A Marvel Family Fantasy AU

A few days ago, I randomly dreamt of Drawing Billy and Tawny in a fantasy setting.

Billy was this kid wizard and Tawny was his companion (or an animal to ride on like a horse)

Then it got me thinking, maybe in this setting, Mary could be someone of high status in this fantasy setting (since she's in a rich family in the golden age comics)

I'm inclined to think Freddy would be a captain of a ship for irony-sake but I have a feeling pirates and fantasy settings don't match well?

It's just funny for me to think of him with a peg leg xD

Maybe Billy and Mary were prince and princess separated by birth, (i'm not sure if its a kidnapping or the baby got lost on his own) but the wizard founded billy and trained him.

At the ripe age of (insert young age below a teenager's), The wizard decided to grant him the power of shazam to turn him into the world's mightiest Wizard!

Captain Marvel!

Wizard dies and then Billy and Tawny have adventures together, maybe helping people along the way (maybe somehow found out that Mary is his sister :p idk)

“ I think you could go angst if you made the wizard get brutally hurt in a battle to protect Billy and the rock of eternity so in a last ditch effort he transports the rock to its own pocket of existence and then giving Billy powers of shazam because its as ready as he'll be able to make the kid :) and it's his last effort for Billy to be protected even if he has to do so himself because he has failed :)) made Billy cry as Wizard turns into dust in Billy’s hands :)))”

Uncle marvel can be a con-man/thief who took pity on Billy or realiz, teaching Billy that the world isn't always honest and he's like, "Billy, don't always give money to the poor on the streets, sometimes they faked their illness to be lazy”

" Billy: "The man in the shadowy corner needs my help."

Uncle: "No, the hell he doesn't!”"

How Billy Met Freddy

Billy probably met Freddy in a bar fight. How did the kid get into a bar?

Billy looked at the man exiting the pub with a bottle.

Billy: Ohh! So this is where you get refreshments here! I wonder If they have enough Milk for Tawny..

Pub sign written NO KIDS ALLOWED!"

*Billy can only read magic scrolls and not regular alphabet*

Cue him meeting Freddy (who's armwrestling with one of the people there)

(Insert Bar fight for some reason because The child decided to drink a white cocktail thinking it was milk and the fact that Billy is a Kid)

“Freddie is definitely that kid having his ass thrown out of the bar/pub/inn”

I'd like to think he and his brother are a team, prolly sailed a ship together.

“Yes, they target slave ships. Unless you wanna go different routes. Then, he is focused on certain nations' flags that have a whole lot of red in them

Also, he goes to the bars just to start bar fights over drunks being mean/nasty to the landlady. The landlady doesn't appreciate it bc now she has a broken table and four broken chairs”

Freddy faces the Captain Nazi equivalent of a pirate [Captain Arian? Like Aryan?] XD, Freddy lost his leg the same way, from his encounter with Captain Arian.

Kit (probably a necromancer or a ghost who's cursed to be bound in the ship Freddy's in, making Freddy more attached to the ship) can still summon crewmembers.

Maybe they both meet mary during the birthday ceremony parade

Maybe Mary snuck off from her family (disguise herself as a regular girl, i know, generic plot) and then meet Billy accidentally

Billy: It's my birthday today!

Mary: What a coincidence! It's mine too!

The-brash-spud: “Billy, in his innocence, thinks ,"There must be something to us sharing birthdays!" While Freddy calls him stupid, Billy tries to get a look at the princes and then cue the lung-fu panda rocket incident, but maybe something else more fitting with Freddy being pulled along”

On an unrelated note, i think Billy knew about Freddy's peg legafter either a pirate slashed it clean and Freddy just used it to bonk his head.

Billy is still screaming from the shock and immediately casted healing spells (i'd like to think everything about billy is lightning based- so yes getting struck by lightning is a healing spell for him :D) Freddy got shocked lmao

And what about boarding Tawny on the ship?

