Maybe drabble: just wanna cry her POV

From HER point of view cause I'm having a bad a day.

So stressed just kinda wanted to cry out of no where. Overwhelemed and underwhelmed too many choices and not enough so I wrote a "Maybe" drabble.... choose your he. You all know who my he would be he just looks cuddly.... God I feel like I sound like a creep.

Warnings are: angst and fluff and sadness feeling of being overwhelmed

"Hey babe what's wrong" he sits down next to me nuding me in the shoulder playfully

"Nothing" I'm kinda solemn

"You're pouting " he smirked

"I am not"

"You are too and it's adorable as much as I love it tell me what wrong I want to help."

"I'm just I can't im so overwhelmed I'm just"

"Just what." As she talked he grew more and more concerned

"Wanna give up......... and just leave move away"

"For a second there you scared me." He let out a sigh of relief. "You had a bad day or longer but it'll get better. I'll be right here if it doesn't. And then we can move away somewhere."

"Someone will always find you." She knew it was useless

"So I'll shave my head and dye my eyebrows pink" hoping he'd get a laugh out of her.

"You shave your hair and you're dead."

It's just I just want to cry I can't do this anymore."

"Can't do what baby, I can't help unless I know whats wrong." He pulled her closer practically on his lap with his arms wrapped around her holding her as tight as he can sitting sideways /next to eachother.'

"Just work and deadlines and I dont know what to write and it's overwhelming and there too many choices and too many options and classes and then I have no idea what I'm doing." The tears finally came to the surface.

"Shhhh its ok just let it out."

So are you shushing me or telling me not to sush?

He chuckled "I'm trying to comfort you. Am I doing that bad of a job."

"Yes" I pout.

"Tell me then tell me how I could make you feel better."

"Just hold me."

"Just hold you that's its?"

"Don't let me go."

"Never he wispered into my ear.

Its so clear like a memory a memory that's a dream of a memory like a deja vu of a dream where you're having deja vu. Everything is so clear.

That's what I think he would say anyway what I wish me what I wish he would do.

I wish I he could just hold me and let me cry and he wouldn't care if his shirt got wet or if we sat there for an hour. He'd just want me to be ok. And I'm writing this my tears are falling because millions of girl wish that. Millions of people I'm no one. I'm nothing just a drop of rain in a hurricane. I think he was the man on the train but who knows maybe it just wasn't meant to be maybe I....I dont know just maybe.

Hwr Facebook status said bad day kinda wanna cry and move away and start another life

Hw read it.. his heart broke. Little did she know that that had happened that he had held her as she cried made her could hot chocolate and they snuggled. He had stayed awake all night and watched her sleep. He remembered that day all too well.

OS2xBBS: My Overall Thoughts

This is severely overdue, but I wanted to distance myself from these episodes to make sure that 1) regency bias didn’t seep through and 2) my thoughts don’t get clouded by the cute, swoony moments (all the kissing!) in an attempt to mask deeper plot and characterization issues, and 3) with some difficulty, I try to set aside how desperately I wanted OhmNanon’s reunion with PatPran to live up to the OG series.

So, to address the last item, for the most part OhmNanon’s chemistry was still alive and well, save for a few hiccups. This is a testament to two very experienced professionals. That said, my biggest gripe with these special episodes was the treatment of the Pat and Pran characters that has nothing to do with the actors.

It didn’t feel like a true crossover of two beloved series but instead felt like Pat and Pran’s presence were more like afterthoughts thrown into an ATOTS script. Pat and Pran were merely there to serve Phupha and Tian’s story and that is were I take great issue. In this case, Ohm and Nanon should not have been billed as main leads but rather supporting characters that have extended guest arcs in an ATOTS sequel.

Maybe setting plays a larger role here. I’ve asked myself if I would feel this way if Phupha and Tian got thrown into Pat and Pran’s university life instead. But I can’t imagine a storyline where the inverse of what we got makes sense since PatPran are the more established couple and PhuTian have no reason to leave PPD.

