Here are the drabbles for Week 1!

The prompt was:

Prompt: distraction Genre: superpowers AU Word Count: up to and including 400 words

We had one contestant drop out, so there are only nine drabbles to choose from!

Authors, you are welcome to vote, but we ask that you vote for drabbles other than your own.

Betas, you are also welcome to vote. You may vote for the drabble you betaed if you truly believe it is one of the top three!

IGRPDC is coming this March!

A recap: The Inception Gen/Rare Pair Drabble Competition (IGRPDC for short!) is a proposed non-elimination drabble competition to focus on gen fic (no romantic pairings) and/or rare pair fic (pairings other than Arthur and Eames).

Sign-ups for this event will be open on Friday, February 26 @ 5PM EST (check what time that is for you here!). There will only be 10 spots open!

Some details:

IGRPDC will run for four weeks from Friday, March 5 to Friday, April 2

Each week, writers will be able to choose to write a gen fic or a rare pair fic for the given prompt and genre. In other words, any drabble will be accepted as long as it doesn't have Arthur/Eames as the main focus!

There will be a maximum of ten (10) participants, and sign-up will be first come, first served

Based on feedback from the interest survey, there will be a few different options for the weekly schedule on the sign-up form (e.g. to increase voting time) - the final schedule will be released along with the list of participants!
