What makes you feel lost, if anything?

Do you have a goal? maybe, you do not have a path towards it?– write about that. You can and will get where you want to if you choose to and move yourself in that direction.

What made you smile this week? what made you laugh?

2. MAKE A PLAYLIST

3. REVISIT something (a movie, a quote, a memory, etc) that evokes a passion, a realization, a goal, or something of that nature

4. GROUND YOURSELF through yoga, meditation, or through similar activities like doing a jigsaw puzzle.

this planet will always be your home and it has so much to offer that will wait for you. there is no rush to figure every single thing out. in fact, that is impossible.

FAVOURITE SEASON: Fall! My birthday usually marks the day Summer changes to Fall. I love the colors, the crisp air, and sweaters!

FAVOURITE FLOWER: Peonies

FAVOURITE SCENT: Lavender

FAVOURITE COLOUR: Blue because I haven’t found a shade I don’t like

FAVOURITE ANIMALS: Exotic cats (especially leopards)
