Summary: My Headcanons for sharing a bed with the boys!

Sebastian:

When you first asked him if he wanted to share a bed, he practically jumped straight in it. He was so excited.

But that was just the first time.

He stays up reading almost every night so good luck getting him into that bed in the first place after that.

And by late I mean genuinely unholy hours of the night kinda staying up and he wonders why he looks so tired.

If you do eventually get him in bed, it doesn’t take him long to actually fall asleep. Aside from the constant lack of sleep he usually gets, he’s always been one to fall asleep quickly.

He is a human body heater.

Some nights you may not even need a blanket because he’s just that warm.

I feel like Seb would be the kind of guy to practically sleep on top of you. Like not enough to crush you but instead it feels like a really nice weighted (and warm) blanket.

Except for this blanket snores.

Loud

I’m sorry I don’t make the rules.

Sometimes it's really annoying to share a bed with him and other times it's really nice.

If he ever comes to bed early, it’s how you know he’s had a rough day and just needs to be in your arms for comfort. ..

Ominis:

Unlike Sebastian who would totally be up to sharing a bed, he would be more hesitant.

It’s not like he doesn’t want to, per se, but he’s used to having his own space and he’s not necessarily the most touchy person. But eventually, he says he’s ready.

Kinda awkward the first few nights. He slept with his back towards you and didn't make any physical touch at all.

But after a couple of nights, he slowly starts making the shift to get closer to you and he comes to enjoy it.

After that, he finds it hard to sleep without you.

Due to not having the best childhood, he often has nightmares. And for him his nightmares are extremely unnerving due to the fact that he can’t see anything, only hear things.

But one of the best parts about sharing a bed with you is the fact that whenever his nightmares wake him up, you’re right there next to him.

He often finds himself reaching out for you in the middle of the night, just to make sure you’re still there.

He’s definitely a side sleeper so sometimes you’ll sleep in the spooning position together. This also reassures him a lot that you’re still next to him. ..

Garreth:

Didn’t take long for you two to start sharing a bed at all.

Since he has so many siblings he probably had to share a bed with one of his brothers at some point in his childhood anyway.

But just because he might be used to it does not mean he’s easy to share a bed with.

This boy is a BED HOGGER.

If you are quite literally not right up against him, you’re falling off the bed.

You thought Seb gets hot when he sleeps?

Well, Garreth has him beat by a LONG shot.

You could probably fry an egg on this man's back just saying.

But we all know Garreth has that soft tummy action going on so he’s super comfortable and when he’s not hogging the bed, it’s really nice to cuddle up to him.

When you too are cuddling, he wants to be as close to you as possible.

So, really, just the sweetest boy to ever exist. ..

Leander: (because he deserves his place on this list)

He’s similar to Ominis and opposite of Garreth.

Had very few siblings growing up, probably only one or two so he was used to having his own space. So it took him a while before he was all good with it.

This boy is lanky af.

It’s obviously okay. He’s tall, long, lanky, whatever you wanna call it.

So he probably sleeps with his legs up somehow to keep his feet from hanging off the bed/smacking into the headboard.

It probably took him a while to get used to cuddling with someone in bed but now that he’s used to it, he loves it.

He loves it when you sleep on his chest so he can wrap his arms around you and hold you close.

He’s definitely not a morning person so have fun getting him out of that bed.

Also has really bad bed-head. How do I know this? No man would style his hair the way he does unless he has bed-head so take my word for it.

100% a cuddler now. ...

In the quiet corners of the university library, you found solace among the shelves of books and the gentle hum of whispered conversations. Seated across from your best friend Yuri, you couldn't contain the excitement bubbling within you.

"He's just... so unbelievably pretty, Yuri," you sighed, your eyes glazing over with admiration. "I mean, have you seen the way he concentrates on his music? It's like watching magic unfold." you exclaimed, throwing your hands up in exasperation.

Yuri chuckled, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Ah, yes of course the infamous Mingi I’ve been hearing about so much these days. I see your crush has reached legendary status."

You opened your mouth to protest, but before you could utter a word, she continued. "You know, if he likes you back, then it wouldn't be wrong for you to make some moves on this guy, right?" She grinned mischievously. Letting out a groan you slumped forward, resting your chin on your pile of books, “What am I gonna do, he’s infuriatingly difficult to decipher.”

Smiling at you fondly, Yuri placed her hand gently on yours. "Come now Song Mingi can’t be that hard to figure out. He seems like a nice guy."

Shaking your head at your best friend, you let out a sigh.

“You're probably right, but his cryptic words are giving me headaches. I don’t even understand half of the stuff he talks about whenever we’ve talked before. Plus, he hasn't shown any signs of liking me.”

"And he’s always so focused on what he does to even notice me properly. Did you know he’s a music production and sound engineering major, Yuri," you continued, animatedly gesturing with your hands. "Apparently he gets the best grades in his year. He must really be talented. I like him so much it hurts at this point.”

As you ranted about Mingi's talents and irresistible charm, Yuri's gaze shifted over your shoulder. Her expression changed from amusement to shock. With the sudden shift in her face, you followed her line of sight to find Mingi standing there, clad in his usual dark glasses and with his unruly hair sticking out at weird angles, it all made him look so endearing to you.

In one hand, he held a sleek midi keyboard, and in the other, a small bouquet of flowers. Your eyes widened, and you could feel the heat rising to your cheeks as Mingi spoke in his soft voice, "You like me?"

You were brought back to reality, caught off guard by his sudden questioning. Stuttering slightly, you managed to nod and confess, "Uh, y-yeah?." His lips quirked upwards and you could see the pink tinting the tips of his ears. His shy smile made you want to kiss him senseless, but your legs suddenly felt very weak.

A mischievous glint appeared in Mingi's eyes, and he grinned. "Well, then I guess you won't say no to the date I was gonna ask you on." Without waiting for an answer, he placed the bouquet of roses in front of you, and placed his own instrument down on the table next to you.

Your heart fluttered uncontrollably, and you smiled back at him sweetly. A genuine smile that reached deep into your chest and caused your heart to swell with happiness. Your friend watched on curiously, smiling brightly as she watched your painfully shy ass interact with Mingi.

"I was hoping you could spare some time tonight so i could show you my work, since last time we talked you said you wanted to hear it,” a blush crept up his neck and face, “Of course if you’re busy, I understand,” he said gesturing to your books.

A shy smile spread across your face as you giggled and, unable to resist, leaned in to kiss his cheek. Yuri, still in shock, watched as her ultimate ship came true before her eyes.

Mingi's eyes sparkled even more, his face becoming the embodiment of the 🥺 emoji. "Is that a yes??"

You nodded, your heart pounding with excitement. "Absolutely, Mingi. I'd love to go on a date with you."

Yuri finally snapped out of her initial surprise and clapped her hands in glee. "Finally! My ship has started sailing!!" She looked at you with dreamy eyes like a little child who had been given candy as you and Mingi simply laughed at her expression

~ You liked modeling enough. It was exciting, and new, and you got to meet a bunch of people you otherwise wouldn't. For instance, if you could go back to the skinny, slightly effeminate brace face in rural Smallsville and tell him he would be hanging off the Bruce Wayne's arm at a promotional after party in Gotham he would laugh in your face. But here you were, and here he was, all 6ft (6'7? 6'8? God he was intimidating) wrapped around your shoulders, two of the girls from the shoot on his other side. You didn't know either of them very well, but they we're kind to you whenever you crossed paths, and it was always nice to see more black models in the industry.

~ So why did you feel so much vitriol towards them? This ugly feeling curling in your stomach every time Wayne leaned slightly towards them, slightly away from you. You chopped it up to star power, pure unadulterated charm that came with being one of the richest men in the Americas, but as long as it had been, you still remembered what it was like it have a crush.

~ It was hard to not have a crush on Bruce Wayne. He was confident, ridiculously so, but not the kind of confidence that made you feel small. When you arrived, he asked you "Do you like dark chocolate? I can't stand the stuff but for some reason people keep giving it to me." You could see he was lying, and that maybe he had just wanted to give you an expensive box of chocolate without making you feel like you owed him anything. It made you feel special.

~ It didn't take him long to invite the whole party back to his manor. His home was beautiful. Like a castle in one of the picture books your gran used to let you borrow from her job at the library. You told Bruce that, and he had smiled so genuinely you hadn't stopped blushing for the rest of the night.

~ You ended up asking yourself up to his bedroom. One of the bottle girls had popped the cork right over you, drenching your pants in sparkling cider. She had been so apologetic, and you hadn't wanted to make a scene, so you stumbled up the stairs in into the nearest unlocked door you could find. You closed the door behind you, stripping out of your soaked jeans to dab them clean in the joining bathroom.

