If you are at all concerned that your art or writing skills are not "good enough" for the Big Bang, worry not! We welcome all skill levels and nobody in the server is going to judge you for where you're at.

If you're looking for feedback on any of your current projects (doesn't have to be BB-related!) or just other people to bounce ideas off of, the HxHBB server is a great place to find them!

HxHBB is a great event to participate in before jumping into other, more elaborate events!

If you're interested in applying to zines, tarot decks, calendars, or other, more specific fandom events, the HxHBB is a great place to gain experience in a large, modded event.

Participating in this event demonstrates that you can manage deadlines and work within specific constraints. HxHBB will also result in a piece for you to start or continue your portfolio with!

summary: a pack gathering might turn out differently than you thought. After all, under a full moon, anything can happen.

wanring: lil but of angst. bts being jealous (not gonna happen until the next chapter.

You can't believe it. Never. You stand before the stage you thought would always hold the most perfect, untouchable idols like BTS, BLACKPINK, and many more. But tonight, it holds you, and you are far from perfect.

You have the biggest scar on your back and two smaller ones under your lip, and, unfortunately, one over your left eye. These were left from a fight you had with the rival pack's alpha, and she didn't exactly allow you to go unscathed.

Your pack has been in hysterics since then, but now you are finally showing yourself to the public. It hurts to reveal this vulnerable side to those who love you, but they must accept it. That's how love works.

"Ah, tonight we have the warrior queen Y/N from the Moon Pack. Please welcome her with us tonight," said the host, and everyone clapped. You felt a bit queasy but stayed polite; this annual gathering was significant, and a must for every wolf pack around here.

It had to be done, no matter what had happened.

Your deputy, Yeji, had offered to go in your place, but that would show weakness in the Moon Pack, and you couldn't allow that. So confidently, you strode to the stage and greeted the other packs, all their alphas. The scent of the males was festering around, and a few females had come here, too, to look for mates.

However, you weren't looking for one, but that didn't seem to go through those thick skulls.

A rival alpha named Wojin stepped up to you and smirked, "Hey, Y/N, I'm Hung Wojin from the Sun Pack," he greeted, taking your hand and kissing your knuckles. Usually, this would've been a sweet gesture, but you knew you were far from being a queen, even if the public and your pack saw you as one.

You drew your hand politely back, "Nice evening to you too, Mr. Wojin. I never knew the Sun Pack would dare to show up," you said, your tone polite yet cold. Wojin's eyes twitched, "Ah well, the last year's accident isn't that big a problem anymore," he said, waving it off.

"I perceive," you remarked, allowing a cold grin to grace your countenance before departing to offer salutations to your allied pack, the Wind Pack. "Namjoon," you addressed the alpha of the Wind Pack, who bestowed a respectful bow. "Welcome back, Y/N," he responded, embracing you. The two packs have stood as allies since your inception, and his father serves as the pack's leader.

"Are you certain that your presence here tonight is prudent?" he inquired as both of you were served drinks by a waiter. You dismissed his concern with a scoff, gently tracing your fingers over the scars beneath your lips. "I shall be unscathed, Joon. I traversed the entire distance from my territory to this eclipse spot," you stated, nonchalantly brushing aside his solicitude, oblivious to the depth of his concern, surpassing the boundaries of mere friendship.

Unaware of his scrutiny, your keen (e/c) eyes alighted upon Stray Kids and their leader, Bang Chan. "Approach and engage him in conversation," Namjoon suggested abruptly, catching you off guard. "I-" you attempted to interject. Still, he swiftly intervened, "Come now, this gathering is intended for finding suitable mates and embracing authenticity. It is not as fraught with tension as previous ones. Relinquish your reservations a little," he encouraged, gently nudging you towards the Rain Pack. The pack was dubbed Stray Kids or Pups, having once been a conglomerate of strays until they integrated into the territories of the existing packs, eventually becoming one of the most formidable and esteemed packs in the vicinity. Their combat prowess garnered universal admiration.

You sighed and walked over, still holding your wine glass.

The pack's deputy noticed you and nudged Chan, and soon you had eight pairs of eyes fixed on you. It made you feel somewhat uneasy, but you gave the males a deep bow. "I am Y/N," you introduced yourself. A grin emerged on one of the younger ones, and he grabbed your hand. "We know; we saw you when you came," he said smoothly, but Chan nudged him away, giving him a stern glare, before taking your hand and kissing it instead.

"Apologize for Hyunjin's behavior; this is his and the pups' first pack gathering," Chan explained. You simply smiled and then realized he hadn't let go of your hand yet.

"Ahem," someone cleared their throat behind you, and you whipped around to see your rival, the female alpha Thea. She wasn't precisely well-known, but she was undeniably pretty and possessed a diva-like confidence.

"I see you're with our Stray Kids," she snapped. You gave her a glare, still not having forgiven her for the wounds you suffered because of her. Chan stepped in beside you, and the rest of his pack followed suit, aligning with their alpha.

"I'm sorry, but who are you?" Chan inquired, and you felt a reassuring hand on your back. You grinned wolfishly, as it seemed this pack was already captivated by your presence.

Let us hope they remain enthralled.

Because everyone who bang PD and 🛴 are trying to impress knows that JK's number 1 was because of them and likewise everyone also knows that Jimin's number 1 was because of Jimin and only him (and his producers). Why would they highlight it?

