Good evening to all! I believe a proper introduction of me and my posting schedule on this blog is in order. ༘⋆✿

My name is Susie, though you may also choose to call me Victoria, (she/her). I am a student who is very interested in (British) Penal Law and Procedure, as well as Forensic Science, Victorian Society , History and Politics. I enjoy reading, writing and learning, which is why I made this blog.

I would like this blog to be a useful resource for people interested in the topics I have listed before, while also becoming a learning tool for myself and others later down the line. I will be careful in listing my sources, as well as my own research and I encourage counter arguments in order to perfect my posts.

I would love to engage with like minded people on these topics so feel free to talk to me! Do keep in mind that I am a minor! ༘⋆✿

(also, none of my posts about serious topics will be this pink so do not worry, I will treat them with the appropriate level of maturity.)

POSTING SCHEDULE

I will attempt to post at least twice a week. Please keep in mind that my schedule might be interrupted due to exams or burnout ✿

I plan to structure my posts like so:

On Monday, I will post a detailed analysis of an event/person in history or a forensic science tool that interests me.

On Thursday, I will post twice, about British Penal Law.

On off days, I might post my thoughts on a book or piece of information I learned that day!

I will attempt to explain these things in a manner by which anyone may understand, while also including a more niche understanding of it in the post, for interested audiences.

This blog was started in order nurture my understanding and my mind, and I hope I get to do the same for you!

Little bit about me

Hi! I'm Crowe. I'm trans (ftm) and have decided to document my experience here (if I remember to update this...).

I'm a hobby writer, Pagan, on the verge of finishing high school and just trying to get by. I love music of all sorts, which makes finding a playlist very confusing sometimes. I tend to choose my playlists based on my mood/which character I'm playing—with the latter having a greater influence. I'm sure you will read a lot about my writings over time. Despite having nothing published (save for one short on Wattpad), I've been writing for 5 years, 3 of which have been serious, and all of which have been in roleplays with my writing partner and now-girlfriend, Rose.

I've been out of the closet about my gender identity for 3+ years now. I did what I like to call a "gradual gender journey" where I started off enby, then demi-boy, then transmasc, and have been pretty confident in my masculinity for a few months now after a strange femme hiccup last summer. I think I was lost in the woods then and have stumbled back to my comfortably masculine path now. I'm happy where I am. Well, mostly. I'm ready to start aligning my body with my mind and soul. My identity is solid, and while I may choose to fluctuate with the way I dress or wear makeup (beyond angling my jaw and such), I still identify as a male. I'm just a male doing those things.

I wanted to make this my safe, little corner of the internet to share with anyone else who feels they need/want it. I plan to share my strategies for coping on this journey—past, present and future—and hope that the things I write reach at least one person. That's my goal. To reach one person and help them feel like they're not alone, wherever they are in this strange world. I also know that 'safety' on the Internet is relative and foolish to try to achieve, but one can hope, and I will do my best.

Anyway, I don't know where I'll start in terms of telling my story. I don't know where I'll go once I do. All I know is that I want to share my thoughts, process, etc. Just in case. Crowe (he/him)
