went to a concert last night and now rockstar astarion is on the brain

As if being more open was that easy!

I know I shouldn't compare Neurodivergence and being an alien,

But as someone with ASD, I've always considered myself as an alien stranded on a world I don't belong to.

I don't count anymore the number of times I tried to conceal my "quirks", such as hypersensitivity or specific interests.

From all the odd looks and criticism I've been getting from people who clearly cannot be trusted enough to understand what it's really like to be neurodivergent, I heavily relate to Clark when he said he just wanted to be "normal".

I wish to all of the open and hiding aliens here in this neurotypical/narrow-minded people society to find people as caring and understanding as Lois and Jimmy. Accepting us regardless our "weird quirks", who can turn out to be our greatest strength once in a healthy space.
