Well, it finally happened.

For those you who are aware, hi, I'm Ghost, I wrote(and am still writing) a Star Wars Rebels fic called "Hunger", which is a catharsis fic intended to help me through my struggles with food and body image. The focus of the fic is everybody's favorite ragdoll, Alexsandr Kallus. Now, before I started writing, I looked into healthy weight ranges, which happen to be a trigger of mine, and came up that for a 6'4 male, 202 pounds(about 90 kilos) is the average, with the range being something like 180-220 as healthy. I say all this to provide some background as to what I'm doing.

This morning, following the post of a new chapter, I went to check my inbox, because I like to engage with my readers. The first comment I saw was from a user I don't know on chapter two, reading "90 kilos are too fat".

I am livid. First of all, that chapter discusses weight ranges and healthy eating habits as discussed by patient and doctor, a conversation based off talks I've had with my own doctor. And I'm not obese, not by any means. Second off, if I can do two minutes of cursory research into healthy weight ranges, so can you, asshole. Third, even if you disagree with my analysis of healthy weight ranges, keep your opinion to yourself. And finally, if you have an issue with what you are reading, LEAVE. Don't take it out on me.

The early and continued response to this fic has been nothing but support and kindness, and while I am grateful that it took this long for people to start being clowns, I will say this; if anybody else tried this in my comments section, it's on sight. I'm lucky enough to have not been triggered, but yesterday was thanksgiving (I'm American btw) which is one of my trigger days as it results around a culture of food and intentionally overeating, a major trigger of mine, and I know that I have some readers who will be upset by that kind of comment.

The comment will be deleted in half an hour, once I'm sure the user has had time to see it, but this behavior is unacceptable, and I will not tolerate it.
