So - Orym’s definitely silently crushing on Dorian. That’s just unanimous. But, after watching that conversation in 3x40 and their interactions during the fight, I could totally see Ashton silently crushing on Orym. Yep, it's Borrl either way!

It's a Tribemew quirk. You would bury a Clanmate under a "pelt," which is sort of like a cairn. It's a collection of rocks you place on top of the grave to protect the remains plus any funerary goods.

There's not enough rocks in the White Hart to continue that practice, but as the Tribe and Park cats started to mingle, the Tribe cats would describe their star-based religion in this way to their new Clanmates. Eventually it got applied to the milky way's banner across the sky.

Pelt continues to apply to things in a metaphorical sense, as the "layer that surrounds you." It's kind of like the phrase "skin-deep," or "It's written on your face." It's your shell.

i just saw someone with a huge following on twitter seriously and angrily rant about a mom and two crying infants on a flight and istg the way some people talk about mothers and children is just so strange. like, that person really referred to the babies as "consequences of [the mom's] sexual promiscuity" and i'm like ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS RN???? why do some of you hate children so bad, i just don't get it?? if you don't want to be a parent or if you're just not comfortable around kids, that's cool (even i tolerate toddlers at best). but to say vile shit about them just because you were mildly inconvenienced? to not even treat them as real people worthy of being in the same space as you? that's odd. and don't get me started about how you treat mothers.

SPOILERS FOR EP 10!

I have thoughts about our newest episode. It was great don’t get me wrong! But there were some things that just be *shakes fist and cries*

Big for one….my greatest apology King for believing you to be mole. I bought flowers and shampoo to your funeral (though if the conspiracies are to be beloved perhaps you are not dead???)

Ken being the actual mole….uhhhhh why? Like what were the motivations? Money? Prestige? What made him turn? We don’t know and it almost makes the whole mole thing feel baseless.

But the thing I was most baffled by was Porsche’s apparent blindness to Vegas’ duplicity.

Vegas out here hands out red flags like a clown handing out balloons and Porsche never seems to sees that??

Here we are, thinking that Porsche is a smart guy, he’s capable and Kinn’s perfect weapon….yet the guy forgot all his training (underwater hands tied to the back simulation anyone?) and can’t figure out that Vegas has been playing him from the very beginning.

But then it got me thinking about Porsche as a person. And I realized that I should have known better.

Because Porsche, at his core, is a trustworthy person. It’s the reason Kinn gave him an out, all the way back in ep 6 because he knows Porsche is not meant for the mafia life. Porsche wears his heart on his sleeve, he trusts openly and he does you good if you show him good because that’s how he is as a person.

He doesn’t know how to lie, how to look for malicious intent in someone, how to keep his back protected because he always expects for the danger to come at him from the front. The fight comes to him, with blaring alarms and swinging fists. That’s where Porsche excels.

So the game that Vegas played? It’s new to him. Vegas became his friend during a time Porsche was at his lowest. Vegas gave him control when Porsche felt the most out of control he’s ever been in his life. At every turn when Porsche has felt off-kilter, Vegas has been there, plying him with support. It’s machinations on Vegas’ part but Porsche doesn’t see it as that. He sees a friend.

So yeah, I guess I understand why Porsche doesn’t realize until it sort of hits him in the face that Vegas is a psycho. Beautiful psycho….but still psycho…
