Kai isn't chaos but hes order. is it because he is a lower/juvenile being? or does the Library *just* repel chaos? could a lesser fae get in?(lesser than zayanna)

i'd love to see Irene describe Zayanna as her trope but say shes a human just to get her to safety. Zayanna would have to cope with being human? for a little at least could she become fae again if she went to deep chaos spheres?

Josephine and Esperanza

One organizer from the Workers' League managed to escape the Commonwealth Security Service's dragnet: Josephine Irizarry. She was working on the freighter MS New Horizons 138 when the war broke out. After the Directorate conquered Sakarya, all Sakaryan ships and crews within Commonwealth space were interned. With the Commonwealth Navy in need of skilled crews to rebuild its fleet after the Battle of Wittsend, Josephine was given a choice to enlist in the Auxies or spend the rest of the war in an internment camp. Though she vehemently opposed what she saw as an imperialist war, she decided to enlist so she could learn how to fight, get to understand her enemy better, and recruit other soldiers to her cause.

Josephine was stationed on the cruiser CNS Winston Churchill, where she became infatuated with a young marine and fellow Sakaryan by the name of Esperanza Rivers. At first, Esperanza pushed her away, barely saying a word to her: Private Irizarry was a newbie, and getting too close with newbies could only lead to heartbreak when they didn't come back. But she persisted, and after she survived her first few boarding actions, she finally got Esperanza to open up to her.

At first, the two of them were simply looking for some companionship in between battles, but it grew into something more than that. For Esperanza, it was her first time getting to know someone who was kind to her seemingly without any ulterior motive. And she enjoyed hearing the mechanic's stories of her travels across the universe, listening to what she had to say about history and politics and revolution. Josephine saw that beneath the scarred soldier's hard exterior, there was still a tender heart, and she did her best to bring out that side of Esperanza. Even though she feared showing any sort of weakness, she slowly became comfortable being vulnerable around Josephine, sharing the trauma she'd experienced growing up, and Josephine did her best to help her work through it. And before every battle, Josephine would help her lover into her armor, give her a kiss, and tell her to come back alive. Esperanza would kiss her back and promise her she would -- and against all odds, she did.

Irene Winters disliked the spotlight. She felt most at home working in the shadows -- the fewer people knew she existed, the better. But with the Security Service under fire for not informing the military of the invasion plans, and concerned that the men and women in uniform would get all the glory and leave them with nothing, the higher-ups decided to publicize her achievement in disrupting the Wittsend Conspiracy. Irene became the public face of Commonwealth intelligence, and that meant no more covert operations for her. After completing a speaking tour, recruiting new agents and selling war bonds, she was assigned to train agents at the Service's academy. Among them was a new recruit named Priya Wilson, who she saw great potential in and took on as her protégé.

When Irene discovered that Josephine was not only alive and well, but serving on a naval ship, she fired off a storm of increasingly stern memos to Military Intelligence, warning of the threat she posed to the Commonwealth. Because of the rivalry between the military and the Security Service, all of these were ignored, and for the remainder of the war, Josephine was out of her reach.
