saw the actual date that S2 would drop, my emotions were so intense because I didn't know how I could possibly watch it without him. I finally went on and rewatched Season 1 to prepare for Season 2 and found myself crying through the entire 10 episodes every time I thought of his witty banter during the season.

I wasn’t sure I could handle Season 2 without him. I talked about it a lot in Grief therapy and decided I would watch it with him and for him. I would try the first episode and see if I could do it. I would imagine all the conversations we would have had.

Matthew understood being different. He was Deaf and spent so much time in and out of hospitals and was bullied and teased his whole childhood. Even with all of that, he grew up to be loving, kind, accepting of all, and a VERY FUNNY guy.

On the day I started S2, I remembered that Matthew enjoyed being on the groups on Reddit for OFMD. Having never done Reddit, I was nervous, but decided I would see if the online community would be something that would give me the thing I missed so much . . . his commentary.

I couldn't believe how it opened my world up. Everyone was so nice and open to discussion about OFMD. The banter, information and excitement has been so restorative for me. It has given me a lot of healing to say the least.

I binged the first 3 episodes for S2 and went through it with all of you watching Blackbeard fall into the worst version of the Kraken that he had been and felt every emotion during the s2e3 Merman scene. Laughing and crying, laughing and crying, I waited for each week craving their reunion would finally happen and celebrated on-line with the entire fandom as we shared our analysis and thoughts.

Having a show that means so much to me has truly made me so happy. I loved that Ed and Stede are a middle aged couple and that they both had to grow so much to get to the point where they could be together in life as a beautiful and loving couple. I appreciated the writing so much because DJ and crew did really give us what he said he would, but in a far better way than I could have ever imagined.

I still need a s3 because I want to see Ed and Stede mature even more as a couple--no more leaving each other! I also want to see them meet up with their found family.

I want to see the new Revenge adventures, Spanish Jackie and Swede, Izzy legacy moments, Zheng, Oluwande, Wee John, Jim, Archie, Fang, Frenchie, Black Pete, Lucius, Buttons the sea gull, the perfect music and emotional parallels to past episodes and, of course, revenge for Minor Prince Ricky, Is that asking too much? I'm sure I left out so much else I want to see, but you all get it because you are stuck in this vortex right along side of me.

I dream of HBO/Max renewing this sooner rather than later so I can start thinking of when they will be filming and following all the hints that unfold. This show means so much to me and I am grateful that it exists.

I feel like I can be a better version of an ally to the community I love so much by immersing myself within all the representation in this treasure trove of storytelling. I learn so much by seeing these relationships develop into deep and committed love and have such respect for all of us who just want to see these relationships normalized everywhere in society. We all benefit from inclusion and I am very very grateful for this show. It means more to me than I could ever explain.

I'm sorry I rambled, but I am just so appreciative of all the people in this group who just share and talk and roll around in all our in-depth chatter.

I celebrate this series and everyone that worked so hard to provide this beautiful story. I feel my son's presence every moment I watch it (on repeat) and discuss it every single day.

Izzy's (Con's) death scene touched me deeply . . . thinking about losing my son and how that felt and how I held onto him for as long as I could so I wouldn’t forget how it felt to hold him. Taika's commitment to the pain of losing Izzy felt like it paralleled all my feelings since the loss. Izzy's deathbed voice and words have lived in my heart ever since.

Con and Taika were top tier and seeing all the crew's emotions as they watched what was happening felt so raw and touching. I also felt so much from s2e3 when Ed is dead and Stede is begging him to live . . . I lived that as well, convinced that my son would somehow prove them all wrong and open his eyes. I said it over and over and when Ed opened his eyes, I just felt every single emotional hurdle.

Yes, I was a bucket of tears through it all, but I also felt a lot of healing. I’d love to hear from any of you who have had some kind of evolution or growth from this gift of a show."

I absolutely get if a wrestler’s work is not for you, if you simply dont enjoy them, literally got nothing to add to that, we all have different opinions and tastes - but on the narrative side of things I‘ve been incredibly amused and annoyed lately with some peoples reaction to David Finlay

most and foremost: all knock-off Jay White comments. They are so funny to me cause yeah. The leader of a group that has always been a collective of bitter pathetic awful guys who are frustrated with how they are treated and make it everybody elses problem, is a jealous douchebag taking advantage of his biggest rivals and former best friends loss. Pathetically trying to outdo Jay but inevitably just turning into something like him. That seems to be the whole point. And for me personally a story im intrigued by - if you arent then 🤷‍♂️

Like, once again just talking about the narrative side, this is not about the booking business side of things, can i remind yall that Kenny and Jay and Devitt literally went through the same violent emo phases cause they were jealous of a partners success and supposed lack of attention from the company? And only saw their way out through taking advantage of BC? Its a whole thing lmao.

