Honestly I don't understand ship wars.

Why would anyone fight over ships? I don't ship dragonfruit but do ship spicynoodles and guess what? I dont bitch to dragonfruit shippers for shipping it.

There is literally no point in arguing about which one is 'more canon' because a pretty big point of shipping is that it doesn't matter whether it's canon or not.

Let's take Goldendragon for example: in canon they said that they aren't interested in each other like that, but shipping is still a thing. Because. Canon. Does. Not. Matter. That. Much. In. Shipping. It's a base for shipping, something that makes people ship the ships, or get people interested in them, but shipping is active whether it's canon or not.

Goldendragon shippers are just as valid as any other shippers.

Just let everyone ship whatever they want as long as it isn't something problematic damnit!

It still blows my mind that no body wants to own movies or CDs. Like I don't like not owning any movies or shows I like and wanna rewatch. Maybe I sound like a boomer but I'm not planning on paying for Netflix for the rest of my damn life just for this one movie I love that their hosting. Imma go on the internet and get the DVD.

We really shouldn't allow these streaming services to kill DVDs and CDs. We should not let them kill physical media. They want you to not have a physical copy, so that when you stop paying, you don't have access to the product your paying for. Buy more CDs. Buy more DVDs. Buy a damn VCR. I mean shit, a fucking Xbox or playstation can play any DVD, blue ray or not. Your car has a radio for a reason.

Don't let them kill physical media. Because if or when the cards fall, you'll be left with nothing.

"people are only babygirling the half life (1998) characters because of wayneradiotv" when i first played half life (1998) i went into it completely blind knowing nothing about it other than "oh i should play this boomer shooter" and fairly far through the game i opened a door and there was a security guard but i had an itchy trigger finger and panicked and shot him point blank with the shotgun and he died. just collapsed to the ground. and i spent at LEAST a full two minutes of real-life out-of-game time kneeling by his body apologizing to him. it was the closest i could do to hugging his lifeless polygonal body. he was the same security guard id known from a previous area so he knew me by now and i considered him to be my friend and all he'd done was stand behind a door being opened by the wrong heavily-armed out-of-his-depth scientist who momentarily forgot how to check his fucking targets. and if i hadnt been able to reload gordon would have died there, he needed that guard to open another door. and i know in my heart of hearts he wouldn't have fought the wave of marines closing in on him. he would have stood there by that locked door knowing he ruined his chance to get through it, and that his chance had a name and a family, and he'll never even know the name because the buckshot tore straight through his work ID. and the worst part is that i kept telling him i was sorry but that gordon wouldn't be able to. staying with him as the life slipped from his eyes is the closest he'd be able to get to an apology.

this is all to say if you like like that series, each to their own, but i do take slight offense to the idea that you need a streamer to tell you how to pack-bond with the little polygon guys in an old videogame. live a little man!

I know we’ve become vehemently tired of Disney and their "live-action" remakes, but I just got a hilarious idea:

A live-action TGAMM episode/special with Ashly playing Molly dressed up as her and the best part: Dana as Scratch but in a cheap blue ghost costume xD

I swear that would be the best thing ever xD. Like those cheesy musical specials on ABC and NBC and such.

They did something like this in both Wander Over Yonder and Gravity Falls, where there was just a clip or a few frames of the voice actors dressed up as their characters, and it pleases me every single time I see it because Voice Actor Meta is my favourite thing ever. I do indeed want to see Dana Snyder lounging around in what's essentially a snuggie and giving the camera sarcastic looks for 22 minutes

(Disney would totally botch a live action version of this if they did it in any way other than a parody, like the above. They'd use nothing but gross-looking CGI for Scratch and give him Uncanny Valley eyeballs and replace Dana with someone like Dwayne Johnson)
