Abstract Series I

Last year was utterly awful in terms of creativity (as for most people I think), and I took a complete break from illustration, mostly down to mental health (post covid malaise), stress, raising my daughter etc. I’m getting back into it this year and have a bunch of projects I am working on. I am easing myself in with a series of abstracts based on a recent exhibition I attended (Strange Clay at the Haywood) and adjacent architecture I saw there. This is the first. Posca pens and Fineliners in an A6 Seawhite of Brighton sketchbook.

this is really hard! i would love to meet someone from the proto-indo-european culture, but i understand if that's not in line with the question.
