(Same anon as before) I'm not sure if he's Batman-specific, but the Gentleman Ghost has always been a favorite of mine. The outfit, the backstory, the variety in his character - there's just so much interesting stuff going on. As for villains that ARE in the rogue's gallery... I gotta say Mr. Freeze is the most compelling, because he's so tragic in his motivations.

hello sweet anon - thank you so much for the wait!! 💖💖 given that i've been hyperfixating on a different silly DC villain this week it only felt right to answer this ask now 🥰 fighting every urge in my body not to post the snippets of Mad Mod x Reader dialogue i've been writing-

ohoho, this Gentleman Ghost is quite the dapper fellow!!! i'm going to tag my pal @iriso-page here because this character has a design i think he'd enjoy 😉 his lore is incredibly cool no matter which version you look at - i'm quite taken by the concept of someone creating their own ghost mythos for gadgetry (totally not inspired by any other takes on DC villains, cough cough 😳). i'm going to have to check this guy out properly!!! aaah, you're so right about Mr. Freeze. it doesn't matter how many times i see his story told, i never get tired of it. i especially thought they did a brilliant job making him both mad and sympathetic in Gotham...definitely worth a watch for any fans who want to see a really heartfelt take 💖
