Would you mind showing a picture of the (clean) soap dish at some point? Hard to picture in my head what it looked like to have a hidden place for bugs is all!

The flat perforated "lid" bit snaps onto the part below it, which looks metallic in this photo but is actually plastic. Usually very little water or soap gets into the tray, but occasionally soapy water from the sponge drips down into it, and sometimes when I'm doing dishes too enthusiastically it'll get splashed with dish water.

It's truly the best sponge/soap dish I've ever owned, it does exactly what I wanted it to do, I just...definitely need to remember to rinse it out more often. With boiling water and Barkeeper's Friend.

Growing Up Creepie:

All about a cute alt girl who was raised by bugs. Only 26 episodes, but it's cute and fun and each episode features a little critter moment where you learn a few thi gs about a real insect featured in the episode! (TW: Insects..lots of insects. And spiders!)

Ruby Gloom:

Super cute show about a girl (meant to be a raggedy doll, though she doesn't trigger our doll-phobia) and her monster friends; including a skeleton boy, a cyclops girl, a banshee and an adorable bat. 40 episodes and I can't really think of any triggers (please correct me if I'm wrong).
