Okay it's not gonna happen,, but... imagine how amazing it would be if Etho, the guy that has NEVER changed his skin, he has the iconic look, he's Kakashi from hermitcraft, actually went out and changed his skin for the first time and this monumental occasion is just putting a Joel face in the chest to match his soulmate wouldn't that be the funniest shit or what
I am literally never going to be over the fact that Eustace's first instinct was to threaten to sue absolutely any and everyone and he just did not give it up for like, a week and a half or something
Even after being confronted with a talking mouse and all the other normal Narnian nonsense, he really thought he was going to succeed in dragging one of those guys into an English court of law in full armor with a sword, and somehow this would constitute a victory for him
Child. Cross-dimensional lawsuits aren't a thing. And if they were, you would not want C. S. Lewis to be the one who wrote it
i really wish we got the tf2 tv show because i think, about your talk about how pyro ends up being a foil to the other characters, pyro is such a wildcard of a character that if you need someone for an episode to complete a dynamic it's pyro. he's designated driver. he's the mcdonalds employee. he's scout's ma. she's helping miss p dismember bodies. it's coming in through the dog door
your ask got me thinking about how i'd use pyro in a show and IDK if anyone else has seen Solar Opposites but how they split the Pupa's screentime between A + B plots in the first/second season would be spot on the money for me.
Pyro could be there, in the A plot, in small ways (like you said, at the back of the bus or en rotue to the episodes mission) but then gets sucked into a 'mundane' B plot for some tonal levity within the episode.
Pyro's gotta run that FTSE 500 company! They've gotta seduce the Ballicorn comic writer in order to read the never-published final issue! They've gotta earn an Astrophysics PHD in order to steal their Professor's Pokemon topped pen....that sort of thing. And then occassionaly they can show up with the deus-ex-mechina for the episode with the rest of the team being none the wiser (other than vaguely baffled as their flamethrower could've REALLY come in handy fighting those haunted scarecrows).
OOH YEAH BABY! PARTY TIME BABY! MUSIC! DRINKS! SOCIAL PRESSURE & A PSYCHEDELIC BREAK DOWN! WELCOME TO VAMPIRE SOCIETY MOTHERFUCKER! ARE YOU SCARED? DO YOU UNDERSTAND YET? ITS OKAY IF NOT. FIRE DISSOLVED IT! ITS ALL GONE NOW. HAVE FUN!
One of my favorite things about Stargate is that every time there's an incoming wormhole in the first two seasons everyone goes into immediate crisis mode, and then after that it's like "oh, incoming wormhole, must be one of our pals."
It's like their caller ID goes from 100% calls about their underground supersecret military base's extended warranty to like 90% people on their friends and family plan and only 10% telemarketers. Unfortunately those telemarketers are usually Anubis and that dumbass head hologram he does or Ba'al running his mouth for shits and giggles but. Also I mean Sam and Daniel literally compare the gate network to a telephone in 1x02 so.
Me explaining that we technically haven’t seen anyone make a deal with god and swap places for someone they love yet and how it perfectly fits into the theory that Mike is gonna be targeted at the start of s5, after they open the season re-contextualizing Will’s connection to vecna from the beginning, leading up to now where Will is going to sacrifice himself to save Mike, essentially giving Vecna what he wants aka Will, with him going back to his Zombie Boy era (kinda like what happens in the comics with Will the Wise) and his sacrifice initiating the time jump we see, with a year passed and them still trying to find him, living the s1 era all over again, with the town convinced Will’s disappearance in 83’ started this towns curse and how full circle it will feel compared to s1 and with everything that’s happened over the seasons that is going to be addressed.
I've only seen the first few arcs of ace attorney but the legal system is sooo funny to me. The only crime is murder. If you are accused of a crime, you are considered guilty until proven innocent. The only way to prove your innocence is to solve the case and find the killer. Your lawyer is also the detective. The other sides lawyer is also doing detective work so it's a race to see who finds out the most information. They dont share information or evidence until in the courtroom. Edgeworth had a perfect record as a prosecutor prior to pheonix showing up, so every poor schmuck who had ever been accused of a crime is in jail. The guilty party is never the first accused. Most likely a majority of people Edgeworth has sent to jail were innocent. He has no qualms about this even though the driving force of the show is trauma from when pheonix was falsely accused of a crime. Incredible.
funniest thing abt bravern is that isami goes around saying shit like “there’s no point in saving the world if smith’s not here” “i’m not strong enough to do this but smith made me feel like i could” “hey smith i feel your dick” “smith gets full body waxes?” and also literally begging smith to talk to him from beyond the grave (in a callback to their first conversation no less!) and yet the poor dude is like. struggling to hold onto his spot as the third gayest character in his own show LMFAO
i am playing professor layton and the curious village on my ds. very fun!!!
I don't know if i'm very far in because most of the time spent in that game was me being confused and bad at puzzles. it's fun though.
!!! im glad to hear youre enjoying it!! its one of my fav titles and honestly such an underrated series, id love it if more ppl gave it a try!
the puzzles can be difficult but very rewarding!! i used to dread them as a kid but now i find them nice and challenging. the math ones are still hard, but if u speak to Flick at the cafe he'll give you chess puzzles which i think were my favorite ^_^
