with expectations
Relationships fail :
People are constantly heart broken, because of failed relationships.
And this is due to human always setting high expectations of others and even themselves,
We need to remember that we are all human and all make mistakes, life is a learning experience everyday.
We are all different ;Some people laugh more than others , show more than others , detail more, focus more , acknowledge more. Etc
Expectations is the root of all heartache...
Therefore, the desire for your expectations to be met by your loved ones is the biggest and the most common mistake in relationship .
You love people for whom they are and not for whom you want or expect them to be.

Sometimes I get discouraged thinking my music isn’t good enough and then I remember the album David Bowie (1967) and I feel so much better
This isn’t a dig at David, bc he made like ~27 other albums that are amazing, but his first one… it has some gems on it (laughing gnome, please mr. Gravedigger) but I can definitely see why he tried to bury it.
What I’m trying to say is that even the most iconic artists started somewhere and just the improvement between his first album and second (space oddity) is so stark.
If you’re creating anything, or even just working towards a goal and you feel like you’re not good enough to succeed, remember that you have just as much potential as your heroes did when they started.

"A Flat Belly in 15 Weeks: A Realistic Guide to a Healthier You"
Are you tired of feeling self-conscious about your belly? Are you ready to make a change and achieve the flat belly you've always wanted? It's time to take control of your health and make a commitment to yourself. With dedication and a bit of hard work, you can achieve a flat belly in just 15 weeks.
First, let's be realistic. A flat belly won't happen overnight, and it won't happen without effort. But with the right combination of diet, exercise, and self-care, you can make significant progress in just 15 weeks. Here's how:
Make a plan. Before you start, take some time to think about your goals. Do you want to lose weight? Tone up? Improve your overall health? Make sure your goals are specific, achievable, and realistic. Once you have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish, you can create a plan to help you get there.
Eat clean. A healthy diet is essential for achieving a flat belly. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Avoid sugary drinks and snacks, and try to limit your intake of processed and fast foods.
Exercise regularly. In addition to a healthy diet, regular exercise is key to achieving a flat belly. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, like brisk walking or cycling, every day. You can also incorporate strength training exercises, like squats and lunges, to help build muscle and boost your metabolism.
Stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is important for maintaining a healthy weight and flush out toxins. Aim for at least 8 cups of water per day, and more if you're exercising or in a hot environment.
Don't skip meals. Skipping meals can actually slow down your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight. Make sure to eat regular, balanced meals throughout the day to keep your energy levels up and your metabolism working efficiently.
Get enough sleep. Quality sleep is essential for good health and a flat belly. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night, and create a relaxing bedtime routine to help you wind down and get a good night's rest.
Stay consistent. The key to success is consistency. Stick to your healthy eating and exercise plan, and don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. It takes time and effort to achieve a flat belly, but with dedication and perseverance, you can get there.
Achieving a flat belly in 15 weeks is possible with the right combination of diet, exercise, and self-care. With dedication and consistency, you can make lasting changes to your health and feel confident and proud of your flat belly.