Billy:"Please???"

Freddy: "I'm not letting a tiger into my ship."

Kit who absolutely adores animals: "YES"

Freddy:"NO!”

Kit:" Does he love belly rubs??"

Billy:" yes but you have to ask him politely for his permission-”

Freddy rolled his eyes, realizing he has to clean cat fur everyday off from the furnitures.

How did Mary, a royalty tag along with a kid wizard and a pirate?

“Yeah, I guess forced separation would work better. Hell, go with a scenario that will allow them to have Mary with the parents' blessings as long as she's kept safe (she isn't, but that's because she is the danger herself)”

Mary and Billy: "Yay adventure"

Freddy: "Oh great, now I have to take care of two kids and a tiger in my ship!?"

*Freddy looking at Kit and the kids + a tiger playing together, kit seems happy*

Freddy: "...i guess it's alright..”

How Freddy and Mary found out about the wizard?

“Hmmmm, maybe Billy takes them to the rock because they were in a pickle, and unforeseen effects happen?

They got surrounded maybe?

Also I can see the aftermath

"You were raised by THE Wizard!? THE Wizard?! A Wizard of legends so often told he is recognisable even if his name was lost?!"

"Oh, his name is Shazam-" *BANG*”

Hopefully i could draw these AU ideas, I don't plan on making this into a story, i just like the concept that my dream gave my a few days ago and I’m just expanding it. Sorry for too many text xD

It's of ourse sad seeing beetlejuice leave broadway,but all good things must come to an end one day and it was bound to happen, of course we prolly rather it be later than sooner.

I've been mostly working and keeping to myself but keeping myself updated with the tag and the musical and watching everything close and everyone say goodbye makes me incredibly emotional but im excited for the future of the tour and different productions after as well as possible future beetlejuice media. The tour is coming to my local theater and im incredibly excited to see it with my friend/roomate and making sure to save for seats and merch.

Were of course gonna see the fandom dwindle and die down more than it has because understandably there's no new media of beetlejuice out like before the musical and unfortunately because of precious fandom drama which I deeply regret taking part in. Shifting interests is definitely normal though and even happens to me even earlier in the fandom with some other special interests and hyperfixiations I've had, but I still love beetlejuice so much the musical, movie, and cartoon and despite fandom bullshit in the past the musical has made me so happy and reignited my love for one if my favorite films and my favorite t*m burton film.

Beetlejuice and of course beetlelands means so much to me and i love the musical for also helping me discover beetlelands one if my all time favorite ships and definitely influenced my artistically and made me realize i have a type when it comes to shipping(lol) even though lately I haven't really been able to draw or write much of anything due to personal reason including working alot and to put it lightly being in a slump but beetlelands has given so many ideas for aus and stories abd made me want to write again amongst other things because of my love for all the beetlejuice stories abd how long Beetlejuice has been in my life. And even despite fandom bullshit i appreciate all those things and the good memories i do have of the fandom and making beetlejuice art and stories,etc.

With that being said I really do miss making Beetlejuice art and stories including for all my au's since its a personal favorite hyperfixiation of and special interest of mine and I never really got to do a lot of art and writing of stories i wanted to tell and since its a personal favorite I still have many ideas rattling around in my brain that i'd love to share with anyone who's interested. I've been telling myself I wanted to draw and write for beetlejuice for a while now but in general just have been in a bad me tal place and just not happy with anything I make on top of life with work and other stresses. I cant promise im gonna update this blog very soon but im definitely gonna be here updating with with beetlejuice stuff like my writing, art, etc.