Jimin's number 1 actually undermines them because people can see that a group like txt that they've been pushing so hard for ages, that they publicly said were expected to land on the top 10, ended up in bubbling under while Jimin, who they barely gave a debut to, became the first Korean in history to reach number 1. They've been spending years trying to justify wasting a billion bucks on Ithica Holdings (because they managed to lose all the big artists under IH in the meanwhile) because 🛴 had the secret sauce to the American market, the secret sauce being spending millions of dollars on advertising, using 🛴's contacts, western collabs and English songs. Can you imagine how they must've felt when Jimin hit number 1 and remains so popular in the US without even one of those things? Fvcking slap on their faces fr

That's why they're conducting some kind of PR campaign to completely downplay and erase that from people's memories using media play. It's still not working like they want because they ended the year with 0 Grammy noms (and they were pushing for a nom for JK - we all know they were) while NYT will suddenly mention Jimin in the year end count. The only ones it's worked on are kpop stans and armys who have eaten up the narrative as usual. Kpop stans like to act edgy and yet they follow every pr narrative like sheep.

(Off topic but that's also why kpop stans are so hung up on the member designations - main vocalist, sub rapper. Because God forbid they actually listen to how someone sings and judge for themselves. Just following the company line from the very inception smh)

[ARTICLE] Lay Zhang Signs With Range MEdia (EXCLUSIVE)

Range Media Partners has signed Chinese actor, singer-songwriter, dancer and fashion icon Lay Zhang and will represent him globally across all areas. 

The 31-year-old star, who operates under multiple pseudonyms including Lay and Little Sheep, rose to fame as a former member of K-Pop boyband EXO before launching a solo career, already is a household name in Asia, boasting more than 80 million followers across social media.

As an actor, he stars under his full name Zhang Yixing in the Chinese box office smash “No More Bets,” which has earned more than $527 million in China to date, becoming the country’s biggest hit of the summer. Zhang is now the youngest and fifth-ever Chinese actor to reach this box office milestone. “No More Bets” also received a limited release in the U.S. on Sept. 1. 

Next year, he will be seen starring opposite Jackie Chan in the film “A Legend.” His other film credits include films “The Island” and “Kung Fu Yoga,” and he has also appeared on the TV series “Go Fighting!” and “Idol Producer,” serving as a judge and host on the latter.

Since his rise as a core member of EXO, he embarked on a solo career, with his debut EP “Lose Control” hitting No. 4 on Billboard’s U.S. World Albums chart. He is the first Chinese solo artist to hit the Top 25 on the Billboard 200 and the first Chinese solo artist to hit Top 5 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart. 

In August, Zhang’s “Grand Line Tour” concerts in Shenzhen and Beijing immediately sold out, with more than 30,000 tickets purchased within seconds of going on pre-sale, leading to additional concerts being added in Shanghai, Nanjing and Chongqing.

As a global brand ambassador, Zhang is currently working with Hublot, Sprite, Fila and Bang & Olufsen. He was Calvin Klein’s first Chinese global spokesperson for their underwear and jean lines and the first Valentino, Converse, Perrier, MAC and Daniel Wellington spokesperson in China. 

“Lay Zhang is exactly the type of artist Range was built for. Zhang, who is fluent in Mandarin, Korean and English, joins a Range Music roster that has made impressive strides since its inception two years ago. The division launched its own label in partnership with Capitol Music Group and Virgin Music & Artist Label Services and represents a wide range of talent including Jack Harlow, Saweetie, Justin Tranter, Cordae, Midland, Murda Beatz and Nicky Romero. IS OUR UNIVERSE IN A BLACK HOLE??

Welcome back,

Most experts agree that the universe started as an infinitely hot and dense point called a singularity. Wait a minute. Isn't that what people call black holes? It is, in fact, and some physicists say they could be one and the same: The singularity in every black hole might give birth to a baby universe. There's no reason to think our universe is any different.

Black holes form when a very massive star dies and its core collapses into a space so small that not even light can escape it. The boundary that delineates that point of no return is called the event horizon, and a sort of opaque "wrapping" that doesn't let you see the singularity itself.

Importantly, as matter falls into the black hole, the event horizon grows: rapidly at first as the black hole begins to form, then more slowly as matter falls in at a lower rate.

During the first trillionth of a second after the Big Bang, the universe expanded incredibly rapidly — faster than the speed of light. (Since space was technically being created, that universal speed limit didn't have much sway). Over time, that expansion slowed down. Doesn't that sound a lot like a black hole's event horizon? Is it possible that our universe is the event horizon in some other universe's black hole?

But here's the thing: Three-dimensional black holes in our universe have two-dimensional event horizons. That means for our universe to be an event horizon, it had to have been born out of a four-dimensional black hole in a four-dimensional universe. Sounds crazy, right?

We can't calculate what happens in a black hole's singularity — the laws of physics literally break down — but we can calculate what happens on the boundary of an event horizon. As matter falls into the black hole, the event horizon encodes that information. The black hole and the event horizon grow in tandem so that the surface area is the exact right size to contain the information for all of the matter that has ever fallen in since the black hole's inception.

All that information could translate to everything that exists in our universe.

And believe it or not, the math adds up and solves some long-stewing issues in the process. So say researchers at the Perimeter Institute and the University of Waterloo, who first posed this possibility back in 2014.

One big problem with the Big Bang, according to The Perimeter Institute, "is that the big bang hypothesis has our relatively comprehensible, uniform, and predictable universe arising from the physics-destroying insanity of a singularity. It seems unlikely."

The black hole hypothesis is a lot cleaner, if mind-bendingly hard to picture. We might live in a universe within a black hole within a universe within a black hole. It might just be black holes all the way down.