My overarching point to all of this is: im not surprised that guys on reddit that are looking towards Bullet Club for sth that isnt there right now are not being satisfied lol, AJ Styles fans pls switch the channel or open the archives if Styles era BC is what you wanna see, its been over 8 years.

Also a specific example cause i just saw it: people being like “why isnt someone like Gabe the leader”, listen to me. listen closely: you are watching story, a narrative! Thats ongoing!! There’s a reason why these young guys who graduated their dojos not that long ago are listening to this older dude who may not look as cut and lean as them, but who graduated before they even got here, who’s telling them what they wanna hear, is a 4th generation wrestler, and has Gedo on his side. (I know the old small bastard’s a meme but in text he still mentored both Okada and Jay to their success!) Please I’m begging these people to watch this story medium with its story in mind!!!!

The So Called Rub of Jericho

I wasn’t always a full time AEW viewer, in fact I began watching regularly in the summer of 2022. What attracted me was Eddie Kingston.

Eddie had the physique of a plumber, the gear of an indie guy who forgot his main attire at home so he scrapped together what he could find, and the speech of an angry New Yorker who spent the days yelling at kids on his stoop. That is what makes him so appealing. At the time, Kingston was feuding with Chris Jericho and his faction The Jericho Appreciation society. This faction had some of the guys from the previous Jericho stable, The Inner Circle, with some new additions in 2.0 and Daniel Garcia. The gimmick: Sports Entertainers who hated wrestling. If it sounds like an obnoxious WWE parody, then you’re right it was. You got the joke immediately and did not have room for expansion, they were guys who dressed in goofy matching outfits and “entertained” that’s really it. Kingston would get back up from the Blackpool Combat Club and LAX (Santana and Ortiz). They would do Anarchy in the Arena and Blood n Guts. The feud had strong moments with Kingston walking down the ramp during AitA, blood on his face, a cold dead stare, and a canister of gasoline and Kingston and Co. winning the BnG match.

However it would have the stankest, wettest fart of an ending where Jericho and Kingston would have an abysmal barb wire match that saw Jericho winning with botches a plenty. Kingston would go on to get in a backstage altercation with Sammy Guevara who provoked him. He was in the wrong to get physical with someone who is an aggravating little turd, and he would tell you that himself. A suspension would follow and Kingston gave a half sincere apology on the short lived AEW reality tv show to which I do not care enough to look up the name.

This is what feuding with Jericho does to an M. F.

Kingston is not the only victim I saw fall to Jericho, Daniel Garcia is another name that comes to mind. Garcia was the young blood of the JAS. Originally under the tutelage of 2.0 and then absorbed into the JAS. He’s a gifted technical wrestler, but was a SANADA type, who did not really have any personality but was good at the graps. The goal, at least what we the viewers assumed was the goal, was to make Garcia a new bright star. He became the center of the JAS vs BCC feud, with Danielson wanting him to join their stable as he saw the potential in him. Garcia would get a clean win over Dragon and even went after the ROH Pure Title. The Dynamite where he challenged for the belt saw him get a special entrance coming out to DR BIRDS by Westside Gunn (the Jack Nicholson of Wrestling [thanks Olly!]).

This was in his hometown, and he got the victory, this should’ve been his star making moment. Until the swerve happened. What we thought was going to be him breaking away from Jericho he would continue to be his underling, he lost the belt back to Wheeler Yuta, his momentum came to a screeching halt, but hey at least he dances funny now! Garcia has been mostly another guy with a dumb gimmick that makes him meme worthy. This misusage can be pointed at Jericho, but Tony Khan is equally as guilty.

Jericho would also go on to win the ROH World Title. Weirdly, he would have straightforward clean wins over previous ROH champions/regulars and one Tomohiro Ishii. Among these matches Jericho would have another worst match of the year contender with Colt Cabana. One that is meant for the boys.