Since Beetlejuice is something that makes me personally happy and has been a favorite of mine for a big part of my life. Due so personal reasons as well its been a little hard to make anything beetlejuice related in the past few months as well een though I really wanted to. Im planning to rewrite and redo some aus, i have some new au ideas abd plenty of stories to tell here in my little Beetlejuice corner so if you're interested ill always be here, maybe alot sometimes I am trying to update stuff more here an make stuff for beetlejuice and beetleands, mostly for myself because it makes me happy but I'm happy when people like my beetlejuice art, writing, au, ideas, etc. And I do really appreciate the few people coming to this blog who like what I post I promise im not ignoring you I've just been burned out emotionally in to many ways and not been the best mentally in a while and I've felt terrible talking about things i was gonna draw/write and not doing it for a long time, not even just for beetlejuice but other fandoms.

And if adults in the fandom want to talk or ask about any of my aus and Beetlejuice stories, have requests, or want to talk beetlejuice or beetlelands my ask box is open I love exchanging ideas, art,stories, roleplaying, etc. I also have my main and a few other fandom blogs here on Tumblr and other sites I'll be on as well if anyone is interested.

Im mainly in a small corner here making my own beetlejuice art that makes me happy though and I do have many things id like to update here including my beetlelands songs of the day au, art, and even some fics when i can get the guts to actually write lol but I've been wanting to put my beetlejuice aus is different forms including trying my hand at writing fics again. I welcome anyone who's interested in that here but this is really mostly for my and what makes me happy and im not interested in any petty fandom drama or fighting tho I just like to mame stuff about my blorbos. Since this is also a general fandom blog for spooky Henry Selick and to a very lesser extent T*m Burton stories and I had previously planned to do a extended universe au type deal there with be other spooky fandoms here like corpse bride, nightmare before christmas, coraline, and even wendell and wild. And any other spooky things related that make me happy so if you're interested I'll be here so stay tuned, and goodbye Beetlejuice broadway! You've been a great part of my life and made me love Beetlejuice even more I look forward to the future of the actors of the musical, the musical when it tours especially when I can see it, and the future of Beetlejuice in general, and eve the possible future of the fandom like hopefully new fans discovering Beetlejuice and old fans re-descovering it or even fans of one of the Beetlejuice medias discovering the other.💜🖤💚🕷

About the racism/homophobia

Before I start I want to say thanks to everyone who sent nice messages my way and all the kind words that were said n response to racist n homophobic shit ive been getting. Thank all really I know I havent replied to some I will I tried to stay off tumblr yesterday im sure you can understand y. But I want to address this I know i dont have reach a lot of other blogs have but i also will not ask for reblogs if u want to share thats up to u im only here to state my feelings on the matter.

I am glad ppl r talking about the racist n homophobic shit im glad there r posts getting lots of likes n reblogs saying that this isnt right! its a good thing that ppl r being made aware that this happens they may n not see it but it happens. but there seems to b a disconnect between what happen and real life i would like to address this.

I get to many this is oc/mc/yume drama its ppl getting mad about someone shipping there oc with a character they like and there jealous...but i want to stress that this is a simple way to look at it. i get y ppl r only thinking about it this way it wraps it up in a pretty package easy to get ppl to see it say yeah to it and reblog it doesnt have the dirty reality attached to it n again im not saying that is bad i think there should b posts just talking about the oc part since it will get likes n shares it will reach ppl because its easy to understand. But some ppl cant afford to just hit reblog and move on. I cant just get away from it i dont have the luxury for it to stay online.

Ive been send asks calling me a faggot because i ship ruggie x a male oc. Ive been told me making ruggie gay makes ppl feel bad. Ive been told my male oc x canon makes ppl feel uncomfortable. While many can simply say hey thats wrong to say and move on with there life i cant. Im a gay man this is stuff that i cant get away from in my real life. I hear it from my family I hear slurs from strangers on the street. I cant just turn off the homophobic remarks i cant log out of real life. Where i live gay men just holding hand with each other might get them beat up. Its not just anon asks that i can delete.

