وعن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذى يملك نفسه عند الغضب” ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏

الغَضَبُ غَريزةٌ رَكَّبَها اللهُ في طَبيعةِ الإنسانِ، وهو: تَغيُّرٌ يَحصُلُ عِندَ فَوَرانِ دَمِ القَلبِ؛ لِيَحصُلَ عنه التَّشَفِّي في الصَّدرِ، والنَّاسُ مُتَفاوِتونَ في مَبْدَئِه وأثَرِه؛ ومِن ثَمَّ كان منه ما هو مَحمودٌ، وما هو مَذمومٌ؛ فمَن كان غَضَبُه في الحَقِّ، ولا يَجُرُّه لِمَا يُفسِدُ عليه دِينَه ودُنياه؛ فهو غَضَبٌ مَحمودٌ. ومَن كان غَضوبًا في الباطِلِ، أو لا يَستَطيعُ التَّحكُّمَ في غَضَبِه إذا غَضِبَ، ويَجُرُّه الغَضَبُ لِتَجاوُزِ الحَدِّ، وإفسادِ دِينِه ودُنياهُ؛ فهذا غَضَبٌ مَذمومٌ.

وفي هذا الحديثِ يَرْوي أبو هُريرةَ رَضيَ اللهُ عنه: أنَّ النَّبيَّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم قال: «ليس الشَّديدُ بالصُّرَعةِ»، أي: لا تظُنُّوا أنَّ الرَّجلَ القويَّ هو ذلك الرَّجلُ الَّذي يَتمتَّعُ بقوَّةٍ بَدنيَّةٍ يَستطيعُ بها أنْ يَصرَعَ الآخَرين، وإنَّما الرَّجلُ القويُّ حقًّا الكاملُ في قوَّتِه، هو الرَّجلُ القويُّ في إرادتِه، الَّذي يَستطيعُ أنْ يَتحكَّمَ في نفْسِه عندَ الغَضبِ، ويَكظِمَ غَيْظَه ويتحَلَّمَ، ويَمنَعُ نفْسَه عن تَنْفيذِ ما تَدْعوه إليه مِن إيذاءِ النَّاسِ بالشَّتْمِ والضَّرْبِ والعُدوانِ، وغيرِ ذلك من أنواعِ الإيذاءِ.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but the strong man is in fact the one who controls himself in a fit of rage."

ولتعلمي يا حبيبة .. أنَّه ما من أحدٍ حفظ القُرآن فِي ظُروف وردية .. ومَن كانت ظُروفَه ورديَة في الحَفظ ساءت في المُراجعَة ! لابُدّ مِن ضَمة شَديدَة تَضم الحَافظ كمَا ضَمّ جَبريل عَليه السَّلام رَسول الله صَلى الله عَليه وسلّم ثَلاثًا ثُم تَركه فَقرأ بعدهَا القُرآن .. ثُم بَعد رَوع الضمّ لَم يَقل الله لَه نَم يَا مُحمد حتَى يَذهب عنكَ الرَوع ! بَل نَاداه نداءً يَبقى مَا بَقي القُرآن : " يَا أيُّها المُدّثر قُم فَأنذِر " هَكذا القُرآن وَ هكذا مَن يُريد أخذَه .. تَضمُّه الشَّدائد ثُم تُرسله ثُم تَضمه ثُم تُرسله فَيتنغم بَعدها بِالقرآن حتَى يَرى مَنزلَه .. فيَا أحبَتِي خُذوا الكِتاب بِقوَة .. أفَحسبتِ أنَّك تتوجّي وَ تَحظي بَولاية أهْل الله وَ خَاصته وَ لمّا يَعلم الله مُجاهدتُك وَ تعاهُدك وَ استِماعُك وَ تَكرارُك وَ تَسميعُك ؟! ألا إنَّ تِيجانُ الله غَالية وَ ما يُتوج بِها إلا الذين اصطّبرُوا وَ ما يَحظى بهَا إلا ذُو قَلب عَظيم
