your four part series- 'responsibility, rage, and recent resurrection' was such a good read and deserves some love. it ain't a secret i'm a big ilw fan- and a sucker for bonus scenes. reading a more fleshed out version of connor's eventual turning was *chef's kiss* immaculate- i shamelessly go back to this fic from time to time:

read 'responsibility, rage, and recent resurrection' here Grief and terror had been a part of Connor since the night Devon died. The feelings came and went, but they never left completely and Connor worried that he would never feel peace again. With Devon alive but unconscious, a massacre set for a few days, and the man who’d killed his mother on the loose; those feelings were more overwhelming than ever. Not to mention the anger that had been festering in his chest since his mom was killed. All of it led back to one simple thing: Westchester wasn’t safe.

Hi, I was wondering if BB The Siege will have sth we collect like the psychic painting fragments.

Also, you mentioned you may add a feature to make/customize our original BB MC and to keep her Book1/2 choices. How would that work? Like, the game will treat her as the main BB Siege MC? Or she'll just add a few touches to the story?

Finally, I got really inspired to try my hand at writing and Visual Novels, so I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me the programs/software you use.

I can't WAIT for your BB spin-off! I'm so hyped and I haven't even tried ILW yet! Can't believe I didn't know it existed until today! Been out of the fandom for a really long time...

The Siege will have a collector mechanic, but it won’t be related to psychic fragments, as the BBTS MC is not psychic. However, these collectibles will be in a similar spirit to the original series’ tapestry fragments. I don’t want to get *too* into it bc I don’t want to spoil it, but I think y’all will like it a lot (at least, I hope you will!).

In terms of the original BB MC, she will remain her own character in the story. It’s just a chance to add in some details to make this spin-off feel like it’s nested in your original playthrough of Bloodbound. The feature will not be available in the demo, but I’m working on adding it to the final version.

I’m using Ren’Py to make this game! The language is v straightforward, but as a general note, if you’re planning on making something that emulates the choices UI, I’d recommend looking into another software.

It is not expected to have an ios mobile version due to some logistical issues for the same reason ILW is not on ios but I am hoping to work out an Android mobile version. In the latest demo it worked for Android tablets but for some reason not Android phones.

i think it's awesome how there are still talented authors and creators who are finding motivation to work on something they love and then share it with the fandom (even in its half-dead state) - and they do it so professionally. i keep my fingers crossed for all the good projects to come :)

i started to read ilw but (guilty again) i have yet to finish it. but what i've seen/read so far was amazing and so, so appreciated. no pb book got so much attention, support or fan content in a while (at least not in the tumblr choices community) and i think that says it all.

@immortaldesiresproject - was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed book 1; not a unique opinion to have, but I thought the ending left so many loose ends.

Not sure how PB will handle the sequel, but what I've seen so far from the fan project looks amazing! The outfits 😭😭 I'm very curious to see how each will handle the aftermath of MC's turning and their relationship between gabe/cas/both

@bloodboundsiege I downloaded the demo and am excited to check it out! I will admit that I'm still in the process of finishing the series (currently halfway through book 2). Personally, I didn't gravitate towards Bloodbound as much when it was first released. However, I'm having a good time in this recent playthrough- I might just find a playthrough on YouTube bc I'm impatient and want to fully appreciate the demo lol

wow i can’t believe it’s been TWO YEARS already?!?! i’m so unbelievably excited to see what you’ve got in store for us and the idea of the final 3 chapters being a weekend event is incredible - i cannot wait for the hype we will all experience and the chaos that will ensue!! you guys have seriously impacted my life in the best way possible and created a community that is so loving and funny and welcoming and i hope you’re all immensely proud of what you’ve created. i’ll be devastated to see the whole project come to an end, and i’m proud to say i’ve been here from the start💪💪 i vividly remember when the demo came out and i immediately had to play it and tell all my friends how much you’d exceeded my expectations (that were already very high;) )

Hey! Since you're a member of the ilw creators and my ask button for their blog is not working, how can i play ilw? I only got to play the two chapter demo before it reset my progress. Those two chapters were too good for ne to just give up

I tried to download the demo on my Mac but my device won't open it because it can't be sure there's no malware 😭 any advice please?

If not, I'm looking forward to the android availability!

My mac did the same thing every time I tried opening a new ILW chapter. Luckily, there is a workaround!

Just right click on the renpy icon and select "open." You'll probably get a window asking if you're sure you want to open the application. Select "yes", and the game should open. Hope that works!