My wish was that instead of a crossover, P’Aof would have let BBS stand on its own even if it meant we got two fewer episodes out of it. While we did get glimpses of Pat and Pran’s life three-years into their relationship, it felt watered down because they weren’t in their own environment but a borrowed one. So, really, more like seeing them while on vacation than anything truly concrete. A lot of ‘what have Pat and Pran been up to and where are they in their relationship’ was left to viewer interpretation, which is all fine and well if what P’Aof had to say about the state of their relationship made any sense.

Fake fighting and cute hijinks aside (Ohm and Nanon can sell these type of scenes in their sleep); what I’m after is the meatier stuff like the end of EP4, the entirety of EP5, EP10, EP11 and EP12. Where is the Pran that got choked up when Pat revealed he ran after him with his guitar; who gripped his hand when Pat volunteered to fake break up to win back Pran’s friends and wordlessly said I’m here to stay. Where is the “but I care about you more” Pran?

And where is the Pat who communicated so openly with his man? Who served as a walking advertisement of what it means to be a soaring green flag to all those who came before and after him? Why was he reduced to an amalgamation of Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber? Make it make sense, P’Aof. Pat never, ever, not once, came off as a dumb himbo in the OG series, so why was he reduced to that here?

The script could have been so much better, tighter, just more substantial. And we can't even say that P'Aof didn't have the space to include a meaningful story for them; I call bullshit on this notion. There's so much story that you can tell in a single hour. We've seen him do it with the BBS pilot.

It felt like so very little thought went into the BBS side of the story. Does P’Aof not know how to write established relationships in a compelling way? I know this can't be true because he gave us EP12, but why did it feel like he phoned it in with these bonus episodes? It’s like P’Aof knew he had both boys for a limited time and just threw the entire kitchen sink at them and anything that stuck made it into the final cut. Like, he relied heavily on the actors to bring it home for him. And that really wasn't fair to Ohm or Nanon who really did the best they could with what they were given.

I mean, even if he wanted to show the (realistic) cracks in their relationship, there were so many better ways to show this than have Pran essentially running away, avoiding Pat (basically regressing to who he was pre-relationship) and then treating Pat like a bumbling Barney Fife for following him? There was no fire in either of them to fight for or with one another. They were shown to have grown complacent (and dare I say taking each other for granted?) which is so at odds with what we got in the OG series that I was confused at what I was watching onscreen. It did not feel like a continuation of EP11 leading to EP12, in fact it felt very disconnected from their origin story.

Pat Jindapat. What they did to my guy was a travesty. They took away all his depth and cast him in the role of a bumbling idiot. Don't get me wrong, OG Pat had his comedic moments but I felt like OS2 veered so far into the extreme of 'lets bring the funny' that it fell completely flat. It was NOT funny. It was disappointing and sad to see one of my favorite characters reduced to this cartoon version.

More than senselessly reducing Pat to cannon fodder to merely serve as comic relief, I'm upset that Pran's growth from the series was essentially negated to where he became, in some ways, unrecognizable. More than once, it felt like Pran was just tolerating Pat's presence rather than basking or gravitating towards it. Again, so inconsistent for a guy who longed for his man for literal YEARS.

Gone are the days of "I'm done adapting" or adoringly staring at the space Pat used to occupy with heart eyes. I just don't get how we went from that Pran to this Pran to the Pran who readily committed his life to Pat in EP12. This in-between Pran is a stranger to me.

Final words: I'm both grateful that we got extra scenes with our boys but at the same time wish P'Aof had left them untainted.

I am still noodling on that picture. Here is the Pleasing promo picture of H from Nov 17, 2022:

Happy in photos, talking about being in love with someone, but not OW because, on Nov 18th, this hit during the “Friday night news dump”.

The 2023 photo? Is sadder, despite being beautifully taken by beloved Lloyd Wakefield.

But it did get a whole arse-kissing promo article in Vogue. 🙄

Pleasing also just had a write up in Vogue Business including this quote from H’s artistic director/Pleasing co-director Molly Hawkins:

"Every great brand has an imaginative founder, great at building teams and making things people want. Ours happens to be a celebrity. I think some people are surprised that Harry chooses to make Pleasing about his ideas rather than about his image. He doesn't star in campaigns and only makes appearances in cheeky ways that feel very him. He has rich experience of the world and uses Pleasing as another way to explore and share his unique experiences. Pleasing is another way to create the world he wants to see." — Molly Hawkins on Harry’s role as Pleasing’s founder (via Vogue Business)

I think the “our founder is a celebrity” is bit 🙄 since…well…who but fans are buying this stuff? It’s the most scattered brand!