~ "Not that I'm complaining, but I have to say it's not everyday I find pretty boys stripping out their clothes unprompted in my bedroom." You must have jumped about a foot in the air, hiding behind your thread bare trousers. "Oh god Mr. Wayne I'm so sorry, I just needed- there was this champagne girl- and well-"

"Relax, I'm just teasing." You looked at him properly now, his weary tone bleeding past your initial embarrassment. He was propped up against the bedpost, shirtless with one hand clamped firmly over his ribs. There was a mean purple blotch under his fingers, and his chest rose and fell in stutters. He was in pain.

"What happened?" You were across the room the next second, pants forgotten on the floor as you scooted next to him in your briefs. There was a slight blush across his chest and cheeks. Maybe he was drunk. Maybe you were.

"Got into... a brawl. Nothing serious don't worry." You got the feeling he liked that you were worried. You wondered how many people worried about Bruce Wayne. You had seen an older man in butler attire fussing over him when the party first got here. You hoped he was looked after.

"Well... I best get going." You were inches apart now, you could feel his harsh breath against your top lip.

"Best." He replied, curling his lip to mirror your Midwestern accent.

You fell into him first, crashing your lips against his as his arms came to grip your biceps. He lifted you with an insane show of strength, you squealed into his mouth, ending off in a giggle. He gave that genuine smile again.

~ You were straddling him now, grinding down on a ever hardening length. He gasped into your mouth, squeezing almost painfully as he pressed you firmer against him. He was massaging the v on your waist, teasing just above where you wanted him.

IMPORTANT (Please Read)

Thank you so much for all of the love of the platonic yandere Coriolanus! I thought this idea was exciting so I wanted to build off of the idea of it going into Katniss's time as suggested by some readers. But, I did not want the reader to be as old as they would be if it were to take place at the correct time canonically.

So I am going to move the time forward a little bit to where a part of it will take place during Catching Fire. It would usually be 65 years in the future with CF being the 75th Hunger Games but I am going to make it take place on the 25th making the reader only 15 years older. I was imagining them being 5 or 6 years old so I am going to say they are 20 when it gets to that part.

Sorry for that entire big explanation, just did not want to confuse anyone and just pretend it worked out with the timeline.

Coriolanus wasn't expecting everything to change as it did. But it was almost... nice. He was able to spend entire days with his little sister whenever he finished training or the peacekeepers were doing mental training, which he had already mastered through the academy. On the days he had to do training he locked Y/N in the room through an outside lock.

"It is for your safety Y/N, you don't want to be taken away from me, do you? There are evil people out there, savages.”

"Then why'd you bring me?" She asked genuinely curious. Her Grand'mam and cousin were probably lonely without her, she also missed them. Even if Coriolanus was her main family it didn't discount them any less. He gave her a forced sympathetic look.

"I couldn't imagine my years without you Y/N. I love you. You're my little sister, my snowflake." He picked her up and held her close as a few forced tears fell from his eyes.

The thing was Y/N was very empathetic. She worried about everyone and everything feelings, from her classmates to a small bug. Which meant Coriolanus crying was going to make her cry, he was her older brother after all.

She started crying a little as he comforted her "I love you too Corio, I am just scared. I don't want to leave you, I promise I'll stay here." she spoke in a watered voice as she held up a pinky for a pinky promise. He wrapped his around tight as he kissed her forehead.

Within a few days of being there he found Lucy Grey.

The peacekeepers went to The Hob to have some time off and a little fun, which had different meanings for different people. Coriolanus didn't even get close to the alcohol, he was not giving that sort of impression to his sister and he wanted to have full control over himself so he could best protect Y/N.

That's when she went on stage and they saw each other. Lucy Grey liked him, but all he saw was a means to an end as he thought of how he could use her to watch over his sister.

Even when a fight broke loose, he did not join in, he picked up his sister before pushing her head into his neck to hide her eyes from the brutality.

When he went to find her in the forest, he brought Y/N.

Lucy was singing a song when she heard a twig snap behind her making her turn around quickly.

"Sorry... Instincts from the games." She looked down and saw a little girl hiding behind his leg. Lucy Grey was always adept to little kids, their eyes shone differently than adults. They were innocent. Bending down she made a show of peeking around him to see her. "and who is this little lady?"

"My little sister Y/N." Lucy Grey looked up at him with a shocked look. Not because he had a little sister, of course, that was all he talked about when they mentioned their families to each other, but the fact he would subject her to the fate of living in the districts with little money and no one to watch her.

Y/N peaked around and smiled at the girl, remembering what she's heard and been told of the songbird.

From that day on when Corio had peacekeeper training, Y/N would stay with Lucy. It was rare he would allow someone to watch over her without him present but the idea of someone entering the room or her without supervision wore on his mind.

Sure Sejanus had followed him to District 12 but he wasn't allowing his sister to stay alone, He was worried about ideals he would place into her head.

He told Lucy that his family wouldn't watch over her and since he was sent out here they made her go with him. Lucy usually was really good at detecting lies but to him. this wasn't a lie. e didn't trust his family to watch over her without him.

It was one of Lucy Grey’s days to watch her and they went out to the lake to pick flowers to make crowns out of.

“So what’s your favorite color darlin' ?” She asked the little girl as they crouched by each other picking the prettiest flowers of the bunch.

“White! Like Corio hair and our white roses!” She said giggling after all it wasn’t completely white. But then she saw a flower close to the same white “Like this!”

Lucy nearly swooned at the adorable child. It was hard to image that she was the sibling of Coriolanus Snow, the man who is so focused on surviving the world around him he forgets to live.

“Were you.. excited to come with your brother?” Trying to gage her reaction, making sure Y/N was okay when she wasn’t around.

“I do miss Tigres! And Grand’mam but Corio wanted me to come with him. I don’t remember leaving…” Y/N trailed off but her mind instantly got distracted by a little white flower.

Lucy Grey was confused about how the girl didn’t remember leaving the Capital but shook it off as a child’s memory. After all she had no reason to suspect otherwise.

But if she looked into it more, she could’ve seen all of the signs.

When the opportunity came to return to District 2. Coriolanus did not hesitate. Sure he would lose out on someone watching Y/N but it was a safer district and by now she was used to being in the room. She wouldn't disobey her big brother either by attempting to leave it. he knew best after all.

But he still needed to pass some tests. Things to ensure his loyalty. Why have many little tasks when they can be done in 1?

Sejanus was communicating with rebels, forming a plan to leave the Districts and live on their own beyond the walls of Panem. Sadly, he wasn't very sleek about it nor could he leave without telling his 'best friend'.

He suggested that Coriolanus come with. Bring Y/N and live freely without hurting anyone.

"Do not pull me into this. Rebels almost killed me with that bombing, or do you not remember?"

"Come on Corio! This is bigger than us. If you won't go what about Y/N? A kid does not need to grow up in the Capital watching others kill each other in a so called 'game'. Is that what you want for her?

That was Sejanus's mistake. Questing is protection and love for his sister.

It made his decision for him and he ended the recording on the jabber jay the second he declined the offer leading to Sejanus walking away.

Corio put Dr. Gaul's name on the box and sent it off with a weight off his shoulders. If this did not prove his loyalty to the Capital, they were stupid. He just caught a traitor. Maybe some indirectly but, one from its own walls.

That marked 3 killed by his doing.

When it was time to leave he gave some thought out spiel to Lucy Grey. He wouldn't make an enemy out of her if it was not needed. Sure she was hurt since she had practically fallen in love with the boy and his darling little sister but Lucy being Lucy knew the hold his little sister had on his heart. She wouldn't want to hold him back from getting her somewhere safer and to him that meant the Capital.

After he left Lucy Grey was never seen again. She did not tell him she was leaving or where. So he had no reason to accuse her of being a traitor.

Leaving them to part nicely.

-Time Skip 5 Years-

It was now the 15th Annual Hunger Games. Technology had greatly advanced throughout the years leading to an even better arena, one that wouldn't be easily blown up.

Coriolanus was working to prove himself so he was still residing under Dr. Gaul. He had forbidden her from watching the games. He didn’t want the violence harbored in her young mind. But he wasn’t there to stop her.

He was overseeing the interviews and the games, leaving Y/N home with Tigres and Grand’mam. When the game interviews started, they begun watching on the projector with her sneaking out of her room just enough to see it without them seeing her.

That’s when she saw the tribute from district 4.

Finnick Odair.

He was the youngest in the game at only 14 years old.

Y/N instantly had a little crush. She was only 10 so it wasn’t like it was true love, but his charm was noticeable to her and sadly the rest of the capital.

Tigres felt sympathy for the boy, the idea of it being Coriolanus harboring in her mind but now all she can picture of him, is his father.

When the games began and bets were made. No one could predict the outcome.

Especially not Y/N as Tigres noticed her sneaking out of her room and made her go back inside, not wanting to deal with the wrath of Coriolanus nor did she think Y/N should be seeing this at her age.

Somehow Finnick won. Making him the youngest Victor in the Hunger Games.

Of course, the lavish capital had a party for the elites after the games commenced. The idea of 23 deaths had not even crossed their minds.

