Put down your hair. Take off your glasses. Find a comfortable place to sit. Sit in complete silence or with the window open. Eyes closed. Relaxed, without any force or wrinkle on your skin. Breathe in, breathe out. Focus on everything else and then back to your mind. Notice how clear your mind is. Everything hectic and crazy is now, nothing. Absolutely, gone.
The movement of your hands. Where are they? Focus on your mind. You start to see colors from the center. What are these colors. Energies? Auras? Your definition, that’s what it is.
