"A customer service scholar, like a librarian."
- a thing I said to one of my players, who is a librarian, who proceeded to spend a minute processing, followed by "I don't like that. I don't like how right you are."

Personal recollections of Baron Autumn, Sir Alaric d'al Sancroix Part 1
I think I'll always remember that day, a bright searing spot burned deep within the recesses of my mind, the day I inherited my title. It was one of the most important days in my life, and would set in motion the events that would change my life forever. I was a man of only 25 then having spent my formative years fighting in Antar since 14, but now I was finally home.
It was strange to come home to this of course, my Fathers death had shook me to my core when I heard about it in Antar despite, or perhaps because of, our relatively cool relationship. To have one of the first things upon my return home be the granting of a title I wasn't expecting to inherit for atleat 10 more years was a shock.
But I kept my nerve, I mean how could I not, I was in the presence of many of my soon to be peers in the cortes and most importantly the King himself. So I kept myself as stoic as I possibly could, steeling my resolve as I approached the throne. The ceremony itself was a rather dull and affair, an exchange of oaths between me and the King, much like many of our old traditions.
Though there was an interesting breach of etiquette when someone called for "Huzzah for Lord Autumn, the most gallant of soldiers" and I received three huzzahs from the chamber. After that I quickly found my place among the other Saltcoast lords, who all moved to give me a seat and welcome me to the chamber.
Then it happened, Wulfrum was granted the floor near the end of a long and tedious session of the courtes. He started with a blatant bit of flattery aimed towards officers of the dozen year war such as myself. But then he moved onto the real reason he took the floor as he gave an address calling for an end to the war taxes that had devastated the commons and a shrinking of the Tierran military.
Immediately there was an uproar in the chamber as the voices of supporters and those against clashed in a cacophony of anger and vitriol. The King looked on all this, his knuckles white around the hilt of the royal sword Pactmaker, as his Chancellor of the Exquencer, Earl Weathern, the man responsible for managing the crown's taxes and spending, looked on in tight-lipped fury.
I knew then that I had to make my position known, so I stood, ignoring the hand trying to stop me, and moved towards the throne. The king gives ascent for me to speak, despite obvious reluctance because of some archaic custom of a lord not speaking during his first session in the cortes, so I begin.
"My Lords, if we must speak of matters of state, let us do so without illusions," I began, "It is easy to speak of abstracts as we sit in this chamber, of 'armies' and 'fleets,' of 'defences' and 'economies.' Yet let us not forget that armies are made up of men. They are led by gentlemen of the blood, that is true, but if there is anything that my years at war have taught me, it is that an army without its common soldiery is like a mast without sails. Without this common soldier, there can be no army." I then had given a pause to let the lords of the cortes stew on what I said.
"Yet who is this soldier?" I continued after the pause "What compels him to brave hardship and battle? Ask any soldier, and the answer will come readily enough: he fights for Tierra and her King. Yet what are these things to him, a man who has likely never before left his home village, a man who has likely never glimpsed his King? Ask him, and he will tell you: to him, Tierra means his old parents at home in their cottage, it is the girl he means to marry, the children he means to sire, the shop he means to open. The King is the man who keeps these things safe for him, so that he may return to them, once his service is done."
Then I turned slowly for dramatic effect and pitched my voice low and ominous.
"So what happens when he comes to find that the King's taxes have driven his old parents out of their cottage? That they have driven his sweetheart to destitution? That they have snatched away his chance for a shop and a family? Will he fight for a kingdom that is empty promises? Will he fight for a King who he believes has betrayed him?"
I let the lords stew on that for a few moments, reaching the answer on their own, before finishing "relief must be brought to the poor. These onerous taxes must end. Beggar our people to pay for our army, and we shall soon find ourselves with neither."
This speech would be met with applause as some lords leaped to their feet with enthusiasm. The Duke Wulfram had even met my gaze and nodded with approval. But there where those who met my speech with stone faced silence, one of whom was the King Himself.
After this, I had returned to my seat, and the debate picked up again, the two sides going stroke and counterstroke against one another. But finally, after what felt like an eternity, the session ended, and I filed out of the cortes chambers.

Today's Gender of the Day is: Eternitempic! (coined by me)
Eternitempic means a gender that is experienced through all of time and space. It exists forever through history, evolving and changing as it moves through different events in time but never fully leaving. It feels like a gender that can "time travel".
This gender can be seen as a linear, mono-universal counterpart to infiniversic, the experience of having every gender from every point in the multiverse all at the same time.

