And he never went back BECAUSE of what he did to protect it. He doomed himself to isolation far away from his family.

And in the end? They accepted big brother Nico back with open arms and confetti anyway.

When Barbie says “you’re very brave, Ken” she isn’t even done with her sentence before Ken WHIPS his head around so fast to look at her. The table he’s sitting on, you can hear it creaking from how fast he turns his body. And nothing else. There’s dead silence. and his eyes are wide AND THE LACK OF MUSIC… pressing his hand against his chest saying breathlessly “thank you Barbie”

That scene makes me choke out laughter every time. I’ve seen this movie over 30 times and just. The head whipping around so fast and no other sounds whatsoever except his own urgency… it makes me laugh so hard.

Him saying “my job?…it’s just beach” and doctor Barbie replying “and what a good job you do at beach! :)” in the same tone like how you would praise a dog. Who’s a good boy, Ken?? Who’s good at beach??? You are!!! Yes you are!!!!