Coriolanus went to build connections and Y/N begged him to go with.

"No Y/N, I'm sorry. It is too dangerous." He said trying to convince her in a way that worked many years ago.

"Please! I really want to get dressed up like you! I wanna see what you do" She begged and pleaded and Coriolanus hated seeing her sad. He almost missed those days back in the districts where Y/N was only his. But, the proud big brother in him was proud of how she's grown.

"Fine, but you're staying by my side the entire time. Swear?" He said holding out a pinkie. He found it silly after all it does nothing to prevent someone from breaking the promise but to his little sister it was sacred law and luckily it worked out for him.

Y/N squealed excitedly before linking pinkies and hugging him tightly as she profusely thanked him.

"Tigres, come to get Y/N ready. She is coming with," Coriolanus called out.

The party was as expected. It was decorated to the point someone would call it crowded. Avoxes were bringing hors d’oeuvres and drinks while the Capital was dressed classy but slightly over the top.

It didn’t matter that the winner was 14, it was a party made for the adults. Especially the game makers and everyone who had anything to do with them. Even the egotistical sponsors.

Coriolanus and Y/N walked in hand in hand as he made a small show about holding it out to her. She giggle enjoyably as they walked down velvet steps.

Coriolanus was talking to everyone, getting their name and status indirectly as he talked to them. One would think they would spill their darkest moment if they were left alone with him.

Even then not once did he let go of his little sister’s hand.

That’s when it came it Finnick. Coriolanus did not like the victor’s or anyone related to the districts. To him they were traitors and monsters. (If only he would look in the mirror).

So when they approached Coriolanus was on alert.

“Finnick Odair, newest Víctor. Tell me, what are you going to do with the money you were oh so graciously given?”

Finnick was calm and composed as if had been dealing with the Capital his entire life. Their questions and stares not even resulting in a mild flinch.

“Bring it back to my family of course.”

Y/N stood next to Corio, with a bashful grin as she stared at the boy. She had never imagined being this close to him.

“And who is she?” Finnick asked politely looked down at the girl who turned bright red at the attention. He simply found her adorable. Nothing bad about it.

“My little sister.” Corio replied as he lightly pushed Y/N behind him seeing the look that was reciprocated through the two even if it wasn’t known to the other. “We should be going now, I’m sure Mr. Plinth would like to talk to you.” He turned and began walking away as Y/N’s bracelet slipped off right at Finnick’s feet. He grabbed it cautiously as if he’d be attacked for holding it but nobody noticed and Y/N certainly didn’t mind after returning to the Capital with the money from Coriolanus’s win, she had more than enough jewelry.

He attempted to give it back but she was no where to be seen as her and Coriolanus left. He was angry and he was good at handling his emotions outwardly but he knew he was a fuse ready to blow when it came to his little snowflake.

Finnick kept the bracelet in his pocket, bringing it everywhere to go to remind him of the goodness in this world. Not expecting to ever see her again.

That was until the 25th Hunger Games, The Quarter Quell.

- He thinks you look cute when you do those things, it makes him almost as happy as you are.

- If you are dating him he’ll take you out to eat to a nice restaurant so that he can see your face light up in excitement.

Sanemi Shinazugawa & Iguro Obanai

- The first time they saw you do that they were a little bit flustered and their cheeks were flushed.

- Whenever you are upset they’ll bring you your favorite food to cheer you right up.

Shinobu Kocho

- She always has on a soft smile when she sees you do that. A actual genuine smile at that.

- If you get injured she will cook you some delicious food and feed it to you, watching your face brighten up despite being injured.

Kanroji Mitsuri

- She finds your facial expressions absolutely adorable.

- She squealed the first time she saw you. She compliments you about it a ton, making all of your potential insecurities disappear.

Giyuu Tomioka

- He may not show it on his face but it really does make him happy on the inside.

- The very first time he saw you do that he smiled a little bit believe it or not.

Uzui Tengen

- He would smile just as wide and will tell you in a very straightforward way about what he thinks about it.

- He will make a mental note of all of your favorite treats so he can buy them for you.

Gavi- Fluff alphabet

A = Attractive (What do they find attractive about their partner?)

Gavi loves every part of you but physically the thing he finds the most attractive about you is your eyes. He loves to stare into your eyes he's just finds them so mesmerising he could spend hours lost in them if you would let him. You don't see it but he sees the way your eyes sparkle when you are happy and even more so when you are laughing and he just loves it, especially when he's the one making your eyes sparkle it makes him feel good about himself. The only thing he doesn't like about them is how they break his heart when you are sad as they give away how you feel before you are even saying anything. He does everything he can to keep you happy so that he doesn't have to see the sadness in your eyes.

When it comes to personality traits Gavi was instantly attracted to how kind you were. When you first met one of the first things he saw you do was hold open a door for someone who was carrying a load of things and then offer to help them. Since that day you have always done things like that and Gavi loves it he can't stand people that he thinks are rude so knowing that you are so kind and genuine had him falling extra hard. The fact that you do these things when no one is around to watch is what helps him know that you are genuinely kind and not just doing it to impress people and he likes that in a person.

B = Baby (Do they want a family? Why/Why not?)

He definitely wants a family but way in the future. Family is important to him so he knows he wants one of his own and he wouldn't want it to be with anyone other than you. Having kids is something the two of you had talked about but never in much detail as it is quite clear that it will be a good few years before you even really seriously consider having them. That being said he has thought about it quite a lot because he likes to think about what the future will be like for the two of you. He would like to have at least two kids and preferably they would be somewhat close in age because he likes the bond he has with his sister and wants that for his family too. Those thoughts are all things for the future but when that day comes he is incredibly excited to start a family with you.

C = Cuddle (How do they like to cuddle?)

Gavi just loves to cuddle in general when he's with you he always has an arm around you so when he has free time with you it is usually spent cuddling. Most of the time he likes to be big spoon because he likes being able to hold you and know that you are safe as he is quite protective but sometimes he likes to be held. After a hard day of training or a bad match he likes to come back to you and just be in your arms which usually involves him laying on your chest as you play with his hair. It's safe to say that cuddling is one of Gavi's favourite pastimes although if you said that to any of his friends he would kill you because he likes to pretend that he's not a complete softy.

D = Dreams (How do they picture their future with their S/O?)

He thinks about the future a lot despite being young he likes to think about what his life will be like in a few years time. From early on it was clear to him that you were the one so whenever he thinks about the future you always feature in some shape or form. He always imagines getting married to you and living in a nice house in Barcelona which you will share with pets and however many kids you have. Of course he has thought about if he were to move clubs what life would be like but wherever he ends up as long as it's with you he doesn't really mind.

E = Emotions (How do they express their emotions around you?)

On the pitch he has a very short fuse and loses his temper quickly but he isn't really the same off the pitch. On the odd occasion he will get mad like any normal person but he never lashes out at you like he does on the pitch and he almost never raises his voice around you either. Surprisingly he is quite good at expressing his emotions with you but that's because he believes a successful relationship is built on communication so whatever he is feeling he always tells you so that later it doesn't become an issue. Most of the time he's pretty easy going and usually at the end of the day he's smiling but sometimes he has a bad day but you always make him feel better. He is also pretty good when it comes to your emotions he will allow you to vent to him about whatever and if you end up crying he will comfort you.

F = Feelings (When did they know they're in love?)

It didn't take long for Gavi to know that he was in love with you because he'd never felt so strongly for anyone and he didn't think he would ever feel like that for anyone else. Although he fell for you over the course of a few months there was one particular moment when he realised just how deeply in love he was. It was a day when you hadn't really done anything you had met him after training and just spent the rest of the day laying on the sofa but when it got dark you suggested going outside to look at the night sky. You had done that together before but that night when you were pointing to the stars and getting really excited to see a planet in the distance Gavi realised he never wanted to experience little moments like this with anyone else. He knew that he could never love someone else as much as he loved you in that moment.

G = Gratitude (How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their S/O does for them?)

He is very grateful to have you in his life because he knows that he would be so lost without you. All the little things you do he notices like when you go over to his place and organise a few things that are out of place or when he goes over to yours and you make sure that he has all of his training stuff ready for when he leaves in the morning. He also really appreciates everything else you do for him whether that be listen to him vent about a bad day without complaining or drive him to training despite hating the amount of people there is waiting for the players. If he thanked you for everything you did for him that would be all he says everyday but he still tells you many times throughout the day how much he appreciates you and that only increases on days like Valentine's Day or your anniversary. Gavi is very grateful and he wants you to know it.

H = Honesty (Do they have secrets they hide from their S/O?)

Gavi thinks communication is really important so he doesn't like to keep secrets from you. He is also really bad at keeping things from you there are many times he's nearly given away surprises because he's so used to telling you everything. It doesn't help that you can read him like a book so whenever he's trying to keep a secret to surprise you you always know something is up with him even if you don't know what. As much as he hates not telling you everything there are some things which Gavi will never tell you but he does it to protect you. He is honest but also protective so the things he keeps from you are things that would hurt you if you found out. No one could get him to tell you the things he has seen written or said about you because he doesn't want you to have to deal with that.