A rib directed to a extremely disgruntled CM Punk. To be fair, Cabana was wearing the wrong socks which messed up his flow (be patient he’s only been wrestling for a few measly decades) but for Jericho what was his excuse? Jericho would get a “win” over Danielson, Castagnoli, and Guevara at Full Gear (140,000 buys) but then unceremoniously lose it at ROH Final Battle (25,400 buys hm wonder why he would drop it on such a low buyrate) to the guy he beat for it rather than put over someone new. Going by Cagematch Jericho would only lose 4 singles matches. Sure you want to keep someone like Jericho strong, especially since he's a former world champion. However, that number is insanely protective of a 53 year old guy who’s at the tail end of his career.

Jericho would try to make up for this, spending 2023 losing more than winning. It was not great.

Right after losing the ROH belt, Jericho would put over an unknown Action Andretti in a shocking upset.

Action Andretti in 2023 is 10-16 and most of his matches are in ROH. Ricky Starks would have an amazing showing in his world title match, and to follow that up he would have to do his time with Jericho. He would beat Jericho on his first encounter and then go on to beat him once again at Revolution. It felt like a waste of time, the matches were not spectacular, Ricky was going downhill and thankfully Collision would save his heat, but there’s strong rumors regarding his departure for the WWE.

His next victim was Adam Cole, and Keith Lee who already struggles to get on booked on TV had to lay down for Jericho to sell this program. Jericho would team up with (read: try to get in on Saraya’s heel turn heat) The Outcasts to beat up Britt Baker to give Cole some character motivation.

The segment where The Outcasts and JAS hate-crimed Baker and Cole was strange to me, because the JAS have two female wrestlers in their ranks. It is as if Jericho simply forgot about them. To give Cole and Jericho’s matchup more juice, TK brought in Sabu and the match was made an unsanctioned match (but was aired on PPV?). The match was bad, and the feud forgotten. Luckily for Cole, he is so over that he moved onto to have one of the best programs with MJF.

Following this Jericho would face off against Sting for a mini feud, but the Jericho Rub could not harm Sting because he is Sting. Simple As.

Enter Don Callis. He betrayed Kenny Omega during the BCC vs Elite Feud and replaced him with Takeshita as the wrestler he would be the personal manager to. He became the most hated heel in the company and having personally sat in the crowd where he had his first town hall as a heel, I can confirm the boos were deafening. Callis would then reach out to Jericho to join the Don Callis Family faction and Jericho was going to join. Jericho would team up with Takeshita and cheat to beat Guevara and Garcia. This would lead to the break up of the JAS, where all members sans Jericho and Guevara would continue to team with each other almost like they just became the *AS.

Then Callis saw his cronies give a beat down on Jericho, which I must applaud Jericho’s ability to find himself working with the most over acts in the company, he always finds a way to involve himself. Hell he even pitched a program with a returning CM Punk which I no do not doubt would have been the worst wrestling match ever put on American broadcasting! Jericho is a shark and if there’s blood in the water he will find it. Jericho joined the Elite vs Callis feud, and even faced a Will Ospreay at All In. The build to this match was baffling. Ospreay is practically a heelish face in NJPW. He was the face in the match against Kenny at Wrestle Kingdom, and mostly works face. However he’s heel in AEW. Sure he worked heel vs Kenny at Forbidden Door since Canada, but the build to All In saw him be a heel. Then at All In he’s a face since London! What is going on! Jericho just turned face! Now he’s doing heel tactics and even said at the aftermath Dynamite he should have cheated??? Who wrote this?? At least Ospreay went back to NJPW and is finishing up his run there.

Jericho and Sammy would have tension teasing some kind of split. Now before I go any further, I must preface: I do not like Sammy Guevara. He is an overused, overexposed, mishandled and misbooked worker who represents zero IQ wrestling psychology. He’s a terrible promo and has terrible character work. He has attempted to turn face only to go back to heel because when he tries cutting a face promo and you can hear the simultaneous clicks of remote buttons to change it to Family Feud.

Having said that, even I thought it was egregious for Jericho to beat Sammy. How does one man spend all year losing draw the line at his understudy? Guevara suffered a concussion during this Jericho and Kenny vs Don Callis, and is out on paternity leave. Who knows when Jericho will do him right, perhaps never.

Jericho and Kenny have been teaming, they beat the Young Bucks for their Title Contendership and are now facing Ricky Starks and Big Bill for the Tag Team Championship. Starks and Bill have been giving beatdowns to Kenny and Jericho to build for the match. They even had the worst, and I mean this with all my heart, the worst in ring promo battle I have ever seen. Awful jokes, no selling insults, and doubling down on lines that did not land with the crowd. The look on Kenny’s face screams that he is checked out.

