On shuake & ao3 tagging
'Akechi Goro/Persona 5 Protagonist' is the canonical "umbrella" tag for the ship.
Tumblr media
Any worked tagged with an assigned synonym tag, such as, 'Crow/Joker', will loop back around to the 'Akechi Goro/Persona 5 Protagonist' tag when clicked.
The umbrella tag also has specified subtags:
Tumblr media
A fic tagged just 'Akechi Goro/Amamiya Ren' will still show up under the 'Akechi Goro/Persona 5 Protagonist' search, but it can also be searched for independently, like all the other subtags.
tldr; Authors don't need to tag 'Akechi Goro/Persona 5 Protagonist' and 'Akechi Goro/Amamiya Ren' and 'Akechi Goro/Kurusu Akira' for correct classification/reach. The umbrella tag does that for you.
The 'x/Amamiya Ren' and 'x/Kurusu Akira' tags are only useful to specify which name is being used for the protag.

How To Do Inner-work
Tumblr media
I recently found this concept called inner-work and it interested me. So I decided that I wanted to give it a try. I made notes from various sources on how to do this and I wanted to share. I would also like to add that some of you should still go to therapy and this is not meant to replace that. Enjoy~
Definition: Inner-work is shaping your emotions, beliefs, and attitudes to create a healthier and happier version of yourself. Its about adjusting and correcting your mindset so that it helps you better facilitate your goals.
Steps to Take:
1 ~ Start with a clear goal
2 ~ Identify your mental blocks
Idea: Free writing can help you with this
3 ~ Create self-awareness and re-frame your thoughts
Idea: Create affirmations or mantras
4 ~ Work on inner-work consistently
Idea: Reading books, journaling, gentle exercise, enjoying nature, fasting, and meditating.
5 ~ Learn how to properly self-soothe
Tumblr media
When Journaling: Ask yourself questions like who, what, when, where, why, and how?
Tumblr media
Inner-work is an internal journey to explore our inner self to understand, to heal, and to finally transform it. Every person’s journey will be different so learn to appreciate your own knowing that it will help you become the woman you are meant to become.
- Find your triggers
- Observe without judgement
The emotional trigger is not the cause of our pain, our unresolved hurt  is.
- Go to your pains
Be honest with yourself
Be ready to be vulnerable
Have self-love be the foundation
- Accept and forgive
You need to take a step away and accept it as is. You can not change the past but you can change the present.
Forgive yourself and others. Holding a grudge does not heal you but only makes the pain stay longer.
Address the changes in your life that needs to be made and make them.
Then let it go and do not open it again. Continuously revisiting the past and reopening old pain does not let you move on. Do not dwell on your past triggers and bad life experiences but work to move forward.
Tumblr media
Why you do something is entirely more important then what to do~

Okokkok so Janette. *claps hands togheter* Her full name is Janette Biswar but went as Jane B in highschool since she was embarrassed of her last name (nobody could pronounce it). Her mum was called Diana and she is the second person to ever run the cult which is called Children Of The Woods and its dedicated to the monsters in this world. Like seeing them as a gods or gods creatures. (Fun fact this world is like our own but with monsters living alongside people :]])
Soo Janette had to compete with her best friend Huan Lin who was the son of an important member of the cult, for the leadership. She ended up getting it by killing Huan :[ And she has nightmares to this day about it.
She adopted a kid named Oliver which she’s technically the aunt of but his parents died when he was younger so she took him in. Janette, this is now in the storyline of when the main story is set btw, meets Adele Beckett, who is Ryan’s mum.
And they kind of have a relationship? Not romantic in any sense cuz Janette is aromantic and Adele is cheating on her husband Josh. And their whole thing is that Janette had told Adele about her being aro and explaining how she didn’t want anything romantic over and over and Adele pretended to get it and later in the story Adele brings it up in an argument. Adele is very aro and transphobic which is like- girl nooo. And Janette constantly offers that the two have a friendship outside their relationship and Adele always denies it since she wants a romantic relationship (douchebag characters andbskjd)
And Janette dies twice in the story, which is first to a molotov cocktail fire (molotov cocktail is like a bomb made with alcohol) set by Adele and then she gets revived by Sprites, one of the monsters, and at the moment she has blue highlights in her eyes and every time her skin is cut, a new blue flower sprouts from the cut.