I = Injury (How would they react if you got hurt?)

Gavi is no stranger to getting injured himself and it doesn't really bother him anymore but as soon as you get hurt he goes into protective mode. It could be the tiniest injury like a small cut on your finger and he will be constantly checking that you are alright even though after you put a bandage on you are completely fine. Any bigger injury like a sprain or a broken bone you can barely get him to leave your side. He will bring you food and do other things for you even if you are more than capable of doing them yourself. When he's around you will recover much quicker because he knows all the tricks to help recovery and he will make you do physio until you are all better.

J = Jealousy (Do they get jealous? How do they deal with it)

He gets very jealous but not because he doesn't trust you because he doesn't trust other guys. The amount of times you go out together and guys will flirt with you while he is right there drives him insane. Gavi isn't great at dealing with his jealousy whenever he gets jealous he gets extra clingy and has to have an arm around you to show people that you are his. On a few occasions his jealousy has got him into arguments with other guys who thinks it's ok to flirt with you even after you tell them to leave you alone but he never regrets it because he won't just stand around and see someone that isn't him give you that much attention. Over time he gets a bit better with his jealousy but only because you always reassure him that you don't want any other guy and because you let him have an arm around your waist when you go out which shows other guys that you are taken.

K = Kiss (How do they kiss you? How do they like to be kissed?)

Gavi is obsessed with neck kisses he loves to give them and receive them. It's his favourite place to kiss you if you spend the night together he will kiss your neck when you wake up and he will randomly kiss your neck throughout the day. As much as he loves to kiss your neck is makes him melt when you do it to him whenever you kiss him he will have a smile on his face for the rest of the day. Usually kisses from Gavi are full of passion because that's just how he is especially when he kisses your lips he puts all of his love into the kiss every time. The only time Gavi will kiss you softly is when he's tired like late at night or very early in the morning but you love those soft kisses as they usually come along with a string of compliments from Gavi.

L = Love (Who says 'I love you' first?)

You say it first but only because he's too worried about scaring you off to say it first. It takes a while for you to say it because you are just as worried as him about saying it too soon and ruining things but eventually you get the courage to say it. You only say it because Pedri managed to convince you that Gavi was in love with you but just too scared to admit it which he did because he was sick of hearing Gavi worry about losing you. Instead of saying it in a special moment like you planned you ended up blurting it out randomly in the middle of a conversation which took Gavi by surprise but he still said it back quickly. Hearing you say it makes him feel so much more confident in your relationship and from that day in he is always saying how much he loves you.

M = Memory (What's their favorite memory together?)

His favourite memory is from the first time you went away just the two of you. During the off-season he had a few days where he didn't have anything to do so the two of you decided to go to Portugal for a few days. His favourite memory comes from the first day of the trip when you went to the beach together. You had been sitting in the sun for a while before both going into the water and you were trying to get in slowly as the water was cold but Gavi had other ideas and started to splash you. You took it for a while before getting him back and starting a water fight between the two of you which Gavi won in the end. The reason that's his favourite memory is because he can still clearly remember the way your face went from shock to laughing to a devious smile before you got him back. For some reason he just loved that moment and it always stays in his mind.

N = Nickel (Do they spoil? Do they buy the person they love everything?)

He does like to buy you things but he doesn't go overboard. On special occasions he will go all out and get you all sorts of presents but other than that if he buys you anything it is usually flowers to show his appreciation. Gavi likes to make days like your birthday special so he doesn't like to give you things year round because then when he picks out gifts for you they don't seem as meaningful. Of course he would love to get you anything you could possibly want but he holds back so when you get gifts from him they always have meaning behind them or are things you have wanted but would never buy for yourself. He isn't against spending money on you as he once got you a new car as yours was falling apart but he doesn't do it all the time as believe it or not he is quite sensible with money.

O = On Cloud Nine (What are they like when they're in love? Is it obvious to others? How do they express their feelings?)

When Gavi is really in love it is very obvious to everyone around him. Sometimes Pedri gets sick of him when he just constantly talking about you and all the little things you have done or said the day before. No one can get Gavi to stop talking about you so they just get used to tuning him out when he starts to bring you up as they know they will be there for a long time. His teammates always know when the two of you had an argument as until you make up Gavi will be sulking and just not be himself he even plays worse if you are in the middle of an argument. He is always at his happiest when he's just talked to you or been with you in person which the people around him think is sweet but they do tease him about it.

P = Pet names (What pet names do they use?)

Gavi has about a million nicknames for you but his favourites are mi amor and carino but he will still call you babe on the odd occasion.

Q = Questions (What are the questions they're always asking?)

He is always asking how your day has been or just how you are. He also often ask where you want to go out to dinner or what you want to do when you time together although he usually ends up making those decisions as you are too indecisive.

R = Rainy Day (What do they like to do on a rainy day?)

On a rainy day he likes to just curl up on the sofa with the tv on. Usually you will move from laying in bed to laying on the sofa and Gavi will put a movie on which you don’t really pay too much attention to as you both end up just talking about nothing. Neither of you move very far and only really get up to go to the bathroom or get food which includes ordering dinner as neither of you want to cook. The day ends with you falling asleep on Gavi's chest while he is playing fifa with his friends so he stops playing and carries you up to bed where you go back to cuddling until he falls asleep too.

S = Sad (How do they cheer themselves/S/O up?)

He cheers himself up by seeing you. Whenever he's having a bad day or is upset by something he will go and see you so that you can hold him and distract him by talking about something else. Nothing cheers him up like you do so even if he can't see you in person he has to FaceTime with you so that he can see your face and talk to you. If you are having a hard time he will do anything to make you feel better whether that is just letting you cry to let out your feelings or doing whatever you want to. Quite often to cheer you up he will take you out on a date because then he can spoil you to make you feel better again. He is very good at cheering you up because he just makes you laugh until you forget about whatever was upsetting you before.

T = Talking (What do they like to talk about?)

He will talk about anything but most of the time the conversation revolves around football in some way or another. He is always talking about training or a game but he is so passionate about it that you never mind and could listen to him all day. He does have the ability to talk about other things on occasion and usually that is whatever you are interested in whether it be work or a hobby he will ask you questions about it and talk about it with you.

U = Understanding (How well do they know their partner?)

He knows you better than anyone else does over your relationship he has paid attention to every little thing you say so whenever anyone asks him something about you even something like what you were wearing on your first date he can tell them. Any little thing about you he picks up on to the point that he has learnt what any of your little actions mean so if you are anxious he can always pick up on it and so will do whatever he needs to to help you.

V = Value (How important is the relationship to them? What is it worth in comparison to other things in their life?)

Your relationship is very important to him he always says that you are the best thing to ever happen to him so it's safe to say he values you a lot. Football of course is important to him but you are definitely with more to him than that because even without football he'd be happy as long as he has you. Many things are important to Gavi like his friends and family but if he had to pick one thing to be his top priority it would be you because he spends most of his time with you and can't picture his life without you.

W = Wedding (When, where, and how do they propose?)

It would be a good few years into your relationship because you are young when you first get together but he always knows that one day he would propose. He would plan the moment out for ages he would make sure that everything would be perfect before the day because he knows he will be really nervous despite knowing you would say yes. He actually proposes on your 4 year anniversary he sets up a day filled with activities which ends with a walk on the beach. While walking he just randomly stops and because he has hold of your hand it makes you stop and turn around. When you turn around he is down on one knee with a ring box in his hand as he recites a little speech he spent weeks preparing. It was an emotional moment but of course you said yes which made Gavi a whole lot calmer.

X = XOXO (How affectionate are they? In public/in private)

Gavi is quite an affectionate person so as long as there isn’t too many people around he will have an arm around your waist and give you the occasional kiss. When out in public he will hold your hand and that’s usually as far as he will go because he knows that someone will film his every move so if he does anymore it will end up all over social media. If you are somewhere where there are loads of guys around trying to flirt with you he will have an arm obviously around your waist but he only does that on occasion. When with friends he doesn’t care as much about hiding how affectionate he is he will do whatever he wants which is usually cuddle with you and gives you loads of kisses which he does get teased for but he really doesn’t care.

Y = Yearning (How well do they cope when they're separated from their S/O?)

He hates to be away from you but he can cope for a few days as long as he can FaceTime you every night. When he has to be away for longer than a few days or is in a time zone that is so different from the one that you are in that he doesn’t get to talk to you he is a nightmare to be around. He just mopes around all day everyday until he goes back home and can finally see you again. When he’s not home he insists on you texting him throughout the day telling him whatever you are doing and sending pictures so he can see your face while he does whatever he has to be doing. Gavi will always much prefer to be with you whether that be at home or somewhere else but he knows that can’t always happen so he tries not to complain to you too much as he doesn’t want you to feel bad he just moans to his friends instead.

