I don't know how it works for other people, but for me being anxious is just basically questioning my brain all the time. Have I read the sign correctly? I did check the bathroom sign twice, but what if I saw it wrong? What if I'm entering the wrong bathroom? I've just done that, but what if I actually didn't?