There will be more!! Kind of a overview of what happens in the two’s story heheh. Could go in more detail but I shall another time!! Hope this isn’t to long :D
I haven't responded to this bc I've been keeping it in here for storage but then I just screenshotted it!! I hit my head a lot so forgive me /hj
Ok this is toxic Yuri........WOW. MESSY!!!! IM INTO IT, THATS FUN AS HELL.
The cult worshipping monsters in the woods is so fucking cool.... And it's like. Tangible? Or like it's cool that the cult has very real benefits from BEING a cult and I think that also really helps with the violence of it. You can justify killing for something if you literally know it exists. Dope as hell.
Janette cannot catch a break. Damn. Killed her friend, adopted a kid, then winds up in a weird toxic situationship(?) with this random white woman?????
I DIDN'T KNOW ADELE WAS RYAN'S MOM!!!!!! it makes sense now but I'm curious to why Ryan has horns but she doesnt? Assuming he's part monster.
ADELE IS CHEATING. AROPHOBIC.... TRANSPHOBIC.......KILLED JANETTE??????? the ultimate white woman. /j
Also I LOVE LOVE LOVE the " revived but kinda fucked up now" trope with flowers and plants,,, flowers sprouting from the skin and blue highlights is so SLAY
I love them so much and IM SORRY I JUST NOW RESPONDED!!!!!!!! Feel free to drop more OC lore anytime you want bc I've read this over like 10 times

You're quite the epic one
I just found this program that converts MTG cards into D&D monster stat blocks and at first I was like "how would that even work?" And I figured that it probably looked at power/toughness, cost, color, types, and keyword abilities to set some basic stats and powers, but still, how do you give a monster attacks based on a magic card? Probably just generic attacks based off its power that the user is supposed to rewrite into something fitting. Looking at the examples they give, there's no way it could possibly generate abilities like that. These are obviously edited afterward to add cool fitting and flavorful abilities. So I plugged in Skeleton Archer and
So I downloaded it and plugged in Skeleton Archer and there's some stuff like its language being "Can't speak but understands the language it knew in life", which is naturally from it being a skeleton, and a longbow attack, obviously from being an archer, but then
Tumblr media
That's... definitely not a regular archer ability. It's fitting of a black skeleton archer, and you can draw a connection to its damage ability, but how could the program possibly do that? I plugged in Apprentice Sharpshooter and, naturally, it didn't have that ability, but what it did have was
Tumblr media
That's DEFINITELY a reference to it putting +1/+1 counters on itself. How much of a card's text does this thing read?! I looked around the page, searching for details on how exactly this thing works. Is it AI or something!? The only thing I found was the patch notes and
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's not AI. It's all painstakingly handwritten, looking for specific common strings of text and mapping them to custom abilities. Combining the abilities with colors and types to make even more detailed abilities like Cursed Arrow. This program is a work of art.