However, as of writing this, Kenny is now out on injury for an indefinite amount of time. Jericho is now lost in the wind and I imagine both Starks and Bill are relieved.

Jericho has proven this past year to not be any benefit to anyone he works with. He finds out who is the most over and tries to get in on their overness despite it making sense. All of his programs seem slapped together, as if Tony allows him to plan out his angles without any pushing back. I imagine he pitches these to guys who may want to have the opportunity to work with someone with decades of experience, but they do not see through him as a clout vampire. The goal of Jericho is how can I keep myself on TV, he has DEMO GOD plastered on himself for crying out loud!

His character is supposed to be an aging rockstar who desperately clinging on for dear life, but it does not help when that is just who he is in real life. With Kenny out, what is next for Jericho? Hopefully retirement.

Tearful kisses

In their little bubble, Rhea could pretend that everything was alright. Everything that happened in the last year was only a crazy dream the both of them had together. Eventually, they'd have to wake up to reality and face the consequences.

In this room, the ring didn't exist.

All the reasons why this was a real fucking terrible idea didn't matter one bit. The ache it left the both of them at the end a mere footnote, inconsequential to the joy of Liv's chatter and eternal optimism.

Here, they were just Rhea and Liv.

"Do you think you could braid my hair?" Liv asked, turning her back to Rhea to give her access to the long blonde locks. She waited expectantly, well aware Rhea couldn't say no. Or rather, that she would do whatever it was that she asked. It was an unspoken agreement whenever they were together. Anything Liv wanted or desired, and it was hers.

"Sure," Rhea agreed without a fuss, accepting the brush that was handed to her.

Liv scrolled through her social media feed as the teeth untangled the messy curls, only pausing whenever she found something cute to show Rhea. Most of them were dogs in sunglasses or a meme comparing their fellow wrestlers to an animal doing something weird.

This too, was play pretend.

A particularly loud giggle intrigued Rhea, her fingers still moved through the freshly washed locks as she tamed them in a tight braid. Must have gotten a message from someone. "So what's going on?"

"Oh, you know–," Liv started. She turned off the phone screen to articulate with her now freed hands. "Bayley had this big box of stuff in it, she could hardly carry it you know. She wouldn't let anyone help her, but Sasha wouldn't have that."

Liv paused to make sure Rhea was paying attention to the story. It didn't make much sense at all. Though it rarely did until it had been told in full, and even then, there were holes too big to make sense of it.

Still, Liv was waiting.

"And then what?" Rhea had finished the braid. She rested her head on Liv's shoulder as encouragement to continue.

"She got so mad, you should have seen her. It doesn't make sense, you know? I thought those two were friends. I didn't see them the rest of the day, so I assumed Bayley eventually let her help. But then, then..."

Liv turned the screen back on, showing a picture of Bayley and Sasha drenched in red paint. "Sasha sends me this."

Rhea furrowed her brow. "That, why are they covered in paint?"

"Must have been in that box," Liv concluded as a matter of fact. She must be proud of herself for being the best detective in the world.

"That doesn't," Rhea stopped herself before she could finish her sentence. She was already over this nonsensical story. What in the world would someone like Bayley use red paint for?

Rhea kissed the side of Liv's face with a softness that was unlike her. Liv threw her arms around Rhea's neck, straddling her hips as she turned.

"They looked close," Liv whispered against her lips.

The taste of mint invades Rhea's tongue, as soft lips locked against her own. Insistent and needy, like Liv's life depended on it. All Rhea could do was respond in kind, opening up to the invitation.

A lone droplet hit Rhea's cheek. A tear. A sweet bitterness against the dulcet tongue that danced with her, one followed by another, until it all stopped, and Liv looked at her as if this was a goodbye. Nails dug into Rhea's shoulder blades, sharp enough to cut with the slightest misstep.

"It must be nice to have someone like that." Liv barely choked out the words.

"Liv." Rhea's concerned plea fell on deaf ears. This wasn't part of their agreement. They didn't do this. Not anymore.

Something inside Liv snapped, her eyes glistening a stone cold rage, stormwind brewing as she bared her soul. With a shove, Liv had Rhea pinned down to the bed.

"I hate you," Liv spit out. "I really, really hate you. Stop being so nice to me. That's not who we are. That's not who you are. Hit me, bite me, take me. Anything but this. Rhea..."

