not bleeding anymore :D healing from IBD

i've been focusing on healing my IBD. and i fucking am. I'M NOT BLEEDING ANYMORE!!! from a warzone in the toilet for 6 months, to not a single drop. and i don't have to run to the toilet to have bloody diarrhea 10 times a day.

am i perfectly healed? no. if i have junk food/dairy/red meat/sugar, I'll have issues. BUT THIS IS GOOD FOR ME. It forces me to not be bulimic or binge. like I literally cant b/p anymore.

best of all, i haven't gained a single pound. I'm having liquid calories (fruit juice), oil in my food, fatty fish, dark vegan chocolate. BUT I feel satisfied from smaller portions bc I'm getting all the nutrition I need.