Discomfort at seeing someone else succeed and flourish is the surest sign that our inner work remains incomplete. — finding awareness Envy, jealousy and anger at someone else’s success comes from competitiveness and the pettiness of the ego. The ego is small and limited. Being as such it only feels satisfied by seeing someone fall while seeing itself rise. It gains security through shallow experiences and superficial possessions. That is the nature of the ego. There is nothing to be done about it, other than observing and understanding it. When the egoic process subsides, which may happen only if the ego understands itself, and therefore cannot carry out its own intentions, then something else begins to make decisions in our lives. That something else is free from deep-seated fear and therefore also devoid of the violence and hate arising out of that fear. It isn’t self-seeking in nature. It derives happiness, pleasure and beauty from its own inward lack of conflict. Clarity itself is the source of its security and happiness. No object, or possession or person is central to its happiness. Such a mind celebrates the success of others. It pushes them forward even if it itself remains behind. It cares not about who overtakes it or becomes more powerful, for power and influence have no importance in its life, only beauty and love does, to which has unhindered access. To have such a mind requires us to let go of the rejection and embarrassment of envy too. It requires us to be at peace with it and observe it unfold and reveal its secrets. How trivial it’s demands tend to be. When we catch ourselves with these thoughts they weaken and subside. This unraveling ends in only one place - a place of deep understanding of what it means to suffer, a place of compassion and empathy towards all human beings, and in partaking in others happiness and suffering without hesitation or holding back. There is always more to see. The path leads inwards. #innerWork #ego #success #flourishing #envy #jealousy #anger #fear #violence #hate @findingAwareness #competitiveness https://www.instagram.com/p/CixYjIzu3vu/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Hello darlings 🥰

Labyrinths in dreams represent the journey of self-discovery and personal transformation. They symbolize the twists and turns we encounter along our path, the challenges we must overcome, and the wisdom we gain through perseverance. Walking through a labyrinth in your dream signifies your quest for self-understanding and the profound changes taking place within you.
🌀 Seeking Answers and Guidance:
Labyrinths can also symbolize the quest for answers, guidance, and spiritual enlightenment. They represent the search for deeper meaning and connection in our lives. Exploring a labyrinth in your dream reflects your desire to find clarity, make important decisions, or gain insights into complex situations.
🌀 Unconscious Mind and Inner Work:
Labyrinths hold a connection to our unconscious mind and the depths of our psyche. They are symbolic of the inner journey we undertake to explore our emotions, memories, and hidden aspects of ourselves. Dreaming of a labyrinth suggests the need for introspection, self-reflection, and delving into the depths of your subconscious.
🌀 Finding Balance and Harmony:
Labyrinths are also associated with finding balance and harmony in our lives. They represent the intricate dance between chaos and order, challenges and resolutions, and the integration of opposing forces. Navigating a labyrinth in your dream signifies your quest for equilibrium and a harmonious existence.

Ghost of You - A short c!Dream study
this is so entirely self indulgent and just me and my agenda to give this cat some actual character development....
Characters: Dream, Sapnap(sort of.) Word Count: 1130
The cave wasn’t ideal. Sure, it was secluded. Far in a direction no one would think to go. It was a large enough section for everything he and Punz would need. At a level just right to avoid mobs appearing despite the dim lighting.
To Punz, and most people, it’s a great hideout. To Dream, it was close to torture. (Perhaps months ago he would have said it was torture. Now he minds his hyperbolics.)
The cave always became quiet just before dawn. When Punz was still out and the mobs were off wandering to deeper shadows. It was the quiet that began to make Dream twitch.
He stood hunched above the makeshift table at the head of the room. Papers of scrapped plans and books of research scattered in what was intended to be an organized mess. Dream shuffled around the papers trying to find whatever instructions for the potion Punz had been trying lately.
A chill struck the room around him and he froze. The cave wasn’t ideal. The quiet was practically mocking. But the chill always brought the worst.
“What’s on today’s agenda?”
Dream slowly turned his head and looked at the figment of Sapnap. Today’s Sapnap was different from the past weeks’ version. Before, it was the Sapnap he’d seen in Snowchester. Now, it was a 16 year old Sapnap. Dream could tell he was 16 because he had an awful attempt at a mohawk for a haircut. Fauxhawk, as George had dubbed it. He was ever so slightly shorter, far less scarred, and his eyes shone bright blue. Far brighter than the flickering amber Dream had started to see more often as the pair drifted apart.
“Nothing that concerns you,” he mumbled out. He didn’t owe the apparition a response, but it felt even weirder to just ignore the thing behind him. Not-Sapnap laughed and strode to Dream’s side, pushing against him. Dream flinched at the pressure. “You’re not real," he said in a way to convince himself rather than the spirit.