Z = Zeal (Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship?)

Gavi would do pretty much anything for your relationship. He’s not afraid to make any sacrifices necessary to keep your relationship healthy because to him they aren’t sacrifices they are just things he has to do as part of life. You could list Gavi a million things and there would be very few things that he wouldn’t do if they meant keeping your relationship. Even without telling anyone it’s clear that he would go to great lengths for your relationship which usually means people don’t try and push him as they know he will take the leap if he has to.

I got an ask for Dally & Two-bit friendship hc's but it got lost/tumblr kidnapped it away from me 💔😞 so I hope whoever asked this see's this 🙏

These two are actually so funny together and everyone just forgets that

With Dally's sarcasm and unhingeness(??) And Two-bit's humor and one off comments, I fear they may be the funniest duo in Tulsa 😞

Two-bit will comment on something or make fun of someone and then Dally comes in and just adds onto it, so now they're just going back and forth, feeding off of each other

They're even worse when they're talking about a soc 😭 they are RUTHLESS with their insults, they'll find things that someone didn't even know they could be insecure about

Truly they're an unstoppable duo cuz when they steal they almost always get away with it

Two-bit is known for stealing but Dally is also pretty good at it too

When they're working together to steal they could literally just take ANYTHING

If they really wanted they could probably steal a TV and get away with it 😭

Dally always says be sneaky but Two-bit always says "just act like you're supposed to have it and they won't take it from you"

They'll use each other as distractions too if they really need too

They somehow became the designated babysitters (aka make sure Pony doesn't get in big trouble or Darry will kill them and make sure Johnny doesn't get jumped again)

Since Dally always hangs out with Pony and Johnny (Mostly Johnny) and Two-bit always hangs out with them (Mostly Pony) they end up just grouping together

Sometimes all 4 of them hanging out turns into "let's watch Dallas do something illegal and see if he can get away with it" or "let's watch Two-bit do something incredibly stupid and dangerous and see if he lives"

As you can imagine Two and Dally are great entertainers

Whenever all 4 of them are together the most common phrase said is "Don't tell Darry"/"don't tell Darry that I let you do that" cuz let's be honest if Pony OR Johnny got into some serious trouble or hurt Darry would be enraged

These two are an unstoppable duo when it comes to fighting

In rumbles these two on their own or working together during a rumble are CRAZY, everyone better WATCH OUT 😭

These two become UNHINGED during a fight, especially when they're feeding off of each other's energy lol

These two also can plan pretty well, they'll discuss who is gonna stay by Pony and Johnny (if they go) and who's gonna be in the middle of the rumble

They prefer it when they both get to be in the middle of all the chaos lol

Two-bit talks while Dally listens

Two could talk for hours about literally everything and nothing and Dally will just sit there and listen

Once in awhile Dally will comment on something or answer a question if Two-bit asks him something but usually Two-bit is the one talking

One might think that Dally isn't listening or comprehending anything Two says but he is AND ITS NOT CUZ HE'S NICE (he is,, we've discussed this 😭😭)

Dally will remember things Two-bit might have said a week ago and Two-bit is genuinely surprised everytime, not because no one remembers things he says but because he knows he talks SO MUCH 😭

Two made Dally into a secret mickey mouse fan

If Two is at the Curtis's house and he's watching mickey mouse then Dally will just sit and watch with him

He's sat through so many animated shorts that he's actually a little excited when he walks in and Two already has it on

Two-bit knows Dally likes watching the cartoons too but he'll never say anything about it because he knows Dally will get embarrassed lol

Sometimes tho after they turn off the TV Dally will comment on it (Dal: I didn't like that episode. Two: ya didn't? Dal: No, I wasn't really watchin it but I didn't like the bits I saw.) (His ass is LYING he WAS watching it 😭😭😭)

No one really thought they were close so it comes as a suprise

I like to think they're pretty close with each other and try to hang out time to time

The rest of the gang didn't really expect them to be friends, since they're both pretty different

Dally has the broody loner front that he puts up while Two-bit is loud and almost EVERYONES friend

Two has definitely brought Dally's friendly side out more tho (only with the gang tho 😭)

On chapter 6 of the spin-off, Teru seems genuinely surprised to learn Akane thinks he hates him.

Teru talks as if he wants to change this view, but his “oh is nothing personal” moment is followed by him calling Akane a half-roach and explaining that he is bullying him because he likes having a stress relief toy.

The interesting thing here is that Teru is being honest.

He does use Akane to relieve stress and gets joy when he bullies him, always smiling when kicking his ass and keeping up the habit to make Akane's life hard even in later arcs where they are more chill with each other.

His monologue can be easily seen as a verbal beating, which in a way, it absolutely is, he did not have to be this direct, but it only started in the first place because he was answering Akane’s question of “why do you set up so many traps for me?”

And since that is all Akane had asked, that is all he got.

Teru tends to assume way too much, he overestimated how perceptive Akane is, finding no reason to share important details about how he views him.

There is absolutely no way Akane can tell from his borderline insults that Teru thinks he is wise or nice to talk to. He didn’t provide even implications about it outside, arguably, his casual attitude.

Is no wonder Akane assumes Teru's view of him is simply “you’re amusing/ my stress relief toy.” for a while, and any show of trust or care from Teru either startled Akane or makes him uncomfortable.

They have built a more solid friendship after the severance, but since the start of the manga, Teru did not hate Akane.

Teru even used his most ‘this is how I make friends!’ tactic on Akane, which is asking questions about his life and wanting to know him better. He gets very excited about new information and remembers everything he learns about Akane.

learning information is how Teru shows interest in people, just take a look on how he approaches Aoi, always full of questions.

Teru forces Akane to give him answer though, he is consistently far more aggressive with Akane than anyone else he seems to cares about.

Is it because Akane is half supernatural? Surprisingly no, not quite.

He acknowledged Akane’s seat and that his power is supernatural, but he doesn’t lump him with the other supernaturals, he never refers to Akane as 'supernatural’ or ‘No.1′, seeing him as either ‘Aoi’ or ‘human’.

To Teru, Akane is a human with supernatural powers, not a supernatural.

And he acknowledge both Akane’s distaste for supernaturals and that the contract was half forced. He would have never given him glasses to “live his life like he used to” if he didn’t believe in Akane’s humanity above all else.

Teru treats him as a human.

Him calling Akane a half roach in this extra is an exception, I searched all other extras and manga panels and couldn’t find it being said again, or being refered as a sort of stress. The relay interview explicitly tell us Teru’s issue with Akane have nothing to do with supernaturals.

It makes me believe Teru is just being a dick in the spin off.

It is in his nature to annoy Akane whenever there is an opportunity after all.

Just compare it to how he treats Nene.

Her situation with the mermaid curse would make her half supernatural, arguably even more supernatural than Akane, since Akane’s contract has a time limit, and lifespan issue aside, it is implied Nene would have never gotten rid of the mermaid curse even if she lived till 100 years.

Because he sees her as a human first, he never focuses on the mermaid curse or reprimands her for walking with supernaturals, instead accepting that her fate to die is already set in stone, and treating her with a lot of kindness. She is still alive after all. And most of his hatred for supernaturals comes from the danger they represent towards human life, is not a hatred as blind as people make it out to be.

So why does he treat Akane so badly?

His excuse that he can’t exorcise a half roach like Akane and that stresses him, is contradicted twice in the same chapter, seemingly connecting this ‘stress relief’ job more to the idea of Akane being his vice president than him being half supernatural.

It makes no sense, and Akane calls him out on it, reprimanding him for being a dick.

I personally believe the reason Teru use “vice president” as an excuse, is because that’s an Akane only role. There is no other student council vice-president, just as there is no other person that would come back to the student council every day even after getting this treatment.

Akane’s reaction to this nonsense is mostly comedic annoyance, so Teru acts like a kid and keeps doing it. If Akane was genuinely hurt by his behavior Teru would stop.

He always sobers up when the people he cares about are in genuine distress. He hates delivering bad news, or being unable to do anything.

When he sees his actions have consequences, he either avoids the problem or awkwardly tries to change, similar to a learning child.

A lot of what he does feels like a learning child. For as hard as he can be to understand, he is surprisingly consistent in his honesty, genuine to an almost childish extent.

Many things that would be rude to ask, or embarrassing to admit, are things Teru is upfront about. He has absolutely no tact, and while he is aware he is being rude on many occasions, he simply does not care about it.

This childish behavior clashes really nicely with his personal belief that ignorance is bliss.

In his own way, he is being kind by keeping everyone in the dark, truly believing that accepting that Nene's fate can’t be changed and focusing on making her happy without acknowledging she will die is the best he can do, that not telling Kou he believes he is too weak for exorcism and that he envies such weakness is the best alternative: That not hurting anyone is the best.