WHAT?! CALEM AS THE PROTAGONIST OF X AND Y IN THIS AU INSTEAD OF SERENA?! WHAT IS THIS FOUL MAGIC?! In all seriousness, here's Calem for the kaijumorpha au!
Calem was what one would consider an oddity amongst both humans and even other fellow kaijumorphs. Born from an romance between a regular human woman and a (now deceased) natural-born Therus father, Calem's very birth was considered something as an omen and a warning by Kalos' legendary duo themselves. Despite this, however, Calem had managed to gain a few friends along his pokemon journey in Kalos. Including a were-vulture named Serena, two demihumans named Shauna and Tierno, and a human named Trevor. And on their pokemon adventure, they would eventually cross paths with team flare and stop the end of the world...
So this was a design I've had floating around for a bit. I kinda had Calem as this megakaiju centaur in my head being in the AU for quite some time. Now originally, back when the idea for this 'verse's name was the "infiniverse", Calem had gained this for after getting hit by the ultimate weapon's power and mutating into what he looks like here. but i decided against it and went on with Calem being a human/therus hybrid when I began to build up upon this au with power kieran and the Paldea pack (name for the three rivals, plus the protagonists', group name in the au).
*WARNING!* there will be body horror here for one of the images so be warned!
Tumblr media
Now as stated, the centaur part of Calem's design is based on the mega kaiju from pacific rim's un-made sequel. Another major insp for calem being a centaur was because of Juno Song's Monochrome DX with lyrics Jumpscare showing Calem and Serena failing (or living eternally for Calem's case)
Tumblr media
Here's the shirtless alt for Calem, showing his top surgery scars, and transparents for a base (cuz he's a trans man here)

You ask a comic book fan for recommendations and they’ll say something like
“Okay, well, if you really want to get a good sense of the Extended Multi Universe Comicsverse Universe, you obviously need to start with the 1998 FMTABJL run by Leon Sprinkles, which is 78 issues, but it only gets good at issue #56, but you do need to read the whole thing or you won’t get it. But before you read that, you need to read the 1996 Special Boy run if you want the full context, then you need to forget everything you learned about Special Boy in that run because none of it has been canon since the events of The Crisis Of Flashcrisis Infiniverse Multicrisis New Crisis. THEN you can read the 1998 FMTABJL run by Leon Sprinkles, but DO NOT read past issue #75, that’s when the series got taken over by Bobby Tapioca, who’s super controversial. The story continues in Special Boy #8, Gold Guardian #55, Terror Dude #1: Special Edition (not to be confused with Terror Dude #1, Terror Dude #1: The Terrorizing, Terror Dude #1: The Terror Conundrum, or Terror Dude #1: Terror Dude Violates The Geneva Convention, none of which are canon), and Super Grog #457: The Awakening, in that exact order. But yeah, once you’ve read all that, it’s honestly pretty easy to get a good sense of Earth 45#6%7Hfs6.”

okay okay so !! one of my friends has a universe called Infiniverse, and it’s basically the hub/central universe connected to pretty much every universe ever. it’s home to gods n various other beings, has quite a few different planets for people to live on, has its own magic rules, etc.
one of my friend’s characters is Marz- they’re the Nova-watcher, meaning their job is to protect all the universes underneath the Infiniverse and deal with any issues that might endanger that universe’s reality or something similar. they’re overworked jdjd :’)
and one of my characters is also in the Infiniverse- they only go by T, they’re a wanted criminal/multiversal black market dealer. T is originally from Infiniverse, but his home planet crumbled/exploded when he was still in his teens. his only way of surviving/supporting himself is his black market dealings, and because of how many dangerous universes he goes into, he has severe trust issues and paranoia because I can’t not give my characters angst jfhsjd
and ofc Marz and T have a sibling dynamic
oh that's sick as hell! i love that universe concept and both your guys' ocs are so cool...

The infiniverse follows this logic. Let's take a quirk and let's say it has two states. Here and not here. When it is here, it has a value we'll call one. With her being within this square. Let's say there's only two squares. It can be here, not here. Not here. Not here, here. And here. Or, 5 combinations. Now time that to every plank in a universe. Now increase the number of quirks to how many quirks and quarks there are in the universe. Now let's propose there's a definitive set of matter, ie states of quirks/quarks at the start, with a definitive time frames we'll call plank time. If your head hurts by this already, good. Because this is just out omniverse, a theoretical collection of universes with every single combination you can and can't think of. And since each universe is seperated by one quark/quirk difference, there's effectively infinite worlds to jump with no difference in effect or affect.

Today's Gender of the Day is: Infiniversic! (coined by me)
Infiniversic means experiencing all genders from all timelines within every universe. This is a gender experienced within the context of the multiverse and can expand far past any currently known gender, alignment, or expression - that means that this gender is an extreme extension of pangender.
This gender can exist all at once or it may feel like it expands infinitely in all directions. When asked what your gender is, you may be inclined to say "everything, everywhere, all at once."
An infiniversic experience can include fluctuations between genders, fluidity, both at once, or erratic changes between genders and alignments. It can be chaotic or subtle - the experience is variable in all possible ways.
It's hard to find similar terms to this, but you may want to look into pangender, multigender, panflux, panfluid, panfluidflux, or oiaspec.

It's a joy to watch Yeoh go in any universe: PETER HOSKIN reviews Everything Everywhere All At Once
It’s a joy to watch Yeoh go in any universe: PETER HOSKIN reviews Everything Everywhere All At Once
Everything Everywhere All At Once (15, 139 mins) Verdict: Multiverse of more madness  Rating: Father Stu (15, 124 mins) Verdict: Badly paced biopic Rating: Answer me this, Nobel physicists: what do you call a multitude of multiverses? A multimultiverse? The infiniverse? Whatever the word, it is what’s afflicting — oh, gosh — multiplexes at the moment.  After last week’s Doctor Strange In The…