Liv placed Rhea's hand around her neck and held it there. "Destroy me."

Rhea had no time to think. Liv's demands were ludicrous, an antithesis to what they had worked so hard on building up over the past few months. As fake as it was, it was safe. They made sense again, after such a long period of time where nothing ever did. Rhea cursed the ground Liv walked on as she flipped them over, giving her what she wanted.

"You're going to regret this."

"Please."

Hi I'm alive again after taking a lengthy mental health break from online activities.

"Permanently suspended for threatening violence" is the line that seemingly keeps showing up in my one account's inbox because reddit's dogshit "Anti-Evil Operations" isn't handled by humans until appeals are elevated. This means I got suspended twice before any others became "permanent". The first one, for 3 days, was for using slurs in a reddit chat for the 196 mods before we had a discord. It happened within MINUTES. I was using them as an example of what Automod was going to filter, and in no way would anyone human misinterpret what I was doing. The second one, for a week, was for a 6 1/2 year old comment concerning my brother, the way he died, and a Particularly Spicy Take™ about his killer (drunk driver) and how I wanted to kill her for a long time and still might if I ever saw her again. It sounds worse than it actually was. After that one I completely deleted my post history on reddit, because someone was clearly targeting me.

The first "perma" was for replying to someone saying "some people need a brickin'" with, and I'm paraphrasing myself here, "I'm a pacifist in the sense that I think wars are fucked up and should be avoided, but some people really need a punch in the mouth." Autoflagged on a keyword. Specifically, "punch", because reddit admins and AEO particularly have absolutely zero understanding of nuance or context. The second was for this meme:

Someone in the comments got in their feelings about the "violent commentary" and reported it. The mods of that sub elevated it on my behalf, because, obviously, in no way was I threatening anyone. Unbeknownst to me, they also shortlisted me to become a mod should I apply afterward. I did and am. When I got banned for that one I don't remember the exact appeal message I sent but I DO remember calling the admins "a bunch of fucking blind idiots." The third was actually for report abuse, which is interesting because I spent the better part of a few hours reporting comment after comment of transphobic dogshit about an open trans woman wrestler. I ended up reporting the post itself to the mods like "listen, a lot of people in these comment threads fucking SUCK" and I found out later that when the mods report a post for report abuse there is once again zero nuance or context considered from admins. :) The latest one is the funniest. It's been like two months. I told a tankie in their ban """""appeal"""" that their pussy stinks and to shut up. They reported me for harassment.

That was close to 3 PM. It got overturned by 4:30 PM.

At this rate I will be getting permabanned from reddit on this same account at a rate of five times every half hour.

it’s a beautiful thing to live at the same time as asmr because what even is it at this point? like sure you’ve got regular mic scratching, whispers, tapping, and all of that. then you’ve got interesting but subversive outliers like wood soup and squirrel puppets sniffing shit. but then you get spit painting asmr. still not unusual but a little on the strange side. there’s massage asmr which starts normally and then expands into people massaging puppets with oil. and then you’ve got adhd asmr where people ruthlessly, violently, and speedily tap random objects to retain your attention faster than you can comprehend. then there’s cranial nerve exam asmr, where we start getting hyper specific now. then you’ve got the POVs, which start all cute like “girl in class has a crush on you” and then starts to get progressively more intense like “girl whose father was shot and whose mother died in childbirth tracks you down over a period of years having been slowly consumed by the fact that you were her father’s killer and that you had been on contract with the government of the now non-existent constantinople”. then we’ve got bf asmr which is seemingly just men pretending to be demonic and edgy by whisper growling at people and saying words like “submissive”. then we’ve got gf asmr which is either creepily pick-me or creepily possessive, like you primarily get “hallmark girl who breaths like it’s a porno” or “i’m a pro-wrestler and you’re mine because i could easily beat you up if you weren’t”. we’ve got disaster asmr like “link gets hit by a car and freaking dies” and “boyfriend falls down the stairs and into oncoming traffic” which is so far removed from asmr that it is literally just explosions. then lastly you get people fucking throwing things at the microphone and camera with distortion effects at full force as though they are now a dank meme on a 14 year old boy’s instagram feed. like we have literally witnessed the rise and fall of peaceful relaxation and it is so funny, like we went from people being serious to people saying “ting tings” to people being sensual to people saying “ew that’s cringe” and then doing literally the opposite of what their channel suggests. and you know what? absolutely stunning, i’m here for it. so funny. 10/10