Publicists! Good, multi-faceted ones, that can do strategic work both for H and with Pleasing! So H can stop having grumpy lunch meetings and strolls with Vogue editors.

Ugh just imagine bel walking in to find Harry asleep under the banner

Bel laughs as she walks in to see him sleeping. Lloyd told her he wanted photos so she gave them space wanting to get a snack. It had been over an hour since she got into a conversation with Pauli and was surprised when Harry did not come looking for her. When she backed into the room she left him in she found him asleep, his head on one of his Gucci pillows. The banner lying on top of him acting as a blanket.

“Oh, H,” Bel mumbled as she closed the door behind her.

She lays down next to Harry pushing his hair out of his face staring at his face. He looked peaceful but Bel knew he’d prefer to be in bed.

“Baby,” she whispered, running her hand through his hair, careful not to startle him awake. “Come on, love.”

Harry stirs, shifting towards her as if he could feel her warmth and was seeking her out. Bel giggled letting herself get closer, resting her hand at the nape of his neck playing with the wisps of his hair.

“Bel?”

“It's me. I’m here,” she responds softly. “I got you.”

“I was sleepy.”

Bel chuckles lightly, “I noticed.”

He blinks his eyes open slowly, “there’s my heart,” Bel tells him, booping his nose with her index finger.

A blush rests over Harry’s cheek at the term of endearment. “Bel,” he whines.

“It’s true.”

He buries his head into her shoulder.

“Let’s get you home,” she tells him.

“No, my blanket is nice.”

Bel shakes her head. “You can be the little spoon,” she offers.

“Okay, baby. You can take me home.” He relents. “But first,”

She knew it was too good to be true, he is never this easy to convince.

“Go on, H.”

“Let’s cuddle under my blanket.”

“Your banner,” Bel corrects.

“Mhm, let’s enjoy my success.”

Bel kisses Harry’s head and gives in. She did promise him she’d give him whatever she wanted. “Alright, mi corazón. Just for a few minutes.”

“It’s all I ask.

He feels her shake her head before he hears a muffled, "No."

"No?" he says, kissing her temple. "I think that might be good. Have a little snuggle with all your stuffies?" And when she starts to get a little upset he comforts her quickly. "How about you help me choose the picture for tomorrow? Lloyd will takes lots for us to look at. And I'll show you lots of videos tomorrow, I promise."

Pupstruction to Wag Its Tail on Disney Junior and Disney+ in June 14 With Merchandise Plans and Music Album

Disney is getting ready to unleash a pack of new animated pooches on June 14 with Pupstruction an imaginative, music-filled animated series from Titmouse Inc.& Disney Junior Educational Resource Group the show is set to premiere WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14, with a simulcast on Disney Channel and Disney Junior (8:00 a.m. EDT). An initial batch of episodes will premiere the same day on on-demand platforms and Disney+.

Joining the previously announced voice cast in recurring and guest star roles for season one are Olga Merediz (Walt Disney Animation Studios “Encanto” Franchise) as Grandma Dee, Todrick Hall (“The Masked Singer”) as Harvey Hare, Gabriel Iglesias (Netflix Animation “I, Chihuahua”) as Felipe and Nate Torrence (Walt Disney Animation Studios “Zootopia” Franchise) as Chameleo.

“Pupstruction” centers on crew leader Phinny, an innovative young corgi who dreams up some of the biggest and wildest ideas to help his town of Petsburg. The other members of Pupstruction are Luna, a comically spontaneous sheepdog; Roxy, a can-do rottweiler; and Tank, a lovable, snack-obsessed mastiff. Although Phinny might be the smallest pup on the crew, he proves that you don’t need big paws to have big ideas. Together, the Pupstruction crew uses mud, sweat, drool and plenty of heart to build and create.

