They come to me and cost less than at the local Wall-wall-crap mart. With the monthly essentials you have tailored to your needs, IPSY includes what they call a Glam Bag. It's a small make up bag filled with sample beauty products, different bag and samples every shipment too. I've waisted too much money on products that I hated and/or did nothing but cause a rash. Now I sample for free and only pay for what helps the beautification of a thriftier 👍