And while this misguided thought is based on kindness, since he doesn’t want people to get hurt, it is also cowardly: He doesn’t want himself to be hurt either. He is scared of it.

People being depressed upsets him. So he avoids it.

People he care about hating him makes his entire world crash. So he avoids it.

He locked himself in his room because he understood that he fucked up in his fight with Kou, and was convinced that Kou hate him for it. “Sees him as a villain" or a liar, or just someone that he has outgrown.

It's why he completely changed his attitude when he realized Kou is worried about him.

Teru is an undeniably stubborn, and arrogant, but he is not cruel. It's why he gets out of his comfort zone, completely forgets about the fireworks, and tries to explain himself when he realizes how Kou feels (sad and guilty) is not how he had assumed ( “kou hates me”).

He tries to fix his mistakes by giving Kou a choice after every downside is laid on the table..

He tries to set aside his insecurities and not take how Kou no longer prioritize him as a personal attack.

And he is delighted when he gets the reassurance he was too scared to ask.

This attempt to change his approach with Kou is constant too, is a break in routine, which takes effort to change, is not easy, but he’ll try his best.

Which ties back to why he never changed his approach with Akane.

Akane never has a serious talk about Teru’s behavior he just kind of... rolls with it, just accepting that he will be Teru’s stress toy. He may not be happy about it but he doesn’t do anything to make Teru fear that he will be hated if he continues to treat Akane like this: Akane doesn’t cry, doesn’t try to injure Teru back, or start avoiding him, Teru has no signs this treatment sticks to Akane, or that Akane truly hates him.

Which, surprisingly, is true.

Akane brushes off any bullying in the span of one page or two: In chapter 29 Akane was stuck for 1 hour completely unable to move, his body growing numb, and he got over it and changed focus in the 5 minutes Nene came to visit. No fear in sight. He is just built diferent.

Not to imply that Teru isn’t insane with every character.

He may not be as rude and eager to share his thoughts as he is with Akane but he is still a bad liar/ far from princely.

Weird!Reader HCs-- Hawks, Shigaraki, Dabi under cut

Hawks

Depending on the severity and legality of said weird shit, he either thinks it's funny or is a little bit concerned. It's usually the former, but if you're a rehabilitated (or at least, trying to rehabilitate yourself), he's going to be the angel on your shoulder saying "Maybe we shouldn't light that guy's house on fire, babe. Even if nobody could prove it"

If it's more mundane out of pocket shit, like "I used to eat bugs out of the dirt and pretend I was Timon and Pumba from Lion King", he's more likely to be like "Word, I used to pretend I was Simba." While he's also a very naturally serious guy in his work, being able to be genuinely carefree and silly helps relax him.

He's so used to being able to read people and calculate their reactions and intentions, so not being able to predict whatever the fuck may come out of your mouth next is a real treat for him. Keeps things fresh and exciting in a world where so many things can bore him. He's also just kind of a hype man for his significant other anyways so he's just as much the type to be like "Ain't that cute?" whenever you say something that most other people would kind of raise their eyebrow about.

It would be hypocritical of him to judge you for your past, but he really won't tolerate that shit now. He secretly finds it a little hot that you used to be 'bad' but the less he knows about the serious things you may or may not have done, the better. He cannot defend you if they find a body in your apartment, sweetheart, no matter how much you make those eyes.

Shigaraki

Plays the straight man perfectly to your funny guy. He always has a smartass remark or raised eyebrow when you say something, but also plays along completely seriously every single time without fail.

"Would you still love me if I was a worm?"

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" Shigaraki thinks for a moment. "...I'd at least get you some kind of dirt bowl to live in until you turned back."

He likes to bounce potential ideas off of you because of your experiences. You can say some weird shit, but more often than not, you can find the exploitable loopholes in "traditional" thinking. That's a skill one needs when trying to completely overthrow and restructure society. Even in your weirdness, most of your suggestions have more basis than some of the other opinions in the league. Besides, you make him laugh. That's a rare skill around there. He never admits it, just turns around and you can see his shoulders shake a little bit.

You cannot be trusted around Toga and Twice because the three of you will somehow create the most intricate inside jokes that make sense to nobody but the three of you. It's nice that you all get along, though. He won't participate but he does sit close by so he can hear you laugh and enjoy yourself.

Dabi

Takes everything you say in stride. He's around weirdos at the League all day anyways, one more by his side can't hurt-- besides, a little strangeness is far from a crime. There are worse things you can say or do. Sometimes he raises an eyebrow or ignores if it's really an inappropriate or unreasonable/feasible response for the situation, but that's rare.

Unlike Hawks or Shigaraki, he's going to play along with you more than the other two. Like...maybe you SHOULD kill that guy. You might have a point. You have an uncanny habit of saying exactly what he was thinking or wants to hear, which earns points with him.

More of the type to have discussions with you based on the weird shit you say. He likes to know why you say certain things, the conclusions that brought you there, things like that. He likes to pick apart your brain to figure out just how it 'ticks' and why he can't get enough of it.

One of his favorite things to do is just watch you while you go off on one of your tangents. He doesn't always have something to say, so he just listens and absorbs whatever it is that you have going on. Sometimes it's your past (a wild ride, definitely), sometimes it's just wherever the conversation leads you. Doesn't judge you on what you may have had to do or experience to get where you are, the important thing is you're with him now for a truly important purpose.

You liked working at the USS Gerald R. Ford, even if you were quite shy and Navy pilots, engineers and mechanics were not.

You had always dreamed of flying but it had never been in the cards for you, so you had resorted to supplying the people that actually flew the airplanes you loved so much with their meals, working as a cook at the carrier.

You had a demanding job in the sense that it was rather tiring, nothing visionary or exciting like what you were admiring.

But you liked to see the pilots on their breaks from flying, filled with adrenaline from their trip to the skies and all very talkative.

They also liked to talk to you but you stayed pretty silent, preferring to listen instead of engaging in conversation.

You liked to listen to their stories of victory and aviation when you weren’t working and you could sneak closer to catch whatever they were talking about.

You did so during breaks or after work when you found the time, and whenever you got the chance.

One of those chances came around when you were ordered to bring Admiral Simpson a coffee up to the tower.

You happily made your way up there and back onto the flight deck again, where you couldn’t help but stop and stare at the F-18 that was making its rounds through the air.

You knew you were in no way allowed on deck but the aircraft had a hypnotizing effect on you, capturing all your attention so you could only stop and stare.

You watched the plane do some maneuvers before it returned to the carrier, an act so powerful and deafening that you were dazed way past the time the hornet hit the flight deck.

Your eyes could barely pull away from the aircraft, the sheer strength of it impressing you immensely.

You were so dumbfounded that you didn’t even register the man walking towards you, his helmet tucked by his side and sweaty locks flowing in the wind.

He wore a wide grin as he stopped in front of you, his cockiness hard to miss.

“Did you enjoy watching me fly there?” He asked, continuing with his cocky attitude, and your eyes grew wide as he talked to you.

A knot built in your throat and you tried to play it down, even though you knew you looked flushed with nervousness.

“Shit, I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to… I mean I didn’t…,” you tried to apologize, but your timidity only boosted his ego.

“I just really like to watch you fly,” you finally managed to get out, and he smiled contently.

You didn’t mean that you liked to watch him specifically fly, but you didn’t clarify.

“Oh, really?” He grinned, and you felt the heat rising to your cheeks.

“I mean I like watching the jets fly,” you said softly and he gave you a genuine smile.

“You like flying, then?” He asked you, shifting in his stance to find a more comfortable position to stand in.

You didn’t dare say anything so you just nodded.

“If you want I can take you flying,” he offered after sending his gaze up and down your body, still wearing that boyish cocky grin.

Your eyes grew wide as you watched him incredulously, but your aviator just shrugged his shoulders.

“I’ll take you flying and on a date,” he suggested, his stance and facial expression quite nonchalant.

You were taken aback by his offer, but you were eager to agree.

The pilot nodded at you, another hint of pride added to his grin that didn’t ever falter.

“My name’s Bradley, it’s nice to meet you,” he introduced himself, offering you a hand to shake, which was wonderfully strong and warm.

When you reached out to shake it he leaned in to press a kiss to your cheek, which sent more warmth to your cheeks.

You liked Bradley, and you would take him up on his offer, if you managed to fight your nervousness.

11. perfect harmony

[ synopsis ] choi beomgyu has spent his entire senior year slacking off and causing mischief. but, due to his inattentiveness, his slacking off went too far and if he doesn't improve the grade in his literature class he'll guarantee himself a seat in summer school. yn has big dreams to be on stage and star on broadway. however, she needs to impress recruiters with one last production as the lead in order to earn herself a spot in a new york based school. when beomgyu's literature teacher makes him join their drama club for extra credit, their futures quickly become intertwined and dependent on each other.

