im going to rant here because there’s nowhere else probably but critical role has the weirdest, most awe-inspiring dark magic command over the dice i have ever seen. how the fuck did rolling a lot of nines and making fun of liam’s accent turn into mighty nein/nine eye tattoos/eyes of nine/nine members of the cerberus assembly/uk’otoa’s seals have nine eyes/nine schools of magic/somnovum which literally means ‘nine dreamers’/leaving the final boss with nine members of the mighty nein? hell, cats. cats have nine lives.