The series stars Yonas Kibreab (Pixar Animation Studios “Elio”) as Phinny, Carson Minniear (“Big City Greens” Franchise) as Tank, Scarlett Kate Ferguson (“I’m Dying Up Here”) as Roxy and newcomer Mica Zeltzer as Luna, as well as Yvette Nicole Brown (“Firebuds”) as Mayor Gilmore, Bobby Moynihan (”DuckTales”) as Bobby Boots, Grey DeLisle (“Scooby Doo Franchise”) as Maya, Kari Wahlgren (“The Ghost and Molly McGee”) as Scratch, Eric Bauza (“Muppet Babies 2018”) as characters Harry, Sniff and Lloyd, and Alessandra Perez (“T.O.T.S. Tiny Ones Transport Service”) as Bailey.

Pupstruction is created by Travis Braun (”T.O.T.S. Tiny Ones Transport Service”) the series’ creative team for season one includes Victor Cook (”T.O.T.S. Tiny Ones Transport Service”) as executive producer, Robyn Brown (“Muppet Babies 2018”) as co-producer/story editor and Abigail Nesbitt (”T.O.T.S. Tiny Ones Transport Service”) as supervising director. Rob Cantor (Disney Television Animation’s “The Ghost and Molly McGee”,Chibiverse”) is songwriter and composer.

The main title theme song, written by series’ songwriter/composer Rob Cantor, will be released on Friday, May 12. The full digital soundtrack, “Disney Junior Music: Pupstruction,” featuring the theme song plus additional songs from the series, will be released by Walt Disney Records on June 14.

Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing is developing product lines inspired by the series featuring apparel, figures, vehicles, role-play products, plush, books and more.

Trans Harry Potter who was given the name Harinakshi because it means doe-eyed and is therefore referencing Lily’s patronus, went by Harry as a child/teenager bc ya know New Masculine Name but also anglicised by the Dursleys, and then re-changes it Hari once he’s able to connect with his culture more and also I didn’t know Hari meant lion that fits him so well you’re so correct for calling him Hari.

(it’s also funny bc the spelling Harry is also a Hindu name apparently (assuming Google is correct) that means Army Man so either way… another W for the desi!Harry headcanon, his name is already Hindu lol)

How I spent my summer

Because I am a Ricardian of small stature and much sass, Here's how I've been spending my summer:

annoying everyone I know IRL about Richard III

Buying myself membership to the American Richard III society

watching the lost king and reading about medieval armor

slowly writing my extensive fanfic where I, a Ricardian, make Richard, the Duke of Gloucester and rightful king of England, a vampire. And then I also gave him babysitting duties for a country on the precipice of anarchy because of Nuclear Winter.

make Richard's beloved wife and son vampires because a: I'm a writer and this is a figment of my imagination, and b; No Anne and Ned means Richard will be SAD and wallow and not move the plot no matter how much I write.

drawn way too much art of Richard with boar imagery

slept with my hardback copy of the sunne in splendour in my arms and been woken by it hitting my face.

watched all of Harry Lloyd's filmography solely for his face.

Broke down and watched the White Queen. Hated every minute of it except for Aneurin as Richard and little Ned.

re-reading the His Dark Materials trilogy for a Sunne in Splendour Au

re-watched the Narnia movies so I can include on Richard's insane laundry list of fictional duties - chaperoning 4 Pevensie children and a talking mouse.

wallowed in moments of anxious terror by reading Richard III by Paul Murray Kendall and crying when Ned and Anne died. I'm in early 1485 and we're really falling down a slippery slope.

Had an excellent birthday which my homies @dreadbirate and @the-oo-o-odore attended and wherein we coined the term: Ricardibucks, a synonym of mom-bucks.

spent my whole week at the beach reading about Richard III

received a war game on Richard III where you can play as him and create a Yorkist victory for the wars of the roses

also received a really cool paper book for the wars of the roses where I can make my own figures - Richard ofc will be first choice.

will soon buy myself a stuffed boar for the sole reason of naming him Dickon and so I can have a squishy friend as I go off on my next great academic adventure.
