hot take: Raine is hotter than Eda

This is how I finally admit to you all that I always thought Raine is super hot.

Of course I also think they were hotter when they had bangs, but I am a TRUE Raine enjoyer. I think they're hot even with their current short haircut, I don't CARE if it makes it look like they're balding. (Although I never actually thought it looked like they were) But even then, Raine beat the balding allegations when Belos possessed them. Man, even POSSESSED Raine is hot.

But still my favorite design from them has to be their young adult look because DAMN

Don't get me wrong, Eda is hot too but RAINE. I actually think Darius is hotter than both of them though. Sorry for betrayal Raeda community 🤧

@makooti-bionic it's just an angsty way to look at kat, chances are he's just a spoiled rich kid who throws a fit when he doesn't get what he wants 😔 (and I honestly lean towards this more cause I don't believe that characters have to be too deep to be good or entertaining)

But if we go with the more angsty interpretation it's fun to imagine what would have happened if kat had just. left maliwan and started working for atlas instead. Y'know... pretending that rhys would have given him the chance after murdering his siblings with no issues. Maybe he would have gotten some type of redemption or maybe he eventually would have resented rhys like he did kat sr in this scenario

i think the thing about genderbends that gets to me is like. ok imagine a male character- someone makes a female version of them, but why would they look any different?

i see so many genderbends that basically just go "oh women are... women are long hair, and make up, and skirts, skinny and big ol boob :)", and it really bugs me

[Question for the owner of the blog because i dont wanna completelybreak the fourth wall. Would four get deja vu for levels you yourself ran out of lives in or would you keep it separate. For example she knew where hiding enemies were as a gut feeling but she herself shouldn't have known the info. Sorry if i explained this poorly. ]

Its not really deja vu, its more of full awareness of what had happened! Respawning seems to just be a normal thing in sploon. Running out of lives simply means that an agent has to start at the very beginning of the level instead of any one of the checkpoints. As long as ink flows, as long as theres a respawner, an agent lives on. Kind of a terrifying unstoppable force they are, really.

#getting bad endings are rare bc there always seems to be a respawner nearby. its a battle of wills to see which side will be victorious in #any situation! #splatoon #opal owl hoots