TW: Racism

Yesterday after posting a drawing of my Black male oc Asher with Ruggie i was sent a racist remark. The worst thing this person could think to say was i made ruggie love someone outside his race. I made him a insert slur here lover. This is not oc drama this is not ppl being upset about oc shipping this is racism. And this hurt a lot. Me and my boyfriend r a mixed race couple this is real life for us. We hear racist slurs and derogatory language about each others race by our own family members. we both come from families where dating outside the race is frown on. I cant just turn off anon for this.

This is not petty oc drama this is racism n homophobia with n the fandom. Im glad there r ppl talking about the oc part im glad there r ppl saying all mcs/yumes r valid. Its a good thing to have these posts but i want ppl to also know this isnt just oc drama for some here its real life that we cant just log out not to look at. there r ppl saying horrible shit to poc/gay creators hiding behind anon and then act like they care on there main. I know making a post wont stop them there hidden and will prolly never b outed this is the reality of it. Im not making this to call ppl out n im not making this to try single boost. I want to tell u how i feel i want to express what these hateful comments mean to some here that some ppl with n the fandom cant log out and leave the anons behind

1) i go by Stari/Stars or even Jo Jo if you want. I dont really mind.

2) im on A03 @ Starinights and on insta @ stari_arts

3) for a while i went my allthenewsiesaregay_bitch or something of that sort but that was before i was in the it fandom :)

4) ive sorta been lurking since i was like... 12 because i saw the og movia with my dad and said "oh this is amazing i love it" but didn't really start creating until quarantine last year

5) my favorite characters are 100 percent tie between Richie (because hi yes i am ADHD and i relate), Beverly (I am gay and in love with her) and Mike (country boy i love youuu).as for ships i love reddie, mike/stan, mike/stan/bill, and really poly loser in general. Benverly is one of the only m/f ships with full rights on my blog lmao.

6) i draw and write fanfic (though ive been dealing with a lot of writers block so thats a thing) and i reblog a bunch of content from other it fans.

7) BOY DO I! @tiredluidraws22 and @fuji09 are two really awesome people who i adore.

9) i wrote a Deer in the Deadlights, and fic that was basically just what if Rich got taken instead of Bev and its the only fic ive felt comfy enough to put out there for this fandom. It didn't end up getting a lot of attention but im still really proud of it and i reread it a lot for myself lmao.

10) i did losertober last year but Never Posted Any Images lmao. Ill prolly do it this year instead of inktober because for some reason inktober stresses me out.

I want a day in the life of him working on the farm and being soft on animals. I want stories about him staying behind to protect a town that never treated him right and watch as his friends forgot him, i want mike/stan, mike/bill, mike/ANYBODY. I want him to be LOVED DAMMIT

Howfy wassup my names lillitblan on most social media! I got a DA i hardly use and an instagram. i try to not post shipart anywhere partly because i am terrified of shippers. I can honestly say i have never met anyone super rude or against pairings but the stories ive heard are never fun and im kind of a lurker in the SU fanbase and was on of the shippers of laremmy. Im sure your aware of wat a mess th su fanbase is so ya kinda been nervous to post these.... anyways! Im a furry. Post mostly furry art. And im also wiccan and that tends to get shoved onto my fursona up there. I really liked wakfu though i still need to watch season 3 i’ve been putting it off cause i liked adamai and have heard hes a bad guy in season 3 and i dont really like the idea of that... speaking of! I cant draw dragons! So im sorry but dragon boiyo will prolly not get drawn much. I apologize deeply for this. Also i apologize to the yugo/amalia shippers. Nothin wrong with your ship, glad its canon, just not personally a huge fan. So... ima shut up now if you read this ill be amazed.

Tldr: hey im lillitblan. Im a furry, a wiccan, and a terrible crackshipper who feels bad for not really liking amalia that much being with yugo. And i hope you dont mind me being a dumb shipper with too much free time.

Ps. I came up with the pairing of yugo and asriel at 3 in the morning while laying in bed trying to sleep and have shipped it ever simce, incase anyone was wondering.
