I found this funky little dude out in the rain at a yard sale, and when the guy tried to sell it to me for 50$ I laughed at him (it was missing a flyer and supports for said flyer, plus no mechanism for treadling) and told him I had 5$ in my pocket.

A moment of rememberance for my favorite unit, the Occultist Pierrepont. This man has carried more dungeons than I can count, slain hundreds of eldritch horrors, curbstomped the Sleeper so many times that he lived to see the Mill restored, and has saved many of his companions from certain doom. But above all, he came back from the dead TWICE. This mother fucker refused to stay in the ground, he died in the Darkest Dungeon and said "lol no" and came back swinging. Some pussy-ass ectoplasm got him again, and he STILL said "fuck you I got shit to do up hur."

And how did I repay this absolute BEAST of a guy? By squandering his life against a Shambler. He had yeeted several of those fuckers before, I thought he was gonna be ok. But no. He, my Crusader Lhullier and Leper Gibard all went fucking crazy and had heart attacks one after the other. And it was all my fault. I could've said "lol no" and not activated the Shambler idol. But no. I had to get that extra shit so bad that it killed my finest warrior, who I tried my damndest to make sure he stayed alive a good chunk of the time. I was gonna send him to attack and dethrone God in a few dungeons once I had finished Crimson Court, but no. I killed Pierrepont.

Rest in peace you magnificent warlock.