Beomgyu was surprised to be the first one in the studio. He looked around while he waited for Mr. Park and YN to arrive. It was their first rehearsal together just the two of them. All the other cast members were in the separate studio, working on group vocals. He didn’t mind being early. It gave him a chance to be alone for a moment and mentally prepare himself for the headache that was eventually to come.

The studio was decked with advanced equipment. Beomgyu couldn’t help but fiddle around with the various buttons on the sound system and microphone settings. He took one of the microphones and turned it on, making nonsense sounds into it until he managed to find the correct settings.

“Testing, testing, ah ah ah,” He said, hearing his own voice echo through the speakers. Beomgyu smiled. It’s been a while.

Before he knew it, YN arrived with Mr. Park following shortly after. They were both equally shocked to see Beomgyu so early. YN set her things down, grabbing a few things she’ll need for their session.

“Beomgyu, nice to see you so excited to get started,” Mr. Park gushed, placing a hand on Beomgyu’s shoulder. He began adjusting the equipment for their rehearsal, readying the tracks and sheet music. Beomgyu situated himself behind one of the two music stands set up for them, looking through the sheet music for their rehearsal.

Summer Nights.

YN took her place beside Beomgyu, holding out a plastic water bottle for him. He was surprised by the gesture, but took it gratefully.

“We’ll be here for a while, so it’s good to keep hydrated,” YN said, a sweet smile painted across her lips. Beomgyu didn’t realize he was staring until Mr. Park tapped on his music stand with a pen bringing him out of his daze. He was starting to notice the charm his friends were crazy about.

They began with reviewing the notes, rhythm, and melody. It wasn’t anything too difficult for either of them. YN’s excelling performance was expected of her. But, Beomgyu needed little to no help with reading or understanding the music. They both were able to seamlessly sing their lines keeping perfect harmony.

YN was pleasantly surprised. She kept in mind Eunchae’s praise about his voice, but to hear him in person and hear him genuinely enjoy himself still felt like a sweet surprise. She watched the way his nose scrunched whenever he hit a slightly harder note. The way his eyelashes fluttered with every blink as he sang his lines with that pretty melodic voice of his. Maybe Mr. Kim hadn’t completely acted on impulse when he casted Choi Beomgyu as her leading man.

They came upon the final verse, which ended with the hardest note in the song. They had to sing this note together, without missing a beat or ending too early or late. It was a test of how well their voices could mesh. Mr. Park gave them advice to follow before they tackled it. He suggested they try it separately first to clean up any individual hiccups before bringing them together.

YN went ahead first. Singing was her strongest skill. She was always confident and clear, projecting not just her voice but the emotion behind the music. Mr. Park counted her in and she closed her eyes, focusing only on herself and her breathing.

Summer dreams ripped at the seams

Her voice echoed through the speakers. It was sweet and gentle, conveying a sadness that could only be described as longing and nostalgic. Beomgyu watched her intently, unaware that his own mouth was agape completely in awe. She was pretty. She is pretty.

But, oh, those summer nights

Her voice was like a siren call. Beomgyu couldn’t hear nor notice anything else besides her voice. He was entranced not only by her sound but the sheer force of her voice. She made it look so easy and effortless, but listening you could tell she was just born to be a star. It was raw, stunning talent.

She closed the final note cleanly. That beautiful smile unfaltering without even the slightest sign of struggle. Beomgyu was left absolutely dumbstruck. His face dazed and almost like he was permanently fixated on her; because, when Mr. Park tried to grab his attention, he couldn’t pull his eyes away from her. He responded to Mr. Park’s questions and notes, eyes glued on YN.

YN tried not to look back at him. He was staring for so long, it was intimidating. Did she have something on her face? Maybe in her teeth? Why was he staring for so long with that look on his face? Her eyes were shifting, unable to resist the urge to glance over and meet his gaze. She smiled shyly, a soft blush gracing her cheeks as she turned her attention back to their director. Cute. Beomgyu knew then why his friends were so mesmerized by her…

Grian doesn't know how not to be loyal. He thinks it's sneaking off, seeing another. Yet there he stays, by Scar's side. He claims it's for self preservation, nothing more. Yet he builds them a home, where they covet sand and sugarcane. It's sand that haunts his dreams. Unable to get rid of it, coarse and uncomfortable memories.

The thing about sand is that you keep finding it where you don’t expect it. Have you ever been to the beach, only to find sand still in your shoes weeks later?

Sometimes Grian feels like he never left the sand in that old desert behind.

It seeps into the cracks of his memories where he doesn’t expect it. He thinks he’s the only one here who remembers it all properly; he’s not sure why, but all the others seem fuzzy on the details of the past games. He doesn’t want to remember. He doesn’t like it when Scar looks at him and doesn’t remember bloody knuckles and desert cactus, but he hates it even more on those rare occasions where Scar looks at him and does.

But Grian is nothing if not stubborn, and despite all of the universe’s efforts to link him with Scar, he says No. I’m not going back to the desert.

So he goes to BigB instead. He builds a heart, leaves a note, whispers secret soulmates? and hands over valuable, valuable sugar cane. It’s fine. He’s only cheating, but maybe Grian’s never been good at accepting things that are picked out for him by otherworldly forces. Maybe he wants to choose for once.

BigB’s always been one of his closest friends. They have less painful memories together. Not all good ones, of course–they haven’t always been on the same side in these death games. Grian knows he’s hurt BigB before too. He’s hurt everyone, even himself. But it’s nothing like Scar, and that’s exciting, and Grian feels a little thrill at sidestepping fate.

If only fate didn’t have a way of sneaking around, too.

Sand in his boots. Scar behind him, laughing. Those stupid Jellie pandas.

Grian wishes he didn’t turn around every time, but he does. He wishes he didn’t scream after Scar and grip his shoulders after every near death experience, but he does. He wishes he doesn’t build them a nice safe base, and nice hidden farms. He wishes he didn’t genuinely care about Scar’s safety, despite all his efforts to claim it’s just for his own self-preservation. He wishes he doesn’t glide into that painfully familiar habit of being the wingman to Scar’s scamming tendencies.

Sometime later Grian finds himself with sand in his shoes again. It’s not the same as last time. This time, most of the sand is in the river, and Grian’s hair is drenched wet and plastered to his face. This time, the sand is finite. He can actually achieve a monopoly this time. For the first time, maybe.

It’s only natural to bring Scar in on it. This is, afterall, the natural state of things. And as soon as Scar is finished yelling at Grian for taking so much drowning damage, Grian reveals his sand monopoly plans, and then suddenly the mischievous glint is back in Scar’s eyes, and Grian definitely didn’t miss that at all.

Grian dances behind Scar’s back and meets with his secret soulmate more. BigB is on red now, but that’s okay, Grian has experience with being a green to someone else’s red.

Scar finds out about the secret soulmates. Grian’s not sure how much he heard, but he knows. And yet, whenever Grian turns around, Scar is still there. He’s there when Grian’s fishing rod game gets a little out of hand and ends in Joel and Etho’s deaths. He’s there in the panda sanctuary trying to calm Grian’s nerves. He’s there on the platform above their base when they’re being surrounded.

Maybe he’s still there because Grian is still there, too.

The small patch of sand and cactus by their new base–their fleeing-secret-carved-out-of-a-hill new base–seems fitting for the two of them. Grian reaches out and brushes the spines with his finger. It pricks him lightly.

Grian knows Scar feels the pain too, just like the sand in their boots.

Any theme song enjoyers? I associate this song with this moment, and generally with Exarch’s longing and excitement that can’t be shown. “And in my usual voice, I say, there you are”.

Had this followed the msq more closely, i.e. had Feo Ul not been the first to find Vivi, or had it happened in an environment more familiar to him, he might've asked Exarch if he's shy, or just ugly. Kinda like if you’re a bully in your school, you might still wanna keep a low profile in a new school.

Vivi treads lightly in a new world, at least tries to. He doesn't yet know how thick or thin is the ice under his feet.

Exarch doesn’t know about the tree since he was busy waiting for Vivi in the Ocular, having just finished the summoning spell, tense and giddy, hood up and all. Minutes passed, nothing happened, then Exarch started getting antsy and finally turned on his tv to find Vivi in Lakeland.

“Hey it could’ve been your spine” I hope is clear: as in Vivi could’ve landed on Lyna instead of the aforementioned tree, not a threat to snap her spine in a fight. He knows better than taunting random people.. Moreover, people stronger than him x’D

He’s more cute than he deserves to be here and you’ll perceive him.

Being at the end of the episode, “we’re friends, yes” is the first and only line almost nonchalantly tossed to Vivi! Exarch wanted to buy time and observe him, how he’s changed, how’s best to approach him now.

..And Vivi needs rest and new clothes, he spent AN ENTIRE DAY in one outfit. We've seen him around several people so far, and, while he's always genuine, he's the most himself with Exarch, even at this early stage.

But yeah, he’s jaded, regrets many choices in his life and wants his money back.

