I have been awol. A lot of stuff happened this week.

Might just finalize an editor, major overhaul of the book and well an emotional ride at home. It's been crazy suffice to say. Editing is a writer's demise!

I'm currently reading Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab hopefully I'll finish it soon!!!

Slowly and steadily stuff is happening!

Hopefully the release will happen soon this year!

BOOK STACK

Hello bookish people!

It is time to show my stack! This is on my February Reread List and it looks like I'll go through them all this month.

Day 3 of February and I am in middle of 3 books, editing, plotting and daily troubles of home!

Alongwith these I am currently listening to A court of Mist and Fury by S. J. Mass on audible. Godbless audiobooks!

How is your weekend going?

My day has been filled with lots of good food and book.

Although I read Circe last week I have decided to write a short review here along with my pretty picture in the new theme.

Rant Review with MILD spoilers :

So one of the most striking thing about the book is the tone of it. Some like it, some don't. I didn't like it at first, and I'm not a fan till the end either, yet I read through because of the multiple greek tales that were spun and shown through Circe's eyes.

What I liked about the book was that I was curious to see what Circe was. She was different and when she realised it, she was content in being herself. The character development was good, I liked how she went from a weak naive girl in her shell to a strong woman, although it did take her CENTURIES to get their, but immortality is her privilege.

One of the most thing I hated that is that Circe well had sex with Three generations of men. Like sure, that's greek gods for you with their fetishes, yet as for Circe, I did not like it. I have so many more thoughts on this! Stay tuned for review videos if I ever get to them.

I rate 6.5/10 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹.

I enjoyed it, and finished it but I wasn't satisfied!

Hello bookish people!

It's the weekend again. My day hasn't been the best but I was productive at least. I need to get my pictures of the photoshoot i did in order soon. There is always tomorrow because right now I am curled up with my book!
