The thing is it's easier to carry noobs as Mercy. You can rez all their sorry asses because of their poor positioning. However in the higher levels of play, experienced players won't let you play Mercy. That's why Lucio and Ana are prioritized as healers. However my winrate with them are significantly lower as compared to my Mercy wins because if you have inexpeienced players it's more difficult. No one will stay grouped up for Lucio speed or heal buff and I stfg that newbies dodge my Anna bullets on purpose. So it's all really scewed winrates and statistics because Mercy is a pubstomper if people don't know what they're doing. The real issue is you cant tell if your team or the enemy team will be better suited for a team healer or a pocket healer at first glance.
