Theos and Aurora from the book Infinite Shimmer in the app game Time Princess by IGG.

It’s a futuristic setting on an asteroid ravaged earth and a supposed last bastion of humanity in Arcadia (hello gallifrey?). A technological wonder city, Arcadia is where the last of humanity lives in relative comfort with holograms, AI and a candy floss colored veneer. You play as Aurora, a psychologist who writes books on love and humanity who gets a partnership proposition from a brilliant scientist, Theos, to test the capabilities of his reality defying AI man.

I’m living for the push and pull between these two characters. Aurora is a hopeless romantic and I think secretly so is Theos. Except he’s too roguish to be a knight in shining armor. I sure the priceless painting of Pygmalion and Galatea Aurora receives is from him.

I cannot WAIT for chapter 2!

Listen.

I find it extremely unfair that Gotham Memoirs is one of the oldest stories, and the only additional story is about Charlotte, and that's of average quality. Why not expand on the theme of Francesco Juliano's family? After all, one of the main villains of the story, and so poorly revealed. Or the story about Nino Ricci, for example, how he got into the mafia in the first place. In the end there is no story about Davis or Vittorio. Why only Charlotte, frankly not the most important or interesting character?

I can’t help but be curious what happens after our main character leaves a story books

Like…we enter the story book to find we have possessed a character (what happens to that characters conscious?) and then we go though several stages trying to get to the perfect ending - does the book end and does every character we met and their own “conscious” ends when the book ends? - does the true character “wakes up” and “goes what the duck is going on??? Who are you people???”

What about historical books? Does the main character leaves the books - browse the internet and Whoops! France has a monarchy or she finds that Marie Antoinette is the biggest what happened to her mystery like Amelia Earhart?

Or did DUTP dump the whole MC possesses a body and now MC is basically watching these story unfolds and the whole make a decision for the character is us basically whispering in the character ears to do/think this way?
