What would your human Red and Purple look like?

I would say Red (and Bob as well.) decides to base his human disguise off of Min. Taking on an appearance that easily allows him to take on the guise of a relative. A big brother really. While Bob takes on the appearance of an uncle. But both basically look a lot like Min. And I think it works for them. I didn’t have a hard time with their appearances since I already had min as a basis. And I think they look good!

Purple on the other hand… SIGH. I had such a hard time figuring out his design. I knew what I wanted to do with it. Basically a rich kid vibe mixed with a bit of nerd. I wanted him to look a bit dorky but also like he could easily be the kind of person who would use his dad’s position as leverage. Basically a “do you know who my dad is?!” Kind of look. But I think I nailed it down finally after a ton of revisions.

While I still have Invader Zim brainworms I wanted to take a crack at tackling the show's art style and it is deceptively hard to get right.

but it was a very fun exercise, not only in forcing myself to simplify detail, but also general character design. Anyway here's "Tallest Cyl" an Irken OC so I can very clearly set my base cringe level on the internet. However I am suddenly reminded of this post I made from FUCKING September 22nd 2012.

Here's Veen, my irken oc!!!

Veen is a feminine irken who is around Zim's height and has uneven teeth. She works as a surgeon, and her PAK color, white, indicates that she is of the medical class (headcanon by deviantart user FaithFirefly).

She is confident with herself and her abilities, compassionate, and not exactly what you would call a rule follower- she lets her morals guide her. When put under enough pressure, she becomes a nervous wreck.

Despite her small stature, she is incredibly skilled at what she does and is valued highly. She got lucky to be in the position she's in.

She appeared to me in a dream a few days ago and I just HAD to make her real. Fun fact- she originally had jagged, sharp teeth in the dream and was a medical student, but I decided to tweak her a bit to fit in with the universe more.