Not-Sapnap looked up at him and blinked once slowly. “Who says?”
“I say, now get away from me.”
More laughter. “I get it! You’re joking, aren’t ya? I Always forget the kinda jokes you make.”
Dream crumpled up a piece of paper and tossed it to the side. Not-Sapnap watched it roll onto the floor. “You coming up with an idea for a cool adventure?”
“No.”
“Then maybe some new fighting strats we could try?”
“No.”
“What about-” “Will you just shut up already!” Dream finally snapped out, slamming on the table.
Not-Sapnap let out a shuddering breath and nodded. He hugged himself as he spoke. “Um, yeah. I can do that. Sorry.” He stepped back a bit and started to wander the cave. His arms still held tightly against his chest as if to force himself to not touch anything.
Dream was thankful this Sapnap was the kind that actually listened to him. Now-Not-Sapnap would have spat something back at him. The two had gotten into plenty of fights before, and Dream had come to realize that fighting with the imaginary version of your former best friend was just about the least productive thing anyone could do.
After another minute or so of searching through his papers he managed to find the scribbled out attempt at explaining the potion process. At least this time Punz had left drawings to try and indicate the ingredients needed. Dream turned to go work on the brew, but stumbled back when he saw just how close Not-Sapnap had gotten.
“Do you have to stand there?”
“I like being by you,” Not-Sapnap said. His voice was quiet and squeaky. The kind of voice he used when he scraped his arm but wanted to appear tough in front of Dream. “The cave is scary.”
“It’s not that scary. All the mobs have gone deeper. It’s just me here.” Sapnap knew everything about mobs and their habits. He shouldn’t be scared of them. A twist hit Dream’s gut. He chose to ignore it.
Not-Sapnap carefully looked through the papers on the desk, as if testing the waters. His eyes caught the potion paper and he laughed, again. Dream was starting to find the sound annoying. “Is this Punz’s handwriting?”
“Yes, it is.”
“He was always so bad at this kinda stuff.” His voice sounded far away now. He grabbed a quill from the top of the desk and began to write on the back of another paper he’d found. He copied out the instructions in a much easier to follow, and read, manner. “There you are. He didn’t leave a note for what it’s called though. Or what it does.”
“That’s not something you need to worry about. It’s not your place.”
Not-Sapnap hummed. “That’s right. My place is always behind you. Sword drawn, ready to kill who you ask just because you asked?”
Dream stepped closer to the side of the desk, eyes narrowing. “You say that like it’s a bad place to be.”
“It’s not a bad place,” Not-Sapnap mused as he began to walk away from the desk, “just not a nice one. We used to always be side-by-side, you know. Back when we were young.”
“That was another life. Things are different now.” Dream reached for the empty potion bottle sitting in the top corner.
“Though, they don’t have to be, do they? Things are only different because you made yourself different.”
“You- He could have followed me.”
“But that’s just it, right? I don't want to follow you. I wanted to be your friend, not your soldier.”
A pause fell between them as Dream gripped the glass bottle between his palm.
“He’s going to kill you,” Not-Sapnap said without breaking his gaze. “He wants to kill you. To protect everyone you hate. And you know what?”
Dream lifted the bottle.
“It’ll all be your own-”
The apparition disappeared as glass shattered across the back of the cave. Dream’s vision blurred for a moment. When it came back he noticed the paper Not-Sapnap had written on was turned back to its front, untouched. The quill in the ink pot sat motionless.
Dream let out a shaky breath before grabbing Punz’s instructions, practically crumpling them in his grip. The page was still chicken scratch but he was able to process it far easier now. A new poison or something Punz had gotten the idea for.
He glanced at the collection of torches and weapons that lay in a pile in the corner. “I won’t let you be the reason I fail.”
He gathered what he needed from the chest collection and got to work. The ghosts, the guilt. The memories of childhood. Dream needed them gone. He needed Sapnap gone. If he can’t tear out his own heart, he might as well kill the closest thing to it.
