"I'm not satisfied yet" said the elephant king for what could be the thousand time now. It didn't matter what the two of the most loyal servants there could be in this vast lands did, nothing seemed to be enough.

"I need my throne to be higher!" - he demanded - "closer to the stars!"

Off his only two servants went, giving their vitality and life force to raise the king's throne a little more through the skies. Unable to contradict the king's wishes as they were bound to the throne as well, already meters high among the clouds.

It's unsustainable they're both aware, but they've got nowhere else to call home, nothing else they'd know how to do, so the three of them kept on rising above the clouds and, among them, two long wait for the day they'll all fall back down.

Expressions of the human form— as I watched the new Spider-Man movie yesterday I was deeply moved on many levels. I’ll be sharing over time but for starters—- the power of the EXPRESSIVE LANGUAGE of drawing the human body. Of stylizing or representation of different bodies. Of using different media, fusing different influences and references. Of telling stories thru the human form. . I was reminded of the impact and importance of #diversity (which is what called me to fashion back in 1990 in the first place). . And I was reminded of the importance— no, rather the POWER of VISION! . VISION! VISION! . Spiritual cultural, formal, magical, expansive, textural, color, emotional, interdimensional VISION! .