Vivi's tailored for this ship. Before I even knew that I wanted to write a comic of this size, I asked myself, what condition does he need to be in at the beginning of ShB for the chemistry to happen? The answer was, well, "terrible". I’ve got the juicy deets, but you’d have to be patient and keep an eye out for more flashbacks sprinkled in throughout the story.

What matters now is that, finally, both of them are sufficiently tired to start noticing something else than gremlins in each other.

Have fun living with the knowledge that there’s no face where it’s supposed to be :>

Exarch has a way with the fae: don't flinch, offer them something nice. He offers rest to Vivi without hesitation, as soon as he sees his emotionally battered state. And, oh, he’s still an archer, landing that perfect shot first try. This here is a genuine spark of interest, surprise and gratitude in Vivi’s eyes.

I went balls deep with the visual subtext here. Despite being shown up close, Vivi’s broody face takes on a secondary role as his mind literally closes in on Exarch in that moment, on the mystery man that’s suddenly so unlike the rest. Even if he’s yet another quest-giver, even if shit’s on fire, he allows Vivi to go? Rest? Have some time for himself???? Exarch is, or is about to become, his only light in the darkness :3c

Exarch’s stiff posture is also intended here. He must’ve rehearsed this scene sooooooooo many times, he was prepared for hostility, interrogation, tantrums, but this Warrior’s indifferent and just wants to leave?

Magical boy de-transformation! Headcanon time, two of them even.

Firstly, the Tower can register living presence in its vicinity, a passive ability which Exarch can casually tap into. Being aware of an entire city’s population is, mildly put, overwhelming, thus he’s learned to shrink the “radar” area down to his Ocular, or wherever he’s at the moment and whenever he actually needs it. He feels that Vivi’s indeed left, therefore he can safely remove the hood.

Secondly, the hood shadow’s magicked. The panel above demonstrates how it’d look naturally, if it were a normal shadow. But he casts a pitch black glamour that also extends to his hair.

None of you would believe me now if I said this isn't a horny scene? Although this looks lewd, for someone who’d spent a century clinging to memories and tales the lingering scent is just another confirmation that all of this's real. He can't even touch the WoL (or so he thinks), the scent could be the most he ever gets. Bearing in mind the stress of the day, I genuinely don’t think that he’s in the mood here. But no worries, he’ll get plenty of horny opportunities later on :>

The subtle characterization in the way he opens a door to a supposedly empty, still unknown room.

An unironically normal reaction to the Light, and shadowbringing \o/

He’s quick to react to a threat (?) popping out of nowhere in a supposedly safe room.

Vivi didn't mean to pierce him, actually. While the space's more than enough for living, it's still cramped for fighting as a dragoon, and he simply misjudged the distance while spinning around and lunging at the source of that eerie voice. There’s also an ooc explanation: I couldn’t quite align all of this in one frame, and thought hey, Ardbert’s a ghost, it’s okay to pierce him!

Both are quick to handwave the fact, and let’s be honest, self-defense of that sort must be a mundane thing for a WoL.There’s more important stuff to discuss. Both are desperate to vent to someone they could trust. They may disagree on things, but generally they vibe pretty well with Ardbert.

A lil shoutout to @agent-jaselin for commenting this under the respective episode. I almost forgot to point it out while making this post. Vivi tries to see if he can relate to another WoL, if his struggles are valid, or if he’s overreacting to a typical hero life. Ardbert had a whole friend group adventuring alongside him, the Scions don’t measure up unfortunately, on top of that Vivi (emotionally) stays the fuck away from anyone post-ARR for their own protection (and his own if he ends up losing someone else), so it’s not quite the same experience for him.

One of the few redeeming qualities: Vivi keeps his word. This's gonna be relevant in like 2025 :'>

He baby, THAT’S his problem.

From pointing his spear at him to comfortably undressing and falling asleep in his vicinity. Ardbert's possibly the first man to be asked to stay and not get laid by Vivi :’>

While the Crystarium and its people seem nice, it’s still Vivi’s first day (one loooooong day since the beginning of chapter 2) in a brand new world, and Ardbert’s the only somewhat familiar person here. A ghost? Even better. The supernatural’s easier to deal with and is less likely to backstab you.

The sweet-voiced hooded guy says that it’s okay, that he’s safe here.... Yeah that on itself is a flag for our mr doubter. He’s grown reasonably paranoid since ARR, (almost) everything he does has a nice cynical-flavored logic to it.

While this’s a wolgraha comic, it’d be bland without support characters. Ardbert doesn’t play a massive role in this particular story, still you’ll keep seeing him here and there.

The next several episodes focus on the main two and Feo Ul, they’ll claw their way in even if they were left out x’D

Mashing together some shorter requests for this :P

Relationship headcanons about Salvatore Moreau, Ark Thompson, Bruce McGivern, and Jake Muller.

Salvatore Moreau

Sal just fucking melts if you go and give him a lil' kiss on the top of his head. It almost always gets him giggling like a moron.

He likes to play with your hands whenever given the opportunity.

To what I'm sure is nobody's surprise, Salvatore is a huge fan of movie dates. He has lots of good ones to pick from, and a pile of blankets you guys could potentially snuggle under... It can get rather chilly down in that mine, you know.

He might try to find a nice spot around the reservoir to have a picnic with you. Maybe the piers, one of the rooftops, or on a boat...

He tells you that he loves you a lot.

Sal makes his own bracelets (also, bone crowns) and will definitely be making you something as well.

He gives you little trinkets and cool rocks he finds in the reservoir, and will barely be able to contain his excitement when presenting them to you.

He uses pet names like darling, love, my precious, and sweetheart.

The man loves to praise you and give you compliments.

(In case you were wondering, he does enjoy receiving those things from you just as much).

On occasion, you might find him affectionately bumping his head against you. Like a cat or something! :)

Ark Thompson

Know that if you want to be with Ark, then it's crucial that you get along with/like his kids, Lily and Lott. It's important to him that the most important people in his life have a good relationship with each other.

He's always trying to take you out to restaurants for dates. Usually hole-in-the-wall places since they, in his opinion, have the best food.

He also strikes me as the type of guy to take you bowling, mini golfing, or something in a similar vein.

You're one of very few people that gets to see his resting grumpy face change to a genuine toothy smile.

Ark owns one of those wallets with a big ass photo sleeve, and one side of it is literally just pictures of you.

He loves an excuse to rest his forehead against you or to have his head on your lap.

I don't think he uses pet names all that often. Most of the time he just calls you a nickname that's pulled from whatever you go by.

He can be a bit of a doting partner and is always talking about you.

If he can get away with it, Ark likes to pick you up. Most often it's that type of carry where he hooks his arms around your legs and slightly under your butt, but he also goes for the fireman carry on occasion.

He's a big fan of giving you single-lip and corner-of-the-mouth kisses.

Bruce McGivern

Bruce loves to sling an arm over your shoulders when you're standing next to him/walking beside him.

He also loves to come up behind you and hug you. Depending on your height, he might rest his chin on the slope of your shoulder or the top of your head.

His attempts at flirting with you are almost always... corny. Very corny.

Bruce is the kind of guy that likes to play fight/wrestle with you—if you'll allow him.

He uses pet names like honey/hun, darlin' sweetheart, doll, and stud.

If you speak more than one language, Bruce'll try and learn. He'll do it in secret and whip it out once he's confident in his abilities.

He enjoys making you nice home-cooked meals. Be warned, if you choose to help, he is the kind of person who will smear a bit of the ingredients on your face.

Bruce sleeps on his back, so if you're cuddling in bed, he likes to have you snuggled up against his side while he has an arm around you. Alternatively, draped over him like a blanket.

Please run your fingers through his hair. He's a sucker for it. Might just lull him to sleep.

Bruce is someone who hardly ever takes you on the same sort of date twice. Man's got a million ideas to try out with you.

Jake Muller

Jake might not always be the best at expressing himself with words, so he often shows his affection for you through actions. He'll get you little gifts every now and then to surprise you, and often does things for you without asking.

(You might find him doing stuff like this in an attempt to make up for doing something stupid).

He can be rather protective of you. This guy wouldn't hesitate to take a bullet—or bite from some undead motherfucker if it means keeping you safe.

When it comes to cuddling, Jake prefers when you're snuggled up against his side or straight up into his chest.

You'll often find him resting a hand on one of your thighs.

Or alternatively, both of his legs across them.

Once you get to know him, it's not too hard to fluster him. Despite often acting like a smug bastard, compliments from someone Jake genuinely cares about can make them that way. He just doesn't know how to process them.

Jake is the sort of partner that goes out of his way to annoy and tease you. Very, very rarely to the point of genuine frustration, though! It's all in good fun.

His ideal dates involve going out without having any real idea what you're going to do, and just doing something that piques your guys' interest when you come across it.

With his line of work, you either end up doing a lot of moving around or, unfortunately, go through periods where you only get to hear his voice. He calls often, at least.
