I'm going to make a longer post about this (with sources), but next time someone accuses Lindsey of race-faking, be aware that those accusations come from her sister who she has barely seen in 20 years and who has incentive to make Lindsey look bad.

Context: Lindsey was sexually assaulted by one of her step-fathers. Lindsey's mother went back to him despite knowing about the abuse.

Lindsey then cut contact with her mother and her sister, briefly started contact when Bandit was born, then cut contact again (which her sister did not take well). Lindsey's sister, who acknowledges she was assaulted, supports her mother and considers it a personal affront that Lindsey wants nothing to do with them. She says Lindsey should get over it and doesn't understand why she still refuses to see them, and blames it on Lindsey thinking her family is beneath her because she's rich and famous.

That same sister has also admitted to not knowing much about their father's side of the family. She has also flip-flopped between saying that her father's mother is definitely Romanian, to saying she's not sure as she doesn't know much about him. So for all we know, Lindsey has more information than her and was telling the truth.

My controversial opinion is that fia and liberty media is killing the sport. Wanting f1 to be lgbt friendly and all is a moot point bcs they had literal nazi as a director until 2009 for YEARS.
